What do you like best about the product?
Love the fact that it's easy for me, and all my attendees to use. The clarity of picture is great too. Not grainy like some can be.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I have a scheduled meeting only to discover during sign in that they've changed something, or there is an update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest is to be able to connect me, and others across the US as the next best thing to being in person.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace is very reliable, and you don't need a particularly strong Wi-Fi connection to have good quality phone calls. Even the video quality is pretty good, thanks to their impressive compression algorithm. It's also easy to use and has a lot of inbuilt AI assistance for transcription and recording meetings. I appreciate that it's integrated with our Google Calendar, making meeting setup convenient. Overall, it's just a very easy application to work with and has a good UI that's straightforward and easy to understand.

There nothing which I have to complain about it. It meets all my needs.

It is probably my internet, but sometimes the image or audio freezes up.

We had to go to remote meetings when we were going through the pandemic. Many of the members of our organizations were older people, so it was important to keep them healthy during a trying time. They met once a month, so Zoom was a lifesaver, literally and figuratively.

Zoom is incredibly easy to use and provides fast connectivity with minimum buffering. The most important factor for me is the clear audio, which is vital during my sales calls to ensure professional communication.

Can do voice call or voice and video call together, and the scare screen feature or ability to record meetings. I can use it from my phone app or computer. Meetings can be recorded.

Helping me to work remotely and have virtual meetings without travelling into office. Also enables us to have quick video calls instead of emailing issues which makes resolving issues a lot faster as we can do it in real time as if we were in the office.
