What do you like best about the product?
It helps me connect with my office colleagues through many options, such as meetings and team chat. I can also manage important documents, use the whiteboard, and access other easy-to-use features. the customer support is also good it very easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how it brings everything related to work. communication into one place. Instead of switching between many apps, meetings, chats, and calls all happen smoothly inside one platform. The video and audio quality are very reliable, even when the internet is not perfect. This makes meetings less stressful and more productive. It is very easy to use. Anyone can join a meeting with just one link, without technical confusion. I like how quickly meetings start. There is no long setup or loading time, which saves daily work hours. The chat and team messaging features help keep conversations organized and easy to follow. Screen sharing works well and feels smooth, which helps a lot during presentations and collaboration. It works well on different devices like laptops, mobiles, and tablets, so work continues anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features are only available in paid plans, which may feel limiting for small teams. The interface can feel a bit crowded when many features are enabled at once Long meetings can sometimes feel tiring due to continuous video usage. Managing large meetings takes practice, especially with many participants. occasional updated change layouts, which take time to adjust. Notifications can feel too frequent if not configured properly. Offline functionality is very limited.

Excellent tool for virtual meetings and collaboration

I really like the high-quality video and audio stability. The mobile app is very easy to use, and screen sharing works perfectly even on slower internet connections

The 40-minute time limit on the free version is the main disadvantage for long meetings

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Zoom Workplace is very easy to use and there is no lagging, which is great for seamless meetings. It's convenient that I can work on both phone and desktop, especially since I can use my phone for meetings anywhere when I'm traveling and don't have my laptop. I also find file transfer and screen sharing features valuable for sharing information effectively.

according to me, I donot think therer has ant issue but it should work on Zoom web too

I like being able to communicate with anyone in my organization - accessibility to leadership, accounting, marketing, and other sales reps.

I experience difficulties when trying to integrate with other applications. It either fails to integrate or takes forever. Then when it finally integrates - doesn’t seem like info is flowing both ways.

Helps employees stay connected while working in a remote office space. We are able to collaborate on work projects and share information quickly. The other side is relationship building with team members - helps keep on top of work anniversaries, birthdays, and other important life events.

They can improve things like the free time that you have to do a meeting, it would be better to have like 45 minutes. Sometimes you share your screen, and you share a video, it would be better if they improve that feature because sometimes the audio is out of sync with the video.
