What do you like best about the product?
Navigation is very intuitive and the UI looks good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very minor but the color customization is lacking
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling, regular calendars can be a bit cluttered

Great all-around platform for business communication

What do you like best about the product?
Brings all the communication services expected in a modern enterprise into one platform, and does an excellent job replacing desk-bound VOIP systems.

Video conferencing, meetings, and the like are top-notch as expected from such a popular platform that really found its footing during COVID. Beats the pants off of Teams, that's for sure.

Setting up the platform for your business isn't simple (no suprise there), but it is straightforward and easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue, which is minor in the bigger scheme of things, is that users cannot record their own name for the phone directory. This is a big problem for people with names from tonal languages (and many more), which is disrespectful to the individuals. Users can record their own voicemail greetings, so it should be easy enough, but Zoom has been sleeping at the wheel on this one.

Customer support could also be better - they're very slow to get back to issues regarding usage, but pretty quick to address configuration or implementation problems.

For integration purposes, for multiple offices, the directory setup isn't as user friendly as it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We haven't implemented a number of features yet that we would like to, and Zoom keeps adding more great tools - definitely a good problem to have. Otherwise it's definitely making business meetings in a hybrid work environment easier, and having the phone implementation within makes transitioning between work-office and home-office fast and smooth.

What do you like best about the product?
VOIP calling is made easy, system management is mostly straight forward. Lookin gup and adding users to Zoom is trivial.
What do you dislike about the product?
Voicemail could be made more clear.Interconnectivity with other programs couldbe a touch simpler to set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easier to be the Sole VoIP platform and simplifying interactions with other apps.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace offers our team the ability to collaborate and accomplish our goals as a remote workforce. It is easy to use and integrates well with other services that we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Staff that are not as technologically adept have had some issues with various features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has allowed our team to quickly and effectively work together from various states without missing a step.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to add users, assign phone numbers, and appoint administrators.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone numbers are not easily verified for SMS messaging. This requires a separate application that is not clearly defined for approval.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom work place allows our remote employees to easily connect with one another through virtual meetings and telephone numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
Helpful to be able to do almost all of my business communication internally and externally within one platform whether it be video calls and screen shares or calling a new user with my business phone number.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is truthfully nothing I dislike about zoom workplace
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Controlling users screens through screen shares because teams in our environment had that disabled and we don't have a separate tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace is easy to use, and easy intergration with outlook.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside would be it is hard to cancel features we do not use.

We don't have any problems with Zoom Workplace.

What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely easy to use. Even for the less tech savy people in the office. It's so easy to set up and do meetings on the fly. Chat is extremely useful and quick. This is our entrie Voip and Virtual meeting system for the whole company. The ability to give agents seats under the company umbrella but not actual licenses is an amazing feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
We keep on having a problem with dropped calls. After the 5 mintue mark, if we place someone on hold and then come back to them, they can hear us but we can't hear them. It's extremely annoying and embarrassing if we're on an important call. My CEO gets angry everytime it happens. It doesn't matter if we call out or they call in it will happen. Even on calls with people internally when calling their extension.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it possible for us to NOT have to use multiple systems in conjunction with each other. Like same Microsoft Teams for internal purposes and another 3rd party for our Voip System.

What do you like best about the product?
I find it the easiest to use of all systems. WebEx is a disaster. I dislike MS Teams - too clunky. Gmeet is just okay.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, but I did find changing screens, views inside the mobile app a bit clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple internal meetings and client presos a week.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a complete meeting solution. It is very intuitive and easy to figure out, it is packed full of features, with new ones added regularly, and it has really great integrations with Google Workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
IOS application will end a meeting if you answer a phone call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides flexibility to staff members who are telecommuting or working from home and allows everyone to collaborate. It also allows staff to schedule their own meetings without the hand holding from the IT or communications teams.
