Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use. I like the simple layout, it makes my life as an IT Manager less stressful. I like the fact that we can have a conversation and that the audio doesn't cut out, like Google Meet does.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when I wish there were less settings to go through. I completely understand they need to be in there, sometimes I wish there were less so I can easily set what I need to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and easy set up. Ease of use and familiarity.
Great HIPAA compliant telehealth option!
What do you like best about the product?
As a therapist, I use Zoom to meet with my clients securely. I like the option of setting up a waiting room and having a recurring link for meetings. The features are user-friendly and the support team is responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom could be improved with an accessible button to turn off the chat. In large group meetings, the feature can be very distracting. Other than that, Zoom has been a great option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has been a great option for telehealth in the pandemic and beyond. It's a great way to meet with clients securely. I appreciate the screen sharing options and file sharing.
Zoom offers everything I need, and it's easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the most dependable web video platform I've tried (I've tried a lot!). And since so many other people use Zoom regularly, it makes it even easier to connect with my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The audio and video settings often have to be reset, almost every time I start a meeting, because I switch between headphones and mics in between meetings. The "same as system" option in preferences doesn't seem to do what it says it will do unless you restart zoom in between meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it really easy to meet with clients and set up group calls which is what my coaching and consulting business relies on. Virtually no time is wasted on "getting tech to work"

What do you like best about the product?
By using zoom, I have the freedom and flexibility to expand my one on one client services business to individuals in different regions of the world that could never set foot in my physical location.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of using zoom are that it is not as personal. When providing coaching services to clients, one thing I miss is being able to be present in the same location with the clients. Sometimes I feel like there are parts of normal communication that I cannot sense over zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the problem of how to expand my business beyond my physical location. Being limited to providing services only to those in my geographical region reduces my business' ability to grow.
Zoom is saving me hours in travel time
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom's interface is incredibly easy to use and new features are explained well and succinctly with each update. I like the dashboard of all the days meetings as well as the chat feature which helps integrate with teammates even when we are not in a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that editing on screen were a little easier to figure out and didn't require the whiteboard or a new app. I'd love it if the menu bar had a pencil and highlighter that could be used to edit as others share their screens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping to solve remote working problems. As an independent consultant to multiple clients, I was traveling 1-4 hours a day to client offices. I am now twice as billable as in the past and not frustrated with traffic.

What do you like best about the product?
Virtual Collaboration, Screen sharing and ease of use
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been using Zoom for a while and have found it to be very useful and beneficial - we have not found anything yet we dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping us navigate meetings/seminars when travel and/or isolation have been restrictive.
Zoom has been very useful especially in this new world we are in following the pandemic.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to not only hold virtual meetings and interviews but be able to reach all employees and support staff both present and away from the office. It also allows us to have great training virtually via the Webinar features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not too much to dislike however, I do wish that we could assign a host to anyone at least within our organization. Sometimes during training or webinars, we have to switch up and we are unable to switch to a different host because they are not registered within the account or are not a paid account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest issues were some of our more remote sites are hard to interview, have meetings and even meet with however, with Zoom, we are now able to accomplish this more often and has made everyone's time easier.
Great tool for work
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a great tool for communicating with colleagues; it is very easy to set up meetings and share meeting links. It is the most stable platform I have found for meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any dislikes for Zoom; it works well. My only comment would be the virtual backgrounds sometimes make the speaker a little fuzzy around the edges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is keeping our team in close touch while some continue to telecommute. Even for those of us in the building, it is more convenient to meet virtually that be in the same room!
Zoom is the best video platform
What do you like best about the product?
The connection is always stable, I like share screen options, the video and audio always work compared to other video platforms I've used before, where there are always connection issues and the video quality is more poor. I also like it for breakout rooms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I am unsatisfied about. I like that I can use it as an independent contractor - it is affordable and high quality and reliable. I won't be switching to another platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use a basic feature so it has everything I need for my needs - down the road for a bigger webinar or groups there may be more updated technology I may need.. I appreciate them working in how it can improve.
Critical Business Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has made it easy for us to conduct business and business meetings in non-traditional ways. It has also allowed us to connect with members that we would otherwise not be able to interact with. We have expanded our Board to regions outside our core operating area, which allows us to have more diversity and thus better our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue we had was sorting out a billing issue early on in our relationship. It was during the start of the pandemic, so I think that played a large part in the delay in customer service response time. Since then, though, we have few complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially, Zoom was a way for us to conduct monthly Board meetings during the pandemic. Now, it allows us to continue developing our Board diversity by getting member involvement from outside our traditional service area.
