Still the One to Beat for Virtual Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I’d definitely recommend it. It’s the most reliable tool for jumping into a call without technical hiccups, and the AI summaries are a total game-changer for catching up on meetings you missed. It’s getting a little crowded with all the new 'Workplace' tabs, but for actually getting work done with a team, it’s still the one to beat.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is starting to feel cluttered as they add more 'Workplace' features like mail and calendar that I don't always need. Also, the frequent mandatory updates right when you're trying to join a call can be a real pain if you're already running late.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves app overload by consolidating meetings, chat, and docs into one flow, which saves me from constant context switching. The biggest benefit is the AI Companion; it automatically handles meeting summaries and action items, saving me at least 20 minutes of recap work after every call

I find Zoom Workplace to be a dependable communication tool for meetings and collaboration. Its video, chat, and screen-sharing features make remote teamwork smooth and productive. I love that it allows meetings, messaging, and screen sharing in one place, making remote collaboration simple and efficient. These features allow instant communication, quick problem-solving, and real-time collaboration. Instead of long emails or delays, teams can discuss issues live, share their screen to explain tasks clearly, and use messaging for fast follow-ups, which saves time and improves productivity. I also appreciate the straightforward initial setup. Installing the app, creating an account, and joining meetings was quick and user-friendly, even for team members with minimal technical experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the interface needs to be simpler for new users. I also find the performance lacking on low internet connections and I believe meeting security controls could be improved.

I've been using Zoom Workplace for the last 2-3 years, and I find it easy to use with amazing features to connect people online. I really like how it connects people who are far away, and you can quickly connect with others for work. I value the screen sharing feature a lot, and it's enough for me without needing additional tools.

I sometimes experience low video quality. For improvement in video quality, a good network is necessary.

The continuous chat feature is a big plus, as it allows my team to communicate without switching apps. Hosting large webinars with a significant number of users is flexible and works well for us. The initial setup was smooth and easy.

I believe Zoom needs to provide a bit more on integration and also sometimes we face technical issues. When we host webinars, we've faced video distortion issues and connectivity issues.

Since I'm not a power user, I don't really use half of the options that it comes with. This isn't so much of a big negative, just includes lots of features that I don't use.

Great system; prohibited by business clients due to security issues

Its features are intuitive and useful. The service is well-designed and easy to use.

My clients won't use it due to security concerns. For most of my web-enabled conferencing, I'm required to use Microsoft Teams
