Love Zoom!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Zoom has an automatic filter on the video, so it makes me looks great on video! The screen sharing capabilities are very easy to use and it does a better job of connect than Google Meet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom takes a lot of processing power so you have to make sure your computer can handle it. Sometimes there are connection issues when in another meeting and trying to start a new meeting .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Love being able to connect with clients online and talk with employees that work remotely. Is more personable than just connecting over the phone.

Invaluable to my small business

What do you like best about the product?
It integrates easily into my other business services such as for email or appt scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes new updates crash my laptop, not everytime
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I see in-person and remote clients and Zoom was invaluable to me even before the pandemic. I love east recording and screen share features the most.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Zoom integrates with all of my business systems and it's very intuitive!
What do you dislike about the product?
It randomly updates when I open it to hop on a call and makes me late. Disliked the rule about 45 minute limit for calls with 3 people or more, and have been disconnected before. Looks unprofessional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It integrates with my CRM, calendar and scheduling systems which saves me so much time.

Zoom makes work possible

What do you like best about the product?
I was hired through Zoom interviews, and worked for my organization for a month before I met my team in person. They were exactly as I thought they would be based on our Zoom interactions! As a small team scattered throughout the country, Zoom makes our work possible. I am grateful for the opportunity to work from home and still engage with my team through video every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly can't think of any significant downside to Zoom meetings. If meetings are too long, it can be exhausting (but I think that's the case with in-person meetings, too).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a 100% remote team, Zoom helps keep us connected. The ability to share screens makes meetings productive. I find that we can solve problems and get through things more efficiently on Zoom than on a phone call or email.

What do you like best about the product?
That I can connect with colleagues, partners and members nationwide.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times there are connection issues that prevent people from participating. Tips options for low Wi-Fi connection would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are nationwide but have a small budget. Zoom helps us connect, travel free.

Zoom keeps getting better and better

What do you like best about the product?
Well before the pandemic, I was a Zoomer. It was a great way to stay connected to clients when I traveled. I started years ago with WebEx and then got stuck with GotoMeeting as so many of my clients were using it. I hated GTM and paid through the nose for it which made me hate it more. I finally tried a new service from Amazon that I thought would be the solution but there was zero customer support. It later folded. I also used Microsoft Teams early on and it was a hot mess, still not as flexible and user-friendly or as reliable as Zoom. The quality and consistency have improved again and again and for me and all of my clients - despite the improvements with Google Meet, Zoom remains far and away my favorite. No plans to change, especially when it keeps getting better and better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The frequent and unexpected downloads to update the software seem too frequent and I wish there was some kind of warning before I tried to start a meeting, which is usually when I find out. It just delays things, and feels painful when I am running late to start the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instant calls are one of the best features when you have a private meeting room - and mine uses my cell number in the URL so it is easy to remember and clients save the same link!

What do you like best about the product?
When the pandemic hit, we had to go on lockdown due to the vulnerability of our persons served. Their life was turned upside down, and Zoom came at the perfect time. We were able to host a variety of virtual activities that enriched their minds and bodies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not easily download the participant list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not sure. I really do not have any major issues with Zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom helped us stay connected with and support our members and sponsors during the difficult covid crisis times. By using it during a difficult time out of necessity, it opened our eyes to the cost-benefit of a completely remote/virtual organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a non profit it's tough to have only one user with full service and the other user is limited to 40 mins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to have meetings with our board which consists of leaders from all over Texas. These meetings would be much fewer per year and lower in attendance if we didn't have the option of ZOOMING!!!!

My Favorite Video Conferencing Software

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of usability even for the most un-tech savvy person. It's easy to join a meeting for the first time, and it has improved our workflow so much! I also love that Zoom is universally used across the globe, and I don't have to jump through any hoops to have meetings across the continent or different time zones.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the phone & iPad app does not offer the same functionality as the computer app. It's hard to navigate and certain options are not available for admin using a phone/tablet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped bridge the communication need that emerged during the global pandemic. However, it also has opened doors and possibilities for remote workers to collaborate from anywhere in the globe, as well as students to take classes remotely from wherever they are. I was able to pursue a grad program from a different state because they offered it via Zoom, and now I'm halfway done with my program.

Excellent service with great features

What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy scheduling and auto time zone selections.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes more video card power than my new PC has, which doesn;t have a separate video card. It loads slow but once it started, it's fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting lots of people together into one "room" is not possible but with Zoom we can all get into a virtual room and talk "live"
