Zoom for widely disbursed group
What do you like best about the product?
There are members of our group around the globe and they are all able to join conversations. Polling is a powerful option for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding attendance reports takes too many steps. I would expect to find the reports link under Meetings, not Administration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Receiving input from our various workgroups is instrumental in creating an annual report of requirements and progress.

Zoom is a great way to connect members of a team
What do you like best about the product?
I like the recording feature of Zoom, how it records and saves to your machine. I always really appreciate the waiting room feature so that I know who is entering the room and I can control the entry.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface for muting/unmuting and determining which microphone and headphones you have connected could use a little work. It sometimes happens that people will be talking and do not realize that they are actually muted, or that their current headphones or microphone aren't the ones that have connected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the issue of it being so expensive to travel right now- now we can meet virtually but still see one another. It helped immensely during the pandemic where it was not possible to travel. I find this equalizes people and offers more experiences to those of lower socioeconomic status!
Zoom makes remote work feasible
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is used by lots of people, so nearly everyone knows how to use it. It is secure and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there's a lag. But my biggest dislike is that when someone shares their screen, it defaults to full screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work on a fully remote team. We would not be able to do our jobs without Zoom. It is the primary way in which my team communicates with one another.
Easy to Use Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom because it is easy to use and allows me to meet 1:1 with clients and in groups. I like that it shows multiple time zones since I work with clients worldwide
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything I dislike right now. Zoom meets my needs and functions well. My clients are familiar with the platform and it does what I need it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to meet with clients worldwide. This helps my business because I am not restrained by geographic areas and can work with a much broader clientele than would be the case with face to face meetings.
Great service
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of scheduling/changing meetings. I can update one calendar invite and it uses the same link over and over. Very easy for clients to use and log in as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything I don't like... It works amazing for all of my needs. My only wish was that there were better ways to utilize my meeting room and not allow people to join until a certain time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing my practice to be nationwide, I now have no restrictions on building relationships/clients all over the country by using zoom to host meetings.
I use Zoom from last 3 years, it is really easy to use, i love the features of zoom.

Easy to connect, cheap and best. offer various options to select zoom codes. easily connect several people at the same time. Features are outstanding compared to other software

up until there is nothing that I dislike about zoom. I like all the features and services of Zoom, I am not facing any issues, so there is no reason to dislike the zoom service.

During Covid, no in-person meetings can be conducted, and my business is mainly to deal with people. At that time Zoom play a pivotal role in my business. I can meet with the clients at any time, anywhere.
Zoom is an excellent platform for meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is an excellent platform for meetings. It is very user-friendly and easy to use. Even not so tech-savvy staff find it easy to learn. I appreciate how easy it is to do things in Zoom versus in Teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything that I dislike about Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many staff have switched to a hybrid or fully work-from-home schedule, so Zoom lets us all keep in touch easily in both team and one-on-one meetings.
Bit expensive but reliable

I have online school for bilingual kids from allover the world. We have regular classes as well as free classes for refugees from Ukraine
I rely on Zoom for all my meetings and trainings
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use zoom for a meeting or training. I can hold a long meeting or I can hop on Zoom just to show someone how to do something at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Zoom for years and have not found anything I don't like about Zoom. I guess if I have to pick something it might be more options for backgrounds options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom to hold weekly meetings with my recruiters and I use it during all our training with new recruiters because we all work from home. If a recruiters is having problems figuring out how to do something or if I'm introducing the team to something new, I can hop on Zoom and show them in just a few minutes. So easy to use. We can do screenshare or call in meetins.
