Convenient & Easy To Use Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy zoom's access to various phone users Apple, Android etc. The ability to upload one's own background filter for meetings and fun emojis to add humor to a virtual gathering.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful feature on zoom's platform is the location of profile buttons to help users customize their name as it appears on a meeting and or adding a photo. There is no clear indication of what browser is required for certain features. Additionally, background filters are not as effective if one does not own a greenscreen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helpful for virtual meetings, screen sharing and recordings. It makes business across time zones very helpful and sustainable.
With Grace and Ease Zoom Together
What do you like best about the product?
My business Way Chill Life, LLC has moved from New Orleans to Palm Springs, CA to Tucson AZ. From the first move, I did not want to lose the clients and groups that I had created. I used Skype, Facetime and even Google to keep these connections. They were okay, but could not record sessions or do large groups. When I first started using Zoom it was for large meditations and classes, it was awesome! The ability to record, to control who was in the group, being able to mute them and use the break-out rooms. During the pandemic it saved my business because not only did I keep my older clients but was able to reach out world wide with ease and grace. Of all the apps and software I use for my website, Zoom is the most valauable. So grateful the plugin works with Ticketeria, now I can sell tickets to my events. Zoom has really shown me we can be a united world.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did find out the hard way if you make an edit on a meeting you have to resend the link. Not a big deal, but if a change of time, date or even the name of the meeting is changed you have to resend the link. Also in the plugin for Word Press you can't duplicate an event you have to make a new meeting each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Life is in constant transition, I have moved now to a third location. Because of Zoom, I get to take all the new clients with me to each new location I physically live in. Also being able to record meetings I can create other revenue streams from the recordings.
Best way to have long distance meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom for monthly Local Homesless Coalition meetings as well as Balance of State meetings. Zoom allows me to connect and meet with representatives from the entire state of Arkansas with out having to waste gas. The whiteboard allows us to all put ideas together in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly do not have a down side to using Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has solved the number of participates in our meetings. It was hard previously to get a representative from 46 counties to meet in-person, and now we just log on =)

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of setting up meetings in advance or spur of the moment!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything I don't like about Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to have meetings withought struggling with scheduling issues to get everyone in the same place. More people are available if they don't have to add commute time and/or if they're working remote.
Great work experience with zoom
What do you like best about the product?
We like that it is very easy to navigate and share the zoom link. We also like that it is quite straight forward to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are connectivity problems. I also want to share different zoom IDs with people and I dont know how to do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to chat with people more efficiently. Expanded our ability to chat with more VCs and helped with fundraising.

What do you like best about the product?
It consistently works the way it's supposed to and allows us to easily collaborate with teammates and our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only when it kicked me out at 40 minutes, but we fixed that by upgrading my account. Totally worth it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to work remotely while still collaborating within our company and with our clients. Work gets done rather than waiting to meet in person.
Zoom is a lifesaver for a small national organization
What do you like best about the product?
The Coalition on Physican Education in Substance Use Disorders (COPE) works with medical schools across the country to education rising physicians about addiction. Zoom enables us to bring together medical school faculty and students easily, efficiently-- andinexpensively. No more complicated in-person meetings that require complicated logistics for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom's only downside is the inital learning curve that can be challenging. For example, setting up Zoom rooms takes diligent practice. However, once one learns these "tricks" they become second nature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned, COPE's previous methods of bringing medical schools together in person required a great deal of time- and money. Zoom has eliminated those challenges-- and saves much of our limited funds so we can do other things.
Consistent, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I start my day off with Zoom open, and just run thru my sessions. I can control access, paying clients get in, others don't. Repeating the same link for the same class is huge, vs my scheduler wanting to give it a new one each time. I set up all my classes/sessions inside zoom, then transfer the link over. I appreciate when it says I have an unstable connection, as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
What do I dislike? Only user errors, as when I can't find a session on my schedule that should be there, cuz I didn't extend the end date. That's about it. Easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying in touch with my clients when COVID started, and as I moved out of the city I was in. I stay connected. I have even developed new services based on a virtual session that I would no thave had withouth it.
User Friendly and Amazing Features
What do you like best about the product?
What I love best about Zoom is its' streaming feature to social media and the ability to share my computer audio to play music.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that the maximum zoom link generated for recurring meeting is only limited to 20. I prefer it to be unlimited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping me expand my audience. I can hold a class/meeting with those who don't live nearby or in the same state or country.

What do you like best about the product?
I like having the ability to meet virtually with my clients. The virtual experience has been seamless with my clients and this allows for me to get to know my clients before bringing them on board without spending time and resources meeting in person.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do with there was more customization with sending invites to my clients. I don't love sending the links the way that I do but perhaps there is already a way that I am not aware of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem is finding the time to meet with current and prospective clients. Zoom really benefits me because its easy for everyone to use, most people are familiar with the platform and it saves me so much time driving to locations to meet with people since I don't work out of a public office - just my home office.
