Zoom: My Go To For Online Classes
What do you like best about the product?
The interaction, how people can type in the chat or speak live: whatever they're comfortable with. This allows introverts and extroverts participate however they feel comfortable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not really a dislike, but rather a learning curve. The extra features like breakout rooms, making someone else a host and giving them authority to control the audience, and how to raise hand, etc -- can be challenging for some to understand. Maybe Zoom can make a Zoom University with videos showing how to easily use all the features!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom to host all my online classes and I absolutely love it. It's an easy way to see my students and give feedback in real time. They love the personal interaction and it's the best to make sure they're understanding the information. Next month, I'll be using Zoom as a Study Hall -- where I'll be watching my students complete their work, while everyone is on mute - and they can unmute themselves when they have a question. It's the best way to reach people from all over the world and give them an exclusive, luxury experience.
Fantastic Tool
What do you like best about the product?
When I started using zoom I did it with the intention of only using it temporarily. Now It is a part of my business I can't do without
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes new updates and features should be communicated better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes it takes a while to coordinate my calendar with my clients for a personal meeting. Zoom allows us to meet quicker
Zoom enables us to schedule executive meetings more easily.
What do you like best about the product?
We don't have to travel! While we are all in the same city, we are geographically quite far apart. Zoom enables us to hold meetings without traveling, and to easily record those meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing. Zoom works as we would expect and allows us to meet without meeting!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With busy schedules, condensing our meeting time is important. Zoom allows us to skip the commute...we can hold a 2-hour meeting in 2 hours rather than 3.
Zoom Workplace is essential!
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using zoom on a daily basis for over 10 years. I am so excited about the updated features Zoom Workplace is now offering! I'm most excited about Zoom calendar, scheduler and AI and the ability to easily integrate all of those things in my day-to-day workflow. I am all about efficiency and I LOVE not having to leave Zoom to access my email and calendar to schedule a meeting or see my availability. I love that it's ntegrated directly into the Zoom app as well. Thank you, Zoom for these changes and updates!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes about Zoom Workplace yet! Zoom mobile continues to be the only thing I dislike about Zoom in general. It feels clunky to me. Even though my zoom settings are set at muted, I seem to always be unmuted when joining via mobile and it throws me off. I wish there was an option to see a full-screen view of the participants rather than swiping to different screens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is keeping our fully-remote team connected on a daily basis. We're able to see one another virtually and see get a lot accomplished. We're excited to embrace the AI changes and the endless possibilities on how to keep our team running efficiently.
Why fly when you can ZOOM
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use, and maneuver. You do not need to be a tech wiz, or IT person to locate and use the accessories. I like that it walks you through screen sharing and makes the process very simple to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only wish that it was more phone friendly, in terms of being able to view the entire participant gallery. It's not difficult to figure out but it takes a moment depending on the phone you have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use zoom for interviews, study groups, and church meetings. I like that I can record sessions for those who aren't able to join real time but still want to participate. And I like the flexibility of being able to do it anywhere, plane, car, office... you do not necessarily need to sitting in front of a desktop.
Zoom is the best video software I have used!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the most user-friendly video app that I have used! If anyone is using anything else it makes me question their backend. Skype is a sign of a company behind "behind" to me
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes- Zoom is incredibly organized and easy to use! I have had no issues with Zoom and have chosen to use to over every other software we have tried to use at our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is user friendly and easy to send to other people, especially people who do not normally use zoom. They don't make others jump through hoops to experience their software.
Zoom is a must have for our collaboration with our clients
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has allowed us to run our business and collaborate with clients online for many years! We've been using Zoom since before the pandemic, enabling us to run a business virtually without needing to travel to meet our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
While we love Zoom, sometimes enabling the other apps we use can be a little glitchy. Which is likely not related to Zoom itself. So we often resort to sharing the screen of that app we want to use, instead of connecting it in real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to run collaborative meetings with our clients and provide a recording for their reference. This also allows us to focus on engaging with our clients and listening to their needs instead of taking notes and losing track of our meeting goals. Having the recorded meetings have allowed us to prevent additional emails asking what the meetings covered, as we can use the recording for reference.
Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like these features of zoom - break out rooms, being able to allow specific attendees in the webinar, the ability to link to Google calendar, creating recurring meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Zoom Google calendar integration does not always work. In some instances when the webinar link is accessed from the Google calendar the link does not work and requires the host to logon to enter the webinar. This process should be seamless. The host should not have to logon to access the webinar and should be able to access the zoom link from the Google calender. Zoom should recognize that the user is the host.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to prevent unauthorized users from attending the webinar. The ability to record the webinars. Zoom allows our teams to collaborate with remote workers.
Zoom is a better meeting tool than Teams.
What do you like best about the product?
The size of how many are allowed in a zoom room is great. It is also easier to use than teams. Teams requires the others to have an account with teams, so that messes things up. Zoom does not require that. Zoom also has more features.
What do you dislike about the product?
No current dislikes, we currently prefer it for our larger training classes. I wish it had a day to day chat function in addition to meeting rooms.

Zoom allows us to train remotely in large numbers.
Business made Comfortably
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the fact that you are able to work remotely just by using zoom! It's very user-friendly and takes seconds for any urgent items or emergencies. It was a lifesaver during the pandemic!
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest complaint has to be the fact that you cannot schedule multiple meetings at the same time with one account. For example, our company uses zoom for almost all our meetings and always struggles to schedule around everyone's schedules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of trying to meet deadlines when other may be out of town or have to work from home for health reasons. It helps to grow business networks and reach conclusions faster.
