What do you like best about the product?
It is a multifunctional way to run the phone system as well as our video conferencing. It has yet to fail us! Transferring between locations, team chatting and the shared calendar are indespensible! The training was great, live help is always there for you. We cannot go through a day without this program.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can honestly say that we have had Zoom Workplace for almost a year now and we have yet to find a down side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have helped us implement Zoom phone and chat.

What do you like best about the product?
Not migrating from Avaya to Zoom phones. Very easy and works great.
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues with Zoom workplace or Zoom phone. Everything works as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to replace on-premisis Avaya phone system.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is an application we use everyday at our organization. It is regularly updated to add new features, improve existing features, and create an easier user interface. Support is excellent, no matter what issues we've run into- Zoom has an answer. Deployment is a cinch. And it works together with our exisitng Microsoft accounts, calendars, emails, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Zoom Workplace that we've experienced is that it is starting to have a lot more overlap with our other services- it causes our users confusion of where they should be doing certain things, when features are avaialble in both places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace allows us to cut down on third party services for things like digital signage visitor management, and business scheduling by allowing us to bring it all under one umbrella. This also cuts down on the administration required to manage all those separate services. Now we just control them all from Zoom Admin.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom workplace allows for folks to use multiple devices and access the app. I also like the features where I can share voicemails and messages through zoom and mark items as unread, add a task, ect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the automated voices that read voicemails could be clearer, for example, our recording asks clients who speak spanish to press zero and we have had complaints about how the spanish sounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom acts as our phone system primarily and has been very helpful in sending messages between team members.

What do you like best about the product?
I utilize Zoom for business phone line and video conferencing everyday. I like functionality between the different features (phone, video, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel it lacks of integration with other systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the seperation of calls on the Zoom app vs. my regular calls on my apple. Easy to keep seperate and balanced.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's intuitive to use and it helps that it is popular, so you don't have to walk external stakeholders how to use it. We use it daily, whether for meetings, webinars, or user events.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had an issue with an integration -- and after meeting with support several times, I felt as if I was playing the middle man between both vendors. I think that if you have a massive integration, a customer shouldn't have to be a part of the blame game.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to create content and host events that help us to collaborate with customers and meet with prospects.
