Critical Need For Business
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to have control over letting my guests in via a waiting room. This helps manage a headache when I have several meetings back-to-back. I work for Globe Life Family Heritage and use this almost every day with my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no problems using zoom nor is there anything that I dislike about zoom. If something needed improved upon I would maybe say that the chat feature could use some new tools!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to work remotely and have the use (and upper hand) of getting to use cutting-edge technology with my work through Aspire Financial LLC in Dodge City, Kansas.
Very effective to communicate
What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about zoom is that you are able to meet with plenty of people who do not have to be in the same room. Also the interface is easy to use. Other competitors make it too difficult.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is not much I don't like about zoom. I believe it is simple enough to use and figure out. Updates come frequently that continue working on improvements. It is in a good place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the problem of a busy schedule. Everyone has somewhere different to be but through zoom everyone can be in the same meeting room without having to be in the same physical room.
Easy and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
What is the name and brand you can trust when you think of online meetings? Zoom of course. It is natural that Zoom is the best online meeting service. They are so reliable, never had an issue when hosting a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything. everything works well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So many people are working remotely these days, it is nice to be able to pull everyone together for a meeting and see them via Zoom.

It's features specifically, the breakout rooms, waiting rooms and background features.
What do you dislike about the product?
How you can't copy and paste links that people send out on the chat or how you can't erase a message if sent by mistake.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's kept my financial services business running and helped us to hit new record highs.
For webinars and video meetings, Zoom is an outstanding and flexible solution
What do you like best about the product?
Breakout rooms are an outstanding feature in Zoom. Screen sharing is possible in each room so you can have meaningful breakout sessions facilitating collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to have parts of a meeting in Webinar format and then switch to the Meeting format for collaborative sessions. Right now you must choose one or the other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are conducting our training for a region that has a 5 hour distance between all involved parties in one session instead of multiple localized sessions or having significant travel for participants.
Really helpful and many useful tools within app.
What do you like best about the product?
The share screen feature allows me to walk coworkers through many processes. And is a lot easier to show than explain sometimes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it has time limit if you don't go pro.

Zoom has added more tools like whiteboard and backgrounds that is all helpful for meetings.
When you can't be in the room, be in the Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to test everything before joining the meeting. Being able to easily switch between video and audio sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was quicker to leave a meeting. When I click leave/end, I shouldn't have to click again. Super awkward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple and quick meetings without needing to drive across town. Recording those meetings for archiving purposes.
Seamless, no-hassle video meetings
What do you like best about the product?
The upside of Zoom compared to a lot of video conferencing tools is that it works seamlessly on my laptop (a Mac) and my iphone. I also like the ability to use Pexels backgrounds.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything I dislike about Zoom.

Meeting with far-away clients and developing online workshops for clients.
Best video conferencing platform
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the easiest video conferencing platform to use and the most reliable for uninterrupted conferencing. The interface is user intuitive and it has numerous features that make it appropriate for a variety of use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom has introduced a number of third-party apps for the service. These offer advanced utilities for the user but are not always clear how to make the most use of these apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it possible for me to work remotely while still completing the work I formerly had to be in the office or travel to complete. The features make meetings even more efficient than they would be if held face-to-face.
User friendly and low cost
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to use - functions are intuitive. Lots of ways to connect people through video, audio, chat, and recording.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can get difficult if attendees are trying to talk at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows for my team to meet together and see faces of one another while spread out across the country. It's time and money efficient to be able to discuss business details, record our discussion for future reference, and get right back to our jobs afterward.
