Useful product for legal meetings

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use on a regular basis, our Court system uses it for various hearings. Our clients find it easy to use from their phones or computers. I also use it on a regular basis for consultations with clients and use the chat feature with staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes can be confusing to use on a Chomebook, as there is apparently no longer a native supported app. So it takes me through a web-browser where we have less control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the requirement we used to have to appear in person for court hearings, which were usually 15-20 minutes long but would require us to drive an hour or more to various court hearings. I also eliminates costs for my clients to have to come to in-person meetings with me, reducing their time off from work.

What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom allows me to reach people around the world, and the live interpretation and closed captioning features enable people with hearing loss or who are not fluent in English to still participate in online learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the problem of reaching a global audience without leaving my office. The benefit to my operation is that I have a broader reach to potential students while keeping expenses to a minimum.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of the software and logging in. i like that we can copy and paste it in our calendar invite for our clients. I think there is a way to link to our calendar
What do you dislike about the product?
there is nothing that is disliked. It's nice to know that is reliable for us as well as our client and can be used on any type of device. i see no need for improvements

not being able to meet every client face to face

What do you like best about the product?
The share-screen feature is quite helpful when it comes to a team reviewing documents. The switch host feature is also very helpful. Compared to Google, it is simpler to use and more widely used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Invitation complicated... too much info without a clear explanation as to when a password is needed versus when it is not needed. The phone in process is also unclear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to do hybrid in-person and virtual meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to communicate with colleagues and clients no matter where they are. The screen sharing and ability to turn over control to a participant allows me to also do business virtually.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to access the meeting attendance list more easily. For instance, if I could just go to that meeting and have the ability to click a button instead of having to hunt through the meeting controls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to drive to every client to complete paperwork and applications. I have been able to meet with teammates and clients in multiple states with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to set up a meeting. Once the meeting has started, it flows pretty well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I dislike. If I had to choose, it would the time limit on the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier to have meetings. There are times when not everyone can be at a certain location for a meeting. This solves that problem.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has become a vital tool for me to connect with authors, clients and colleagues. If I can't be there in person Zoom has become essential in my business
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little to dislike, perhaps more that other users are not Zoom members

Zoom has allowed to meet with authors and work on projects in real time remotely and with document sharing feature it has become invaluable for my work

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom removes drive time from my business. Zoom removes borders from my business. It's easier to set a Zoom appointment than to get into many peoples' houses. It is a miracle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Fact: a Zoom appointment just isn't as good as face-to-face. But it's the next best thing. The only thing I can think to fix that is to keep improving the quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Zoom, my business has expanded into three other states, and there is no geographical limit to me anymore.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the standard - it is what others use and thus, it makes communication easy. it is simple, straight forward and overall does not require any real user knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was slightly more "feature" rich. I also wish the cost was less or even free for the more than 40 min meetings. I think there are many ways the platform could support itself without fees for simple use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a fully remote workplace and zoom allows this to be real! We rely on the software heavily to run our team, our company, and overall run our business. Zoom is key.

What do you like best about the product?
Multi-platform support in the BYOD space means that my users can use the device they prefer and still get a consistent experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
No native ChromeOS client. Somewhat pricey on a per-user basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have both internal meetings and external customer-facing meetings. Having a platform that is easy for our non-technical employees and customers is crucial for our people to have timely, effective meetings.
