It does the thing
What do you like best about the product?
It creates a cohesive workflow window for all the primary communication tools in our company, and promotes collaboration in each tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's still some features in Slack or Microsoft collaboration tools that are not as developed in Zoom, but it's clear they are pushing forward in this aspect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digital whiteboarding and video conferencing on various appliances is super smooth.

Zoom is great because of how easy it is to use

How easy it is to use and all of its features

The pricing and the fact that they don't have a zoom call support

We use it daily it is how we interact with our company and customers

What do you like best about the product?
The ecosystem of conference room appliances makes it seamless for every one of our sales staff to schedule and host hybrid meetings to keep our sales process flowing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all of our customers are tech savvy and struggle to join meetings on time. I feel like Zoom is the easiest of all platforms, but can still be a struggle for someone not used to joining online meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Zoom for our weekly company meetings, hybrid with 50+ in person and 30 more remote. This allows everyone to stay up to date even if their schedule doesn't permit attending in person that day.
A great conferencing tool at a higher price
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has always been (and still is) a good video/audio conferencing app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The additional features like chat and phone services still have a little way to go to be competative.

Zoom is our solution for conferencing, VOIP and chat.

I like the many features available in zoom workplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
It really does take a little while to learn your way around the workplace area. There are so many features and then learning what's below certain category features takes practice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-team collaboration is working well with the tools. The whiteboard has been less effective since it's functionality is not as advanced as MS Teams or something like that. The video conference is our biggest use, as well as team chat.

The options for call metrics reporting is very helpful for our business needs

New user configuration could be a bit easier. We need to wait for the user to accept the invitation before we can assign a extension.

Perfect for Remote Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you get your own personal meeting room link. I've used Zoom at every company I've been at. Rarely do I get glitches even if there are a lot of people in the room, and the Zoom backgrounds are cool! I love that they keep the platform updated with new features to ensure meetings are not boring.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't think I can think of anything! It's the best platform for remote meetings and has everything I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping remote teams connected. Glad I don't have to go into the office too much anymore.
Industry Standard For a Reason
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom's vast integration network and seemless workflow make onboarding and day-to-day use a breeze. You will be able to integrate Zoom into your existing functions without too much effort. You may not even realized you switched providers! There are more features than you'll ever realize - so don't feel bad if you don't use them all. I'm a daily user and still finding new features to play with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer Support is fairly hands-off unless you have a massive account. Getting to the admin data can be slow and tedious the first few times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is our video conferencing software and it records all of our sales calls.

The Breakout room works well compared to MS Teams.

The cost for individual accounts va free accounts.
