Zoom is a must have for our collaboration with our clients
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has allowed us to run our business and collaborate with clients online for many years! We've been using Zoom since before the pandemic, enabling us to run a business virtually without needing to travel to meet our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
While we love Zoom, sometimes enabling the other apps we use can be a little glitchy. Which is likely not related to Zoom itself. So we often resort to sharing the screen of that app we want to use, instead of connecting it in real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to run collaborative meetings with our clients and provide a recording for their reference. This also allows us to focus on engaging with our clients and listening to their needs instead of taking notes and losing track of our meeting goals. Having the recorded meetings have allowed us to prevent additional emails asking what the meetings covered, as we can use the recording for reference.

What do you like best about the product?
I like these features of zoom - break out rooms, being able to allow specific attendees in the webinar, the ability to link to Google calendar, creating recurring meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Zoom Google calendar integration does not always work. In some instances when the webinar link is accessed from the Google calendar the link does not work and requires the host to logon to enter the webinar. This process should be seamless. The host should not have to logon to access the webinar and should be able to access the zoom link from the Google calender. Zoom should recognize that the user is the host.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to prevent unauthorized users from attending the webinar. The ability to record the webinars. Zoom allows our teams to collaborate with remote workers.
Zoom is a better meeting tool than Teams.
What do you like best about the product?
The size of how many are allowed in a zoom room is great. It is also easier to use than teams. Teams requires the others to have an account with teams, so that messes things up. Zoom does not require that. Zoom also has more features.
What do you dislike about the product?
No current dislikes, we currently prefer it for our larger training classes. I wish it had a day to day chat function in addition to meeting rooms.

Zoom allows us to train remotely in large numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the fact that you are able to work remotely just by using zoom! It's very user-friendly and takes seconds for any urgent items or emergencies. It was a lifesaver during the pandemic!
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest complaint has to be the fact that you cannot schedule multiple meetings at the same time with one account. For example, our company uses zoom for almost all our meetings and always struggles to schedule around everyone's schedules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of trying to meet deadlines when other may be out of town or have to work from home for health reasons. It helps to grow business networks and reach conclusions faster.

What do you like best about the product?
I love zoom to connect as we have an international team. It is very easy to use, very easy to set up meetings, and very easy to use as a first timer. It's a lot simpler than Google meet and I don't ever see the company changing to a competitor
What do you dislike about the product?
I have constant issues where the zoom extension for Google Chrome crashes or zoom links do not update when a meeting is moved and no one is able to access the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am unaware of any problems that zoom has solved that have benefited me
Zoom is the best video conferencing software
What do you like best about the product?
The capability to share your screen, the reactions, the integrations- everything!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love Zoom chat.. the recent ability to save it afterwards is a nice feature, but the lack of emojis/reactions, etc. make it a weird adjustment when you're used to really complex communication tools like Slack, Teams, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Face-to-face time with my colleagues in our otherwise completely async+remote environment is an absolute game-changer. Having real-time conversation, seeing other peoples' worlds- it's great :)
I use zoom almost every day. My business is 100% remote for clients and team.

It easy to use and integrate with other programs. Plus most people already have a zoom account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use Google calendar for scheduling so the hardest thing is that I can't replace the Google meet with Zoom, I can only add Zoom link to location.

Zoom is making the coordination of geographically desperate work groups easy and convenient. It is also allowing us to share and collaborate across multiple platforms
Fast, reliable, clear audio and visual.
What do you like best about the product?
Their support has always been top tier. We are consistently pleased with the audio and visual clarity when hosting webinars through Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing music on our webinars can be very difficult sometimes - it does not come through when the host plays it on the webinar, despite troubleshooting beforehand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a remote company and always host our client meetings, webinars, and internal meetings with our sales team via Zoom. This provides a much more personal experience than a phone call, as we can see each other face to face.

ur in-studio art classes to the Zoom platform, which kept our students engaged and kept our business open. On a personal note, Zoom allowed me to celebrate my birthday with my best friend, the holidays with my mom, and to have family game nights with my kids and our friends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solved the problem of how to keep our classes running during lockdown. Currently, even tho lockdown is long over, we still have some online classes running.
