Why I like using zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a great tool to use for meetings, demos, exercise classes and other events. During the height of the pandemic, I used it on numerous occasions to meet with family and friends as well as attend exercise classes and scrapbook events. I also attended virtual travel itineraries since travel was out of the question. I played games with friends and we had lots of laughs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that anything doesn't work well, except that occasionally things get frozen somewhere. In the beginning, there were a lot of frustrating features, but zoom listened and fixed many of these issues, such as being able to close the chat box, and having more faces on the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I indicated above, zoom has added several features over the past couple of years that make it easier to use. Being able to see more people, being able to close the distracting chat box, just to name a few.

What do you like best about the product?
Very fast meeting setup. And being able to enjoy the experience of "being" with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides generally center around my not getting greater training, so it is my issue. I am sure I use a tiny fraction of Zoom's capability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Commute time and the impersonal nature of the phone.

What do you like best about the product?
Bringing people together to easily share working products or visual tools via share screen makes collaboration & teaching easy. I enjoy how many people can be on a call, how easy it is to control who is talking, and how share screen allows us to work in real-time with each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setting up of the profile, the radio buttons on settings, etc. is a bit tedious and would work better in a Question and Option format for customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can do both my business and voluntary mentorship, face to face, across the US without being physically present with others. The video component makes it personal and builds connection, and the ease of access from anywhere with the internet makes it a time-saving and efficient way of working together, and frankly, saving transportation time and costs.
Easy to use & Coordinate
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it simple to connect with a lot of people,all at once.
I was able to connect with my students,but then break down the recording into parts-audio for myself or for everyone, and video as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I found difficult, was that you need to rename your zoom calls. If it is standard name, then it tends to have difficulty knowing to allow members etc. so I would name my meeting something different each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There seems to be a lot of updates, so it can run smoother, and I have no trouble contacting support if needed.

Connecting with clients
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use, and convenient allowing set up for meetings in just moments. Zoom promotes face-to-face consultations which allow for professional communication no matter where clients are located anywhere in the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a downside to using Zoom for my business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Zoom allows me to connect with clients all over the world as if we're sitting across the table from each other.
Great Video Conference Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a very user-friendly tool with convenient features like chat, breakout rooms, screen sharing, and more. My favorite feature is that you can automatically set your scheduled meetings to be recorded beforehand as I often forget in the moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is small but I dislike the black around the video screens. I wish we could customize the product with colors or light/dark modes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me record my sessions with my clients. My clients often may want to replay the things I've said, or reflect back on the conversations that we've had. It's easier to send them a link from the Zoom cloud for them to download directly instead of downloading it to my computer and then sending the file via email. It could be a pain to do that so sending the link is a major time-saver.

What do you like best about the product?
I used to use Zoom strictly for meetings but I now use it for everything. I love the ability to record, go back and find previous recordings and easily edit and revise scheduling. The quality of the calls is very clear when used with a proper mic and headphones. I use it to record podcasts and meetings so I'm not constantly trying to write stuff down to remember later!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connection can be spotty or freeze however that has more to do with the users internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom saves me time. Instead of having to run from meeting to meeting in different parts of the city, I can do it all from my home office. I save so much time on this.

We used Zoom for virtual visits thru the pandemic. We have also had weekly meetings with isolated people and friends.

I like everything about Zoom. It is easy to use. even my 92-year-old father can use it.

We are still able to schedule virtual visits and shopping trips for clients that live in another state.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom seems to work the smoothest, other systems seem to slow down my computer and freeze often.

What do you dislike about the product?
The .us domain often leads to mistakes by participants. The integrations for outlook and google could work better. I have had trouble utilizing those.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to quickly get together and discuss topics with the added value of screen sharing. Also the recording feature for cloud recording makes it easy to document meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using this tool is incredible! It's widely used and most people are familiar with zoom that I know. That makes it easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the limit that even paid customers have. I don't want to pay more to do webinars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helpful for any meeting that I have...it makes the whole Covid era much easier to deal with.
