Perfect for my 100% Virtual Small Business
What do you like best about the product?
Reliable, easy-to-use features I need for my small business. It gives me the professional appearance I need for my small business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really. There aren't any features that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a 100% virtual company that relies on technology to meet with my clients, share documents, review shared documents, and discuss the details of projects. Zoom provides me with all of those solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use. The thing I find most helpful is the HIDE ALL NON-VIDEO PARTICIPANTS when doing interviews to air on youtube. I do PR and sit in on interviews all the time and don't want to be ON the interview - I teach people about this all the time so they can have a clean one-on-one screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
no downside really. affordable, easy to use...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now my clients can do interviews from anywhere for audiences all around the world! This was a godsend when the pandemic started - I was able to get all the work done and more because of zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the thing that I like best is the ease of use for my candidates and hiring managers. We also use Teams and there are usually more problems with mobile devices than with Zoom
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know that there is really anything that I dislike. The scheduling is easy with the Outlook integration and the quality of the video is good. I am not sure if there is a recommendation to people who use it go landscape rather than portrait with their mobile device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the biggest benefit is that it gives us multiple platforms to interview with. Some of our candidates are using it in their car at lunch and Zoom just works better on mobile devices.
Multi-functional, easy to use, and budget friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
Great functionality all around. Annotations, breakout rooms, security features, and meeting view layouts are all intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little difficult to switch between annotation and screen control. The process for recovering meeting controls once they are hidden could also be a little easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom offers a good variety of plan options depending on usage and functionality required. This allows for use in personal life, non-profits, and business. The variety of meeting styles and tools allow for better use, no matter how you prefer to meet (breakout rooms, annotations, webinar tools). Having virtual meetings also allows for more people to access content without having to travel.

Zoom keeps my meetings seamless
What do you like best about the product?
I love Zoom. As a business owner who works from home, knowing that I can connect with my clients and team, record my sessions and show them my screen in real-time is just great. The experience is seamless and I am more productive because of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see downsides with Zoom, honestly. It gets the job done! Maybe it would be cool to have some additional filters to use on video with your friends or a more informal meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom keeps my life organized. Because it can be integrated with other tools, I can have people book meetings with me and they automatically receive a link for our meeting, straight to their calendar. This saves time, keeps everyone organized and I can serve my clients without having to meet them in person.

My favorite zoom features are sharing my screen and the ability to dial in from a computer or phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike-Zoom does a good job of privacy options, dial in options, chat and media sharing.

I work with clients globally, and Zoom has enabled me to have personal connections and face-to-face meetings with people around the world.

It is just so easy to use and my whole team is familiar with it. And we can share screens when we are doing internal training

If there was a tool to let me take over their computer that would be helpful but it is not something I 'dislike' about Zoom

Zoom helps my partners not have to travel for our business meetings. It is very convenient for them to not take the time in their cars and deal with traffic. I LOVE Zoom!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that Zoom works. I don't spend every session trying to figure it out. And, more importantly, neither does anyone else on the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the audio quality was higher for podcasters.

It makes video calls easier than they've ever been.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use platform. When the pandemic hit it was easy to implement quickly to keep my classes going. I love now that I can use zoom to keep in contact with mentors and friends.
What do you dislike about the product?
Storing videos costs money. I wish the free platform had more benefits and storage. I also wish there were more controls on privacy and more functions on the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They were ready to go during the pandemic.
Zoom allows my students who are isolated due to exposure, still be able to attend class virtually.
