An essential and reliable tool for coaching

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a recognized platform for meetings, so my clients feel safe using it. I find it easy to schedule a meeting after I get a request and then send the link to the client. I like that I have access to planned meetings and past meetings, as the info in both can save me scanning through emails. I really appreciate how reliable the zoom software is, as I have had nasty experiences over the decades with software that I have tried to use for coaching calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any complaints with the software or company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Covid and lockdowns, most people chose to do coaching calls in person. Since 2020 my coaching requests have come from around the world and that is why I invested in Zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
We use zoom for team meetings, executove meetings, vendor and client meetings. Zoom has allowed us too be more productive and efficient and as a result more profitable. We have never had an issue with the platform working as it is supposed to work. We use ZOOM every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not seen any after 2.5 years of use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are more connected as a team akd more connected with our clients, vendors and the community. We are more efficient and profitable.

Great meeting tool with HD video

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can have meeting passcodes, change or blue your background, and allow for over 25 team members on a calll. The quality is great, even with people connecting from all over the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a professional account. However, I don't like that there's a time limit on the free account. This makes some people have Zoom calls, only to hang up after 30-40 minutes, and re call or connect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing our team to meet remotely from different time zones, with the ability to interact face to face, use emojis and break out rooms, and accommodate for large and small size groups.

Zoom Brings One-Click Simplicity to Online Meetings

What do you like best about the product?
I have used a few other online meeting programs over the years and found Zoom to be the easiest for all concerned by a wide margin. No need to install software to access the Meeting Interface. Just click the link and you're in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Earlier versions allowed room hosts to open the room to all arrivals, but the Pandemic and rise of child predators invading children's online classrooms forced Zoom to adopt stricter security and now every person who wants into the room must wait for the Room Host to grant access. We use the room to analyze chart setups during the opening of the Dow Jones, and often don't see the pending requests from late arrivals until much later in the session. My preference would be to allow the user to choose the level of security they wish to apply to their room.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The previous software we used for these online meetings tended to develop issues that interfered with our ability to meet, and the repairs/bug fixes sometimes took days. This harmed our business as clients could not reach us during these scheduled sessions. Zoom has had none of these problems and has performed at 100% for us since we made the switch nearly 2 years ago.

Zoom works for all of our conferencing needs

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy for attendees to use. They know how to navigate it on their end which makes a huge difference. We also like that it works well for large and small meetings - and for webinars. As our office is entirely remote, we use it as well for impromptu touch-base meetings with colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting can be confusing to access. It is in there - just not intuitively located in the account. I wish it was more clear - and that there was a wider variety of reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom works for our remote staff for regularly scheduled meetings and for impromptu meetings. It is also great to be able to use extensions to schedule zoom meetings from INSIDE our calendar. We also use zoom for webinars with 100 - 500 attendees. We produce continuing education and training webinars as a part of our regular work, so this is a must-have for our non-profit. It is benefitting us greatly to have one moderately priced solution that handles all of these needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I always compare zoom to my apple iphone, it is easy to use, super intuitive, and flows very easily, I have no hard time ever training anyone on it or having someone use it for the first time
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had a zoom function for screen sharing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting with investors and colleagues, thanks to Zoom we are no longer in the office, like ever, I get all my work done, meet all my clients in the comfort of my home office

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom is incredibly easy to use for beginners. A lot of people who join my tastings are new to Zoom/don't use a computer often and don't have any trouble. On the flip side, I love that Zoom integrates with so many technologies and programs and offers more advanced tools such as breakout groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really see any major downsides. Zoom is easy to use, easy to set up, and functions quite well. If anything, I'd ask them to work on producing an easier way for people with slower connections to join.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom provides a platform for me to host virtual wine tastings as well as meet with potential business partners all across the US and the world. It's incredibly helpful to be able to integrate Zoom with my booking platforms (Resova and Calendly) along with Google Calendar.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes screen sharing easy, connecting with teams seamless, and developing face to face relationships simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any robust software, occasionally it's hard to figure out settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From telecommuting to talking to my 99 year old grandpa who lives several states away, Zoom makes distance irrelevant.

What do you like best about the product?
Seeing myself in the camera preview and false backgrounds
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes glitchy if running other programs, mic feedback can mess up meetings. Wish there was more webinar / event / recording friendly presentation modes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to communicate across an asynchronous team and make investments around the globe

Dependability is everything.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very consistent and reliable. If I or one of my meeting participants is struggling - 90% of the time it is a user error. Competitors are sloppy and always changing (updating) and hard to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a director/owner/lead teacher of a small, private Montessori school for 3-6. I use Zoom for Parent Education, for board meetings etc. Yet, I do not qualify as a school. The definition of school begins at Kinder and that is incredibly disrespectful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None at the moment. I don't have any issues to solve other than the problem listed above and I was told this was not something that would change. My business performance has not increased as the problem stands.
