No gloom or doom with zoom

What do you like best about the product?
It's convenient and user friendly. The settings are easy to understand and manage. I love having preset background as well as being able to upload my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to not handle very large groups that will. I find, I'm those cases, videos and or mics need to be turned off just to prevent freezing from occurring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can do business anywhere but I can't travel anywhere. Zoom allows me to network and meet with people without worrying about physical travel. This expands my business capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Sharing your screen and asking for remote control makes it a great tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our clients find it hard to figure what they need to click when sharing your screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needing an option to meet with staff without having to be in the same town. We are remote all the time.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease in being able to schedule and host meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't found any meaningful downside to using Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Of course, during the pandemic, Zoom proved invaluable in being able to help keep our business functioning on an acceptable basis. Even since the pandemic has lessened, we find better participation in our Loan Committee and Board meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to conduct virtual meetings! Great for connecting socially and professionally!
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes. I've found it to be user-friendly and an incredibly helpful tool for business and personal use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teaching students acting in different cities. And coaching even internationally. My coach works with me from Canada! I am more productive and more connected to my community.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very easy to use and all ages can navigate the platform. As a podcast host, Zoom is my choice to record my guests. Other platforms I have tried are not as user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
You do have the occasional "not stable internet connection" even though you have full signal and at times the video gets stuck which freezes the audio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The new whiteboard function is an excellent tool for business meetings!

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and rather intuitive to set up meetings, customize your security options and accessibility, as well as record and get demographics on your meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recordings are only available 30 days after the meeting; you can download mp4 files of the recordings, but if you forget, there's no retrieving the recordings. Even if there was a reminder option that reminds you to download the file a certain number of days before the expiration, that would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization works 80% remotely, and the in-person work we do is usually outdoors. Zoom helps us meet with our Board of Directors and committees, and with individuals outside of our organization, even when individuals are out of town; it saves commute time and gas money, and on logistics of finding a venue or meeting at someone's house. We can jump into a meeting and not have to worry about driving across town and losing time during the day/evening.

What do you like best about the product?
The most important thing is reliability. If I I have clients beginning a session at a certain time, I want to be there ready for them without stress or worry. I know Zoom will work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a simple video tutorial within the platform itself. That would be helpful as I learn to use more complex features of Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most important problem is needing to meet clients virtually without a lot of fuss. Zoom solves that beautifully. Secondly, I have some psychotherapy clients who require HPPA confidentiality. A specialized subscription with Zoom allows that and keeps my therapy practice safe, private and in compliance with our State Regulating committee for professional counselors. Finally, my specialized expertise in IFS draws students from around the world. A non-local platform that everyone knows how to use is a must. Thank you, Zoom!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's user-friendly and allows all my work to get done with no hassle. It makes having more meetings possible which helps us achieve more projects in the time we have available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the iPhone app should have a few better settings to be able to see your past recorded meetings. It's a bit of a hassle having to go into the webpage for the recording instead of having it right on the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a cost-effective and easy way to communicate with new business partners and members of my team without having to meet in person, which saves a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the whole company can be on screen and connected all at once, while someone is sharing their screen to walk the team thru a presentation. I also like how folks can also discuss alt topics on the side, in the chat feature, all while we are facetime'ing and screen sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I only get one dedicated zoom link with my account. it'd be nice if I have two or three links...because In my business, I need to run multiple zooms a day, which can be booked at the same time or overlap at the same time - and so I wish I had a few "lines" tied to my account, versus just one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see each other, easily, and simply. It brings our whole team together, wherever they are around the country. I also really love the screen-sharing ability.

Zoom - Silver Lining

What do you like best about the product?
As with many sectors of the world, the education community had to figure out how to do things differently when the pandemic began. Zoom was the answer to many of the challenges we faced. While it took a little bit of effort to learn this new technology, eventually everyone, from our most tech-savvy staff down to our TK students, used Zoom proficiently. I appreciate how Zoom easily connects all the stakeholders in the district.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any complaints. When we have new users, they seem to pick it up easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has continued to be a useful tool even though we have been back in person since November 2020. We have been able to offer hybrid meetings for all types of meetings. This has increased attendance and participation. We use it for IEP meetings, Town Halls, staff meetings, community meetings, etc. It is a HUGE time saver as well as people do not have to travel to attend meetings.
