Absolutely awesome software
What do you like best about the product?
I use zoom for my podcast. I love how easy it is to record. The interface is very easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything that I dislike. If I could add one feature it would be to have multiple formats to extract -- mp4, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it very easy to record any meeting. I've used it for podcasting, job interviews and virtual roundtables.
Always reliable, easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to meet online rather than driving around for meetings. I appreciate the excellent audio and video capacity that Zoom provides in comparison to other organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a disconnection between audio and the computer, don't know how to solve it when it happens. And not being able to conduct more than one meeting with the same account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Other than creating a platform where people can meet online with excellent video and audio capacity, I don't know what other problems it has solved. I'm able to have more meetings and productivity because of Zoom.
Zoom is ideal for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of implementation along with the straightforward way we can help team members with utilization. It's very intuitive and not overrun with too much detail.
What do you dislike about the product?
My team and I dislike the constant updates. It would be nice if we were able to cull them down to once a week maximum instead of multiple times a day. The pop-ups are distracting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the Zoom administrator, the ease of set up along with the ability and affordability of each team member to utilize their account is something I wouldn't trade.
Easiest platform out there
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use and little to no train
What do you dislike about the product?
All the updates issued for the client but easy to look plast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to hold virtual meetings for clients and internal stake holders. It improves the quality of the meeting by having the ability to see everyone and everyone can see necessary documents while screen sharing. It cuts down on all questions about someone reading documents out loud.
The perfect environment for a meeting that is not in person!
What do you like best about the product?
I loved that it was simple to use and easy to operate and join even at the last minute! Even individuals that are not super fluent in using technology have had ease!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to find a way that allows for someone to host a meeting and have some attendees join via zoom but in person as well without the reverb. Other than that, its great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the need to be in person for each meeting when that is not always possible. The ability to be able to connect and to share materials is so extremely helpful!
Connecting made easy
What do you like best about the product?
With Zoom and the ability to link it with my Calendly and google suite, it makes connecting easier than ever
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Zoom and Microsoft Teams could crossover. Since clients use that service instead of Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my calendar organized and allowing me to connect with people around the world in an instants.
A lifesaver for remote work!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Zoom is that it allows my team to connect quickly and efficiently through a variety of integrations, including Slack and Google Calendar. It is reliable and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I would say that the only thing I don't like about Zoom is the fact that certain updates create difficult or annoying bugs, which I know happens with any program, but they can be especially disruptive with Zoom updates from what I have noticed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the remote work problem. It allows for quick and effective cooperation from anywhere in the world, in fact I have even been able to attend meetings from flights I have been on with minimum instability.
Works as Advertised
What do you like best about the product?
It's fast and easy to use. Also, the reception and connection is exactly what we need for a productive meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like having to set the virtual background each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can have virtual meetings with multiple, displaced individuals and all come together as if we are all in the same room.
Great resource for recording training sessions to go back and review.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the recording sessions, this way I can go back and review the meetings or the training session I have on zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to put all the emails i want to include in the same area, I have to go from the calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By being able to share training videos with others in the organization. It saves us so much time.
So easy and handy
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom for the groups that I run, classes I teach and for 1-2-1s, both professional and personal. I can arrange to meet with anyone anywhere in the world quickly and easily. With my paid account I can talk for as long as I like.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is the occasional inexplicable glitch although these are rare. They tend not to be Zoom's issue but a connection fault. There is very little to dislike with Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom means that I can keep in touch with clients everywhere, jumping on at short notice or making appointments in advance. and with friends and family since I am not living in my home country.
