Zoom has never let me down

What do you like best about the product?
It doesn't fail me during a yoga class - I use my phone and I can do my yoga classes wherever I am and that's the only tool I absolutely have to have and I can get it done. Not once has the app failed me during a class.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the excess of "words" included
in the invite emails.
I don't like the tiny screen image of me on my phone since I am doing yoga it would be helpful if it was larger and they were smaller. You could choose the size of the tile images would be best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teaching yoga to people who are not in my location. During COVID I could still connect personally with my yoga classes. It benefits me by keeping a human connection amd allowing me to make a living through people far away!

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is priceless to my everyday job and personal life. I use it every single day for meetings, long and short!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connection lags, even when I'm running at 900!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is keeping me connected with my team and colleagues! We would flounder if we didn't utilize Zoom with our clients and within the company personnel!

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use! It is very simplistic to set up meetings and send out invites, it works closely with my Outlook to send out invites and calendar invites.
What do you dislike about the product?
I mean who wants to pay! But its price is quite low for what we are using it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting with my teams in different offices and time zooms, giving us a space to share our screens, share my local computer sound (when I am training my CSRs, they can hear the other line.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows me to have real-time, face-to-face meetings that are critical and important without the time or expense of travel. It keeps me and my colleagues safe and we are able to have a productive meeting. Since Covid, I, like so many others, have used Zoom with great results. I find that now that ease of travel is better I still go back to Zoom over and over again.
Their additions and updates are constantly improving my online experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any problems with Zoom so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Continuing to meet and saves time for me and my organization.

Wonderful Tool for Patient Advocates

What do you like best about the product?
As someone who lives with debilitating migraine and works as a content creator and patient advocate, Zoom helps to keep me connected to organizations, colleagues, and businesses. Working outside of my home is not an option, so being able to stay in contact with those I have a working relationship with is extremely important. Many people like myself who are disabled content creators and advocates rely on video communication to support our platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind! I love that there is now a dark mode. Photophobia or light sensitivity is a symptom of migraine and the previous bright/white screen was extremely hurtful to my eyes, thus triggering head pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping to keep people connected, especially since the beginning of the pandemic. I am able to do more, participate in more events, and increase my exposure now that things have become virtual .

Great addition to our church communication

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the platform. Allowing multiple users to present is very helpful and the added security measures have all been helpful. Turning on and off my camera and mic are very easy and switching from my laptop mic to my earbuds is simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. The platform is pretty straightforward and allows for easy team communication when we are unable to meet in person. Having a paid account has helped our meetings become more efficient and uninterrupted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Once Zoom introduced the waiting room, any issue of outsiders crashing our meeting was resolved. I love that the meeting can begin without me being there on the rare occasion I'm late.

What do you like best about the product?
What's most helpful about Zoom is that it allows me to connect with my clients in an easy manner & it's integration with other platforms I use in my business
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connection is weak and I can hear the call cutting in and out
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me a quick and easy way to connect with a large variety of people across the country quickly and it gives me a helpful tool to record and share sessions with anyone who can't join us.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has allow me to conduct work more efficiently and to collaborate with more people despite distance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The security issue with people doing Zoom bombs was an issue but has been resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major is the Zoom has solved is allowing people to meet that might live or work great distances from each other.

What do you like best about the product?
It is user-friendly. Easy to understand and most people know the brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "scheduling a meeting" function. Seems like I should be able to set up Zoom meetings from my Google calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People are spoiled now, not wanting to do face-to-face, and this is the problem solver.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the number of features available on one platform! It allows me to videoconference with clients, but also have an interactive experience by allowing for annotations and recording for reference. Great training tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much about the program that I don't like. I do wish they would allow you to invite certain people that are not on your domain and not have to have a waiting room or password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a database company that sells all over the country and world. Zoom allows us to sell, train and communicate externally and internally the best.
