Breakout Rooms Make Meetings Effortless and Organized
What do you like best about the product?
The Breakout rooms feature is the best option for having private conversations during a meeting. It also makes it easier to manage multiple discussions that each have a different focus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The meetings are not truly end-to-end encrypted, as both third parties and Zoom itself can access the meeting content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At this point, I really appreciate how Zoom Workplace addresses the issue of fragmentation. It allows you to hold meetings, chat, make calls, and handle various other tasks all in one place, eliminating the need to depend on multiple separate apps.
Effortless to Use with Impressive AI Note-Taking
What do you like best about the product?
I love that It is easy to use, simple to interact with and love the AI note taking functions
What do you dislike about the product?
It can update ALOT, sometimes when you prefer it doesnt, clients say it can be frustration experience if you are not logged in.

Allows us to connect with our teams and clients in a meaningful way without too much distraction from tools and features.

It is very user friendly and easy to navigate. I love that you dont have to have an account which makes it easier to host meetings with many people at once. And I particularly love the presenting feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides so far, ZOOM workplace is super easy to use.

It makes meetings so much smoother.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and the really good audio and video quality of Zoom Workplace. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Making sure that if the camera's off, or the microphone is off, they don't easily become toggled to be turned on.

Zoom Workplace makes communication easier, allowing me to securely send links to clients, eliminating scams, and safely verifying their eligibility.

Most important feature is it's user friendly. No issues whatsoever.

Perfect meeting using Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Yes, I use Zoom every day for our meetings, and it works just perfectly. You can change the tools and make it faster. Also, you can use the settings of your meetings and change them at the same time that you are on a meeting. This is useful because this way you remain connected, and you can be working or changing a background

Well some sometimes Zoom makes some updates, and you need to get out of the meeting to solve these issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, the meetings are totally on Zoom, so you can focus on the meeting and do not worry if you know the passcode, because on Zoom you can choose if you know it or not. This is so useful because you can create a meeting without worrying if someone can join with a passcode
Great for collaborative online meetings and workspace
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use. very convenient for online meetings especially when its difficult to find time to meet in person. the tools and plugins are also very easy to use.

sometimes, if the host has bad connection, the whole meeting will be bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ease of collaboration. especially during meetings and the host is able to screenshare and use the whiteboard feature

I love that it is a platform that almost everyone uses

Sometimes I have issues with the app and it only works through desktop or browser

I am able to meet with the client face to face and get a better feel for the meeting
Effortless Meetings and Reliable Collaboration with Zoom Workplace
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Zoom Workplace regularly for team check-ins and client calls. I liked it's interface which is clean and straightforward, and I like how easy it is to schedule or join meetings. And also Screen sharing works reliably, and the chat feature is handy when we need to exchange quick files or links during a call.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I would like to highlight that the app can feel a bit heavy while running multiple programs at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As most of our team working remotely, so Zoom Workplace resolved the problem of staying aligned day-to-day. I would highly appreciate its meeting tools, chat threads, and whiteboards make it easier to brainstorm and keep track of decisions. And if you have all communication in one tool keeps our work more organized and reduces confusion.
