Helpful and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like the compatibility with your personal phone, having the app is nice to stay connected. I also like the text feature, as this can make things easier for our clients!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is really hard to change your voicemail! This is most certainly the process that the majority of our team had difficulty understanding and still do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to meet as a team virtually, and collaborate in chat groups.

There are no downsides about zoom workplace I know of
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity
Good basic service with little to no downtime.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to use the mobile apps so that you can be available no matter where you are.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface to set up holiday hours can be a little clunky to setup and maintain. would be better if the call queues where designed using a workflow methodology.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the need to have a physical phone system and VM system. Also allows IP Phones and mobile devices so that users can be anywhere.
Been using and administrator for Zoom for years
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and new features seem to always be useful. We pretty much assigned an account out to all of our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are connection issues. I haven't determined if that is on Zooms end or ISP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps our business connected internally and with our external clients.
The perfect unified comunications platform
What do you like best about the product?
Previously we had a Cisco phone, people working on slck, MS teams, Zoom and google meets. We had no single platform for comunication and colaboration. Now with Zoom Workplace everyting is all under one umbrella
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really to dislike. Some users preffered using MS teams (not me) and we are bit harder to get on board. Now everyone is pretty happy with the ability to call, chat and meet all integrated with outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The unified comunication has been a blessing. Our user lover how you can start out with a chat, elevate it ot a call, then to a video call and if necessary a full on Zoom multi person multi facility meeting. the adoption of this even amongst the inital skeptics has been amazing

Texting continues to be rather weak and confusing outside if the meeting environment

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace offers our team the capability to perform efficiently and collaborate effectively. It streamlines our communications and planning, powering up our workflow management. One of the best assets of Zoom Workplace is the integrations available, making it a seamless experience as we transition from projects to different tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are a global organization, and there are countried that experience barriers to use Zoom. This is a challenge that requires more planning at the onset of projects to avoid issues during our execution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom offers a space to collaborate in ways that are suitable and effective for our diverse needs. Our team appreciated the Closed Caption, translation and interpretation, and additional capabilities to support everyone we host using the tool.
Zoom Workplace is an asset to my daily work and allows me to easily communicate with my coworkers.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and organization. I default to chats, which are front and center, but I can make a call or meeting with a coworker at a click of a button. The integration with SMS is also convenient for communicating with staff in the field who may more easily respond to a text than Zoom chat. Additionally, Zoom runs on all of my devices, making it easy to stay connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom's recent updates have included things like whiteboards and clips which are superfluous features that clutter the UI by default. Additionally, the calendar integration with Microsoft Outlook sometimes fails to update calendar items when they are modified within Outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is a key component of my day-to-day work and is my go-to when I need to colloborate.

Could use some better or more helpful integrations with existing workplace tools for supporting transitions.

Zoom Works well for calendar, meetings, and chatting with my team
What do you like best about the product?
We like how simple Zoom's functionality is and we can easily chat, meet, and even schedule meetings without a high learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
The chat organization list can get a little crowded and hard to organize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace enables our team to see availability which helps our company which is exclusively remote. We can chat and meet as needed and use the new connected calendar functionality to book meetings all in the same place.
