Easy Peezy Lemon Squeezy!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to invite people to meetings and almost everyone knows how to use it. Seems to be the industry standard right now. You've become a verb! It's much easier to use than Microsoft Teams, which my company requires.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still figuring out the whiteboard feature. I tried to share a recent one and couldn't do it. I would also appreciate a few more font choices in the whiteboard app rather than just italics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting with customers. Of course we couldn't do that at the height of the pandemic, but it's still going. I don't have to drive to customers as often and I can answer questions and demo things with a quick zoom call.
Even before COVID, Zoom allowed me to hold meetings with collaborators around the world.
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best about Zoom is being able to connect with collaborators around the world and to record our meetings for those in inconvenient time zones.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like not being able to contact a human immediately in the event of an urgent problem. Having human access via chat would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allowed me to expand my board to members around the country and have them participate in meetings. A national board is invaluable to increased performance.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy link sharing and the ability to Sync with my calendar is a God send. In this would of social distance I couldn't ask for a better tool. I also love that it is so universal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are connection issues that are unexplainable. I only hope that it gets corrected soon. Outside of that, I can't think of a thing that I can say I dislike about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem that zoom is solving is personal connection. We know that nothing feels more like connection than actually being face to face with someone. Zoom has come the closest to the real thing than I have ever felt.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has made hosting a meeting anywhere anytime possible. I especially appreciate the screen sharing option. This allows me to share graphics that bring my sentences to life!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to delegate the job of opening a zoom meeting. This has been the most frustrating for me. Occasionally I have had to frantically locate internet to open a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The greatest benefit of using zoom for leading my teams is the ability to bring everyone together regardless of location. Now we arr more unified than ever because of having multiple touchpoints throughout the quarter.
Dependability and easy connection
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has proven to be a dependable program for face-to-face meetings with colleagues and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still on a learning curve trying to discover all that it has to offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the quick access to face-to-face meetings that just seems to make meetings more productive than phone conversations in the past.
Easy to use in a saturated market
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using ZOOM during the height of the pandemic and have seen great value in the tool from ease of use and ability to make improvements that help improve the overall experience. Given there are so many competitors it's helpful to know we found one that works, is priced competitively and makes it easy to use. Would recommend to anyone with a small business to try their software out and see how easy everything works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better communication on updates and best practices with the software. Most learning is done on the fly and would be helpful to know what updates are coming and available to use.

Ways to communicate to client base and having a tool that the general public is very familiar with
Great Product/Service
What do you like best about the product?
I've found zoom to be very easy when scheduling meetings and even changing them last minute. It's quick and efficient! I have about several calls a week and find Zoom to work best for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like some of the connection issues that I run into sometimes when there is a zoom update but they seem to work themselves out eventually and aren't a huge deal breaker for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've found Zoom to be better in terms of other similar services like Facetime or Google Meet based on the professionalism and efficiency zoom offers compared to the others.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool to connect with customers. It allows you to have face to face dialogues and conduct business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been limited times where a presenter or main customer is running the meeting on our platform and is not an authorized user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have timely meetings on a platform accessible by many despite locations.
Reliable Video Conferencing for Small Business
What do you like best about the product?
Embedded widget in my Google Calendar and Outlook enables me to quickly schedule meetings on the go and present myself as a bigger, more complex business than just a one man operation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integration is wonky. Zoom starts a meeting with me as the host but doesn't have me logged in as the host. Has happened more than a few times. I have to log out of the meeting, log back into Zoom, and then proceed. Doesn't seem like an intelligent platform in that respect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps me on par with other, larger agencies and consultant groups in order to schedule and host client meetings. workshops and other meetings when in-person meeting is not possible.
Using Zoom for my calls with clients and family
What do you like best about the product?
Good quality of calls, many options to extend your experience such as sharing screen, adding audio and so on. Also I like scheduling a bunch of calls for a week with a calendar reminder
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm ok with everyhing. Only thing is that I have just 40 min free with one-on-one calls. When I have a group calls- that's ok to pay for a subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm working with clients all over the world and it's very helpful that Zoom has time zones when you're scheduling a call in advance. So clients know at what exact time they should attend the meeting in their time zone.
