What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom allows me to reach people around the world, and the live interpretation and closed captioning features enable people with hearing loss or who are not fluent in English to still participate in online learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the problem of reaching a global audience without leaving my office. The benefit to my operation is that I have a broader reach to potential students while keeping expenses to a minimum.

Ease of the software and logging in. i like that we can copy and paste it in our calendar invite for our clients. I think there is a way to link to our calendar
What do you dislike about the product?
there is nothing that is disliked. It's nice to know that is reliable for us as well as our client and can be used on any type of device. i see no need for improvements
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
not being able to meet every client face to face
Convenient and user-friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
The share-screen feature is quite helpful when it comes to a team reviewing documents. The switch host feature is also very helpful. Compared to Google, it is simpler to use and more widely used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Invitation complicated... too much info without a clear explanation as to when a password is needed versus when it is not needed. The phone in process is also unclear.

Ability to do hybrid in-person and virtual meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to communicate with colleagues and clients no matter where they are. The screen sharing and ability to turn over control to a participant allows me to also do business virtually.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to access the meeting attendance list more easily. For instance, if I could just go to that meeting and have the ability to click a button instead of having to hunt through the meeting controls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to drive to every client to complete paperwork and applications. I have been able to meet with teammates and clients in multiple states with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to set up a meeting. Once the meeting has started, it flows pretty well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I dislike. If I had to choose, it would the time limit on the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier to have meetings. There are times when not everyone can be at a certain location for a meeting. This solves that problem.
Staying connected and accessible
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has become a vital tool for me to connect with authors, clients and colleagues. If I can't be there in person Zoom has become essential in my business

Very little to dislike, perhaps more that other users are not Zoom members

Zoom has allowed to meet with authors and work on projects in real time remotely and with document sharing feature it has become invaluable for my work
Overall - best video choice you can make
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the standard - it is what others use and thus, it makes communication easy. it is simple, straight forward and overall does not require any real user knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was slightly more "feature" rich. I also wish the cost was less or even free for the more than 40 min meetings. I think there are many ways the platform could support itself without fees for simple use.

We are a fully remote workplace and zoom allows this to be real! We rely on the software heavily to run our team, our company, and overall run our business. Zoom is key.

Multi-platform support in the BYOD space means that my users can use the device they prefer and still get a consistent experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
No native ChromeOS client. Somewhat pricey on a per-user basis.

We have both internal meetings and external customer-facing meetings. Having a platform that is easy for our non-technical employees and customers is crucial for our people to have timely, effective meetings.
Consistently great service and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom integrates with all of my other key services, which makes it ideal for my client sessions and group trainings as a life and business coach. It's easy to use and seamlessly fits into my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could stay logged in on two devices at once, since I often switch back and forth between my desktop computer and my laptop computer. The workaround is easy enough, but it would be nice to be able to approve devices or IP addresses to stay logged in.
For training purposes, would love to be able to more easily force certain views, like making the speaker and the slides roughly equal in size to have more control over the learner's experience. Would also love persistent chat so folks who log in later can see what was chatted/shared earlier.

How to conduct business virtually around the world and create a seamless experience for both myself and my clients - it's affordable, functional, and broadly accessible, which makes it the ideal solution for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the fact that they make it easy enough to use that there are no technical issues for users at any competency level. It allows for less travel to customers and helps keep the face to face feeling of communication
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any web-based program, you are at the mercy of your data plan and signal strength. It takes many users a long time to realize that you can swipe (on mobile) during a zoom to see the gallery view. it should be more clear with the instructions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me gain and keep geographically undesirable clients for my business. It allows me to check in with company personnel and clients visually, allowing for fewer miscommunications.
