Great integration of essential collaborative tools to an already established workflow
What do you like best about the product?
The integration of essential collaborative tools to an already established workflow. Having Meeting Notes automatically associated with Meetings and the ability to do follow-up breakout meetings easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Chat remains lacking in features and intergration with the other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making collaboration smooth and efficient between multiple nationwide teams. Having more tools in one place makes organizing notes and scheduling follow-ups much easier for me.

Looking to switch from Microsoft Teams to Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
The AI feature that makes it effortless to take notes and estrapolate the important information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure yet as I haven't used the most up-to-date version of Zoom since our comapny switched to MS over a year ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effortless AI integration thats easy to use and takes away the manual note-taking workload.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and to have multiple different people collaborate at the same time. Meetings are very easy to set up and we use it almost daily. There was great customer support as well as many different features that were useful to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment, this has been a great experience so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is benefiting us by allowing seamless communication with both colleagues and partners.

What do you like best about the product?
Addresses all of the needs for a business that is highly remote.
Team meetings manage the size of attendees & features are intuitive.

AI assistant still keeps recorded meeting summaries on the admin-level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Though there are still items to be had, the AI assistant is a nice new feature that helps us with note taking.
Fits Our Needs Perfectly
What do you like best about the product?
The meeting transcription has become a game changer for us. Confirming what was said in a meeting has saved us on more than one occasion.
What do you dislike about the product?
It wasn't totally clear when we had access/etc. to use it.

Meeting transcription. Ability to put staff from all over the midwest on the same playing field.
AI integration takes the platform to next level
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been a critical component of our organization since the pandemic, and we've appreciated the expansion of features over time. Zoom Phone allowed us to remove the use of desk phones. The new AI integration is really stepping things up and allowing us to review the need for meeting minutes and administrative staff resources for the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with other technology, not all users are adept at being comfortable using the platform. There are inherent limitations on video quality to keep the ability for things to be smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the need for physical landlines and for administrative staff to take notes. This does save us some money with desk phones and also allows admin to focus on tasks that are value added.
Solid service, improved greatly since the covid surge
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace has added ton of features over the last few years.
What do you dislike about the product?
The back-end management is still a bit clunky and does not have a great organization of features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is a one-stop for our external communication needs.

The captioning could work better, but I'm sure that can be improved over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm the admin for my team and I've helped folks sign up for the platform - we started using it when COVID was hitting its peak in the US for our agency programming. It was the preferred platform for our colleagues and it served our needs to communicate not just amongst the team but our clients, donors and partners. Eventually we switched our VoIP provider to Zoom as well. It can be a little pricey but it's worth the investment to us. Thanks Zoom!
Best of breed video meeting platform
What do you like best about the product?
Its pretty much turn key and ready to go from the start. Minor tweaking is needed, especially when it comes to "features" that you do not want. more on that in the dislike area
What do you dislike about the product?
They are constantly pushing their Ai Chatbot. We disabled it and at least once a week at the conclussion of a meeting my users receive the AI chatbot pop-up which makes them contact me about enabling it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time and excellent quality video meetings
Best tool to organize calls
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is easy to use, is available with everyone and I never felt any lag. Very good to use for internal calls as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have the transcribe feature which other tools have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our important calls including board meets are recorded in this, which becomes useful later for review.
