Zoom Is the New Kleenex for Remote Meetings

  • May 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
With a myriad of choices, my team always lands on zoom. It’s the new Kleenex of remote meetings
What do you dislike about the product?
I highly dislike cascading screens. Iykyk. But that’s every remote video tool I’ve ever used that does that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We travel a lot. When a client can do a zoom instead of a face to face it saves us a lot of money and time.

Seamless Virtual Meetings with User-Friendly Interface

  • May 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I think Zoom Workplace is super user-friendly and the format is great. Almost all of the tools are laid out intuitively underneath, so the screen isn't cluttered with other applications. I like the tool that lets me not see everybody's screen, which helps me focus on the people I need to listen to. The initial setup was extremely easy and very familiar, so there was no difficulty in getting started.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say it's a personal issue because I use it under my job description, but the fact that you can't surpass a certain amount of team meeting time or that would be, like, an additional feature that you do have to pay for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace eliminates the inconvenience of going into the office for single meetings and allows staff to easily come together and share ideas in a more accessible way.

Zoom Workplace Brings the Spanish World into Our Classroom

  • May 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I teach Spanish using Zoom Workplace every day. We use Zoom to connect and learn. My colleague joins us from a South American country. We love to use breakout rooms for students to have personalized practice time in small groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when we can't hear each other because our voices cut off. Sometimes we cut the video and that helps. Other times we just repeat until the data catches up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of Zoom Workplace, I'm able to teach families from multiple states, bring a native speaker to our classroom from his own country, share slides, videos, and online novels. I'm able to develop this live interactive business from my own home. We're building human connection and real relationships that we are taking into the real world. I pay an annual price for the service that pays for itself multiple times over.

  • May 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the platform is my favorite thing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of the notifications for the chat box. I think the chat should automatically be open for the entirety of the call. You should also be able to see the chat box if you are sharing your screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't run into any problems regarding zoom workplace.

Reliable, User-Friendly Communication and Collaboration in One Place

  • May 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Zoom Workplace is that it keeps communication simple while still giving you everything you need in one place.

It’s very reliable: meetings run smoothly, and even with weaker internet it usually stays stable. The interface is also easy to navigate, so scheduling, joining calls, and sharing your screen don’t feel complicated, even for new users.

I also appreciate that it goes beyond basic video calls. Features like chat, recordings, and whiteboards make collaboration easier, especially when you need to revisit past discussions or keep everyone aligned.

Overall, it’s a dependable, user-friendly tool that helps remote and hybrid work feel seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don’t love about Zoom Workplace is that, even though it offers a lot of features, it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming. With chat, meetings, whiteboards, and other tools all in one place, the interface can end up feeling cluttered, and it takes time to fully get used to everything.

Another downside is that performance can occasionally dip, especially in large meetings or when multiple features—like screen sharing and recordings—are running at the same time. It doesn’t happen often, but when it does, it can interrupt the flow of a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace mainly solves the problem of scattered communication and makes it much easier to stay connected with teams.

Earlier, work used to be spread across multiple tools—one for meetings, another for chats, and something else for sharing updates. Zoom brings all of that into one place, which saves time and reduces the hassle of constantly switching between apps.

It also makes remote and hybrid work much smoother. No matter where people are working from, it’s easy to jump into meetings, share ideas, and stay aligned without feeling disconnected.

Another helpful part is how it reduces manual effort. Features like recordings and summaries make it easier to keep track of discussions without having to note everything down.

Zoom Workplace: An AI-First Collaboration Hub

  • May 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The "best" thing about Zoom Workplace (the evolved version of the Zoom app) is its shift from a simple video tool to an AI-first collaboration hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing .Like every thing about zoom workplace
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is designed to address the "productivity tax" of modern work—the time wasted on administrative tasks, meeting fatigue, and jumping between disconnected apps.
By shifting from a video app to an AI-first "System of Action," it solves several specific pain points:
