Great for Hybrid
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of Zoom. I can simply share the Meeting ID each month for our Safety Meetings. Employees can attend from home or even at their desk.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that audio isn't automatic. I have lots of older employees who do not know how to join audio. I wish this was automatic and those that need to turn it off can.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The number of employees that attend the monthly meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use, even on the first try. It's safe, simple and always works great. Interface is easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface feels boxy and outdated, could be modernized with less frames and sleeker toolbar. Also toolbar is at the top while sharing visual content but at the bottom the rest of the time, which sometimes causes lag when coming back from a presentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is our go-to platform for everything virtual. Much easier to use than Teams and fuller set of features than Meet. It's a great productivity tool because it's the closest thing to a face-to-face meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and convenient. Has excellent added features to ensure a good meeting experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the most part zoom has thought of everything. There is sometimes some issues when it come to changing the time of the meeting, it's not easy to simply change it to another day and keeping the log in info the same.

Helped standardize remote work and even virtual conferences.
Zoom for widely disbursed group
What do you like best about the product?
There are members of our group around the globe and they are all able to join conversations. Polling is a powerful option for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding attendance reports takes too many steps. I would expect to find the reports link under Meetings, not Administration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Receiving input from our various workgroups is instrumental in creating an annual report of requirements and progress.

Ease of use for attendees is the best feature

There was one day when the whole platform was down. But over several years of use that was a singular incident.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to get a geographically isolated team to collaborate with one another and build relationships.

Zoom makes remote work feasible
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is used by lots of people, so nearly everyone knows how to use it. It is secure and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there's a lag. But my biggest dislike is that when someone shares their screen, it defaults to full screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work on a fully remote team. We would not be able to do our jobs without Zoom. It is the primary way in which my team communicates with one another.
Zoom is a great way to connect members of a team
What do you like best about the product?
I like the recording feature of Zoom, how it records and saves to your machine. I always really appreciate the waiting room feature so that I know who is entering the room and I can control the entry.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface for muting/unmuting and determining which microphone and headphones you have connected could use a little work. It sometimes happens that people will be talking and do not realize that they are actually muted, or that their current headphones or microphone aren't the ones that have connected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the issue of it being so expensive to travel right now- now we can meet virtually but still see one another. It helped immensely during the pandemic where it was not possible to travel. I find this equalizes people and offers more experiences to those of lower socioeconomic status!
Easy to Use Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom because it is easy to use and allows me to meet 1:1 with clients and in groups. I like that it shows multiple time zones since I work with clients worldwide
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything I dislike right now. Zoom meets my needs and functions well. My clients are familiar with the platform and it does what I need it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to meet with clients worldwide. This helps my business because I am not restrained by geographic areas and can work with a much broader clientele than would be the case with face to face meetings.
stable platform, great for meetings small or large, scaleable to do webinars
What do you like best about the product?
Host controls are a MUST. User controls are good too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Oftentimes I log into a meeting, and Zoom decides it needs to update RIGHT THEN, so I'm late getting on or starting the meeting.
