Zoom is an amazing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has provided me with multiple opportunities to connect "in-person" with people I normally would not be able to do a "face-to-face" with.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little that does not work for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Especially during COVID lock-downs, it allowed me to meet with business associates and friends that I would not have been able to meet or see.
Good solid service, strong network, extensive and great tools
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Consistent link per account makes setting up an ad-hoc meeting esy with regulars. Ability to apps to accomplish just about any integration and aid any meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free account level only allows 40min meetings. Price is a little steep for an individual, would be nice if they had a teir between basic and pro for individuals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual meetings with lots of participants. Security and moderation making sure people don't crash sensitive meetings, or just show up unexpectedly. Quick and easy communication and screen sharing as needed.
Game Changer.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use. I love the feature to call people into your zoom room. Having your own personal zoom room. And how easy it is to invite people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am truly satisfied with everything with Zoom so far. There's nothing that I dislike with Zoom. The ease of using zoom and all the tools have been a huge benefit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is bringing the communication between me and my company together. It's an easy way to see multiple people, go over tasks and screen share. Zoom makes my job so much easier.
Wouldn't want to work without Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use of this software, screen share feature, the company's commitment to security and software updates, the ability to have a personal meeting room ID, and the app for meeting on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish updates would happen automatically when a meeting ends and not when you are starting a meeting. This has resulted in many delayed starts for meetings I've hosted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with people all over the world is a breeze when we can meet 'in person' on Zoom. Also being able to record and transcribe meetings is a lifesaver. I use these for my podcast too.

What do you like best about the product?
I love to be able to screen share with my clients. It allows me to be able to do my presentations with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard and inviting people to join. Wish there was a way to be able to invite straight in the zoom platform and not have to copy and go to email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to work my business remote. I am able to do my consultations from anywhere now.
Greatest form of communication
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to reach as many people as possible. Since COVID zoom has been so needed for everything I do. It's useful for church and for school. This is the best one out there
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the connections take forever. I understand it all has to do with their wifi and streaming capabilities. I wish there would be more control on the video editing side of how we look.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom having better protection for meetings has been so helpful. The control I can have in the meeting helps when working with students. It's such a good interface

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it easy for me to have meetings. I appreciate how simple it is to use. It allowed me to work anywhere I want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about Zoom.

I can connect with people all around the world easily. I can work from anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Zoom has an automatic filter on the video, so it makes me looks great on video! The screen sharing capabilities are very easy to use and it does a better job of connect than Google Meet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom takes a lot of processing power so you have to make sure your computer can handle it. Sometimes there are connection issues when in another meeting and trying to start a new meeting .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Love being able to connect with clients online and talk with employees that work remotely. Is more personable than just connecting over the phone.
Invaluable to my small business
What do you like best about the product?
It integrates easily into my other business services such as for email or appt scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes new updates crash my laptop, not everytime
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I see in-person and remote clients and Zoom was invaluable to me even before the pandemic. I love east recording and screen share features the most.
Easy to use, reliable, and able to integrate!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Zoom integrates with all of my business systems and it's very intuitive!
What do you dislike about the product?
It randomly updates when I open it to hop on a call and makes me late. Disliked the rule about 45 minute limit for calls with 3 people or more, and have been disconnected before. Looks unprofessional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It integrates with my CRM, calendar and scheduling systems which saves me so much time.
