Easy to plan and execute meetings

What do you like best about the product?
It is integrated with Google Calendar and people are familiar with the tool
What do you dislike about the product?
It allows people to be lazy, avoiding direct human contact, which results in a lack of engagement
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was instrumental during the pandemic in keeping people involved -- and now is allowing people, who otherwise can't participate, to be part of things.

Zoom Helps Team Collaboration & More!

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to schedule a meeting with your colleagues. With the zoom/slack connector we are now, more than ever, in real-time collaboration as a team rather than relying solely on siloed email communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how there are no annotation tools while presenting, like a highlighted cursor, or the ability to draw on the screen. It would be super helpful when presenting Powerpoint presentations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps our teams collaborate remotely, especially after COVID. We have a standing zoom call weekly that wouldn't be possible on other video communications platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use for all parties - myself and clients. It makes it incredibly easy to schedule, add to my calendar and was a lifesaver during COVID.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes reminders don't come through to clients, which means sometimes clients forget we have a scheduled meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to work remotely. Zoom allows me to expand my business, whether with clients or employees, with location freedom.

What do you like best about the product?
Webinar capabilities, less disruption of the service and quality in comparison to MS Teams. While we use Microsoft Teams for collaboration and real-time communication, we find that Zoom offers us a better product for internal and client meetings along with webinars and virtual events.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much we don't like about Zoom. It is a great product.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so ubiquitous in the business world that the number of people who have to seek help to join meetings is way lower than it ever has been. Happy clients, and business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost has gone up in recent years, beyond that no real problems to report. SSO integration should be available on the smaller plans, but is limited to higher tiers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User acceptance. Also the Zoom Rooms function allows us to outfit conference rooms using hardware we select, or in some cases have in surplus and does not tie us to a vendor lock-in.

A great way to connect with your team

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom for all my team meetings, training, one on one coaching and even celebration calls. I love how easy it is to use on the phone or computer. Also really enjoy being able to do breakout rooms with my team and then bring everyone together to discuss! I also like being able to change the background, share my screen and connect to FB and do training there as well. it's a great extra perk.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I dislike yet. If I have any issues the help desk is very helpful and can usually help with the "user error" that's happening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to connect with my team on a personal and professional level.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom is very reliable and has clear sound and video which is essential for me as a Voice and Piano Teacher.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there isn't a simple way to message my students after a lesson like I can on Skype.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of connecting with my private music students for their weekly lessons.

the program is extremely user friendly everyone in the organization uses it frequently and they love it.

as of right now nothing - we enjoy the program without any problems or concerns

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom both professionally and personally. It makes video conferencing easy and painless. I like being able to have a dedicated meeting ID. It's also great that people don't need platform accounts (such as Google or Microsoft) to join a meeting. It works on all types of devices and is easy for beginners to navigate.

There are plenty of settings to customize the experience for your meeting if desired.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have primarily used Zoom to host video conferencing, and I can't think of a downside. Possibly that is because I'm used to using the platform. I appreciate the regular improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom to have remote client meetings. I'm able to easily send the meeting information with the calendar invite. I've never had a client have any issue in figuring out how to join the meeting.

Easy Video Conferencing for Our Business

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to add separate rooms for break-out sessions. This makes training employees that have different levels of knowledge about the subjects we train using Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the number of emails I receive from Zoom. I can easily delete them, but it would be nice if we could specify what we would like to hear about rather than how often we get an email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use zoom constantly for meetings, training, one on one help sessions with our applications. It is much easier than trying to describe issues.
