Zoom -the best meeting partner
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use ,having default configurations already set which requires zero intervention in settings by user.The quick creation of zoom link makes it faster to share with colleagues .
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes even after being logged in,it does log out and does not give option to record the meeting which makes it little annoying sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving our communication gap problem from the last two years working from home.All our standup meetings with team and meeting with customer are being held in Zoom.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started to use Zoom at the first UK lockdown to run Trustee Board meetings. It worked so well that we spread the use to various groups in the Charity - fundraising, communications and forward planning. It has meant that we have saved money and time both for the charity and for the individual trustees.
User friendliness.

Easy to navigate. Well known to users. No tutorial needed to use with first timers

Automated customer care chat is sometimes difficult to get answers from

We no longer have phisical offices. All meetings are on zoom.
Webinars for marketing are held on zoom
Training programs are conducted on zoom too.
Participants from different time zones are able to meet and discuss seamlessly

What do you like best about the product?
When Covid-19 struck we wanted to continue worshipping together without being in the same room. Zoom seemed like the best choice. Folks at home could not only watch worship but share prayer concerns. I could talk to the children during children's time and they could respond. We thought we were only providing an option for Covid but the Zoom audience has been growing even after we return to in-person worship. Shut-ins, snowbirds, vacationers and folks that have moved away all attend on Zoom. The weather is bad, people log on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside was one Sunday morning when the Zoom dropped offline. No church that week.

We have had people in quarantine able to attend meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows for a larger platform of individuals for around the world to participate at the same time. The individuals can call in, or be online. They can also be in person and interact with those online or be phone without having to use multiple devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to watch movies. The share screen function can sometimes be hard to navigate. Once a quarter the youth enjoy a movie night. With several of them being in different states it would be helpful if the share my screen was more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have a business issue. The meeting are recordable, there is no time limits or restrictions. Church services can be recorded and played back on zoom anytime. Yes. The number of Zoomers has increased over the past two years.
Love it for church meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have meetings when everyone can't be in the same room. It has been extremely helpful during Covid times but also for meetings with people across the states.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides is it is hard to hear when everyone is talking over one another and sometimes there is a serious delay.

They have really stepped up their security measures which is helpful.
The Perfect Solution at the Perfect Time
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a user friendly, multi-platform, video AND audio solution for business or personal life. As a professional that relies on face-to-face interaction Zoom capabilities saved my business during COVID restrictions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is constantly improving. The only thing I dislike is the fact that corporate believes we can Zoom our life away. Since Zoom meetings are efficient they can be shorter. File sharing would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is my primary clirnt-facing solution now. The whiteboard feature has been immensely useful. I would like to see Zoom integrated notes instead of dealing with add-ons.

What do you like best about the product?
Well adopted across various age groups. You can either download the app or log in to a meeting through a browser. The guides and videos are comprehensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updates to the software can create technical glitches. I wish the software update guidelines were more user-friendly for first-time users and novices of Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can chat with people all over the world. We run workshops for patient education, and also virtual health coaching groups. Our movement sessions are still fun as participants can dance live on camera. It's helped us keep the connections alive for my businesses.
Using Zoom for Professional Meetings with my Tutors
What do you like best about the product?
I don't use Zoom very much for personal meetings, but I use it once a week for professional meetings to meet with my tutors. I meet with my tutors once a week on Zoom. I had tutors who live far away so it was a wonderful experience being able to work with them virtually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like to meet people on Zoom very much especially with tutors because I don't feel the same social interaction with them as I was meeting them physically in person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I meet with my tutors once a week virtually for an educational non-profit organization called Sound Learning which has helped me to improve the academic skills I need for when I go to the university. It also saves me a lot of time to commute to meet with my tutors physically in person.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can connect with so many people globally especially during the pandemic and national emergency. It is by the most affordable, effective way to meet all over the world! I have scaled my business and created new businesses since I began using Zoom years ago!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Everything is perfect. I get to connect and it's easy for my co workers and clients. It's as if we are all together in the same room even being cross country!

Zoom has made it possible for me to combine all of my ventures into one and make 3 times profit. It is an amazing time saving tool. It is a must have for anyone! I love that I can teach and screen share.
