The perfect, easiest way to stay connected

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Zoom for a few years now to lead SoulCollage workshops and virtual retreats. It's intuitive, easy to use, and our SoulCollage community is benefiting greatly from our time together, especially when so many are leery about attending in-person classes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once in a while my face doesn't appear when I do a screen share, but it's really not that big of an issue!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the problem I've had of finding a way to make our international community of SoulCollagers stay connected with each other.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup and use. It is an easy program for our users to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like more detailed user reports, other than that I like the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We provide live webinars for our users, Zoom allows us to accomplish this and share PowerPoints etc. with our users globally.

An easy way to communicate and collaborate

What do you like best about the product?
Features like breakout rooms and raising hands help to facilitate meaningful collaboration. We can connect with remote employees from Zoom, and this changes the game for collaborating.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 40 minute limit on non-licensed users can sometimes be a frustration, especially when we have remote teams who need to run longer meetings than those of us in person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with remote employees! I think that Zoom has been so beneficial in helping us stay in touch with and work with our remote colleagues. We use it not only for work purposes but to have social events.

Never failed me

What do you like best about the product?
We are a small business. It was easy for us to use to stay in touch, especially during Covid and lockdown. We continue to use it as we work a hybrid schedule. It was great that everyone could use, it didn't matter if it was calling in, what computer they had, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you know someone who isn't always tech savvy it was difficult at first. Once they were set up though it wasn't too bad. I also wish that when you recorded a meeting, that it was just one file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have employees all over the state. It has helped up connect better with our case managers on a regular basis. It also helps us meet with clients faster than setting up an in-person meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very easy to use. It can be used through browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont really have any but if i have to say one i wish we can edit the bgcolor as well same as when we are able to update our video BGs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes working from home remotely easy

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is central to my business, which is a writing academy available to international students. They can access my classes live through the Zoom webinar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the chat would default to Everyone instead of to the hosts and panelists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would not be able to reach internationally without Zoom. As a disabled teacher, it's a great way to share my classes with other disabled students.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy and efficient! Individuals are able to log on regardless of what type of device they have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really! I have had no problems with the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to provide individual and group services. It truly has enabled us to expand our services regardless of geographic location

Great for meetings

What do you like best about the product?
Convenient for personable meetings, Zoom is the 2nd best option for a client meeting, right after meeting directly in person. It is widely used, so more are familiar with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be hard for some to get on, with all the login and downloads. For my older clients or those logging on their phones, it can be challenging. Also, with an ongoing group link, I am not able to allow screen sharing or designate others to be hosts, if they are not on my Zoom account/team or if I am not on the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to meet more clients as it cuts out the travel time for myself and for my clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been great to cut costs and time at our agency. We do not have to travel as much for meetings, which saves up this extra time and mileage expenses. This extra time allows us to be more productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
You do lose some of the personal interactions with people and people can disconnect be being on Zoom, but that's not the company's fault. It's more likely from being in too many meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom saves us traveling time and money used for mileage. The mileage expenses can be routed elsewhere in our budget and we can focus on programming at our agency instead of traveling.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling and the ability to record calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that the free version doesn't allow for longer than 40 min calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connections with my clients and subcontractors. I also provide consulting sesssions via zoom and it's a great experience for my clients.
