Zoom makes my business possible
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the foundation of my business. It is the most reliable and trustworthy software that I have tried. I also appreciate how user-friendly their pricing is. Zoom makes what I do every day possible!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more features for adjusting the camera settings or filters in more detail. I would also like more options for hiding participants without having to purchase the webinar version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me to host sessions with my clients online, from any device and any place. The data usage from Zoom is also minimal which gives me even more freedom.

It makes it easy to access video calling for a variety of reasons.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always super intuitive. Sometimes a task is harder to accomplish than it seems like it should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to maintain group meetings that would otherwise not be possible due to distance.
Zoom has kept my business going during the pandemic
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Zoom is that my clients find it reliable and easy to use. I like the integration with Google calendar and the ability to filter the image as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about it, although I do wish the whiteboard were a tad less clumsy to use. Can it be integrated with a tablet and digital pen? I would love it if the whiteboard were are tad more like a real blackboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to teach students who live far from me. Being able to teach and not travel. (We are now used to using Zoom and feel no desire to get together, costing both time and gas.) As a teacher, I love being able to save whiteboards and chat sessions as notes from the class.

We started using it during the pandemic to connect with people while staying home and we have continued to use it effectively afterwards

There are no aspects that I dislike about zoom

It's connecting me with loved ones and helped to build a fantastic online community
Easy to use for remote work/client calls
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is relatively easy to use and offers good call quality. I can create individual meetings or send folks to my unique meeting link which makes recurring meetings simple. Security is robust without being intrusive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is upgraded frequently which is awesome but can result in a new learning curve for folks. Additionally, the system always seems to need to be updated before an important meeting - but that's my time management issue more than anything. I wish we could run a zoom meeting with preregistration--like a webinar only where everyone can participate right away. The work around of promoting everyone to a panelist is clunky at best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to connect easily even at a great distance. It's great to be able to work with people around the globe and see their faces rather than trying to meet via phone only. Screen share is essential and I use it in every call to walk folks through content.
Zoom Has Been A Lifesaver
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is intuitive and easy to use. It saves time, money and energy for business and keeps me in touch with friends and family which has been so vitally important, especially during this age of COVID.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just the fatigue about being on a video platform for long stretches of time and that's not a Zoom dislike per se.

Keeping in touch with clients, colleagues, friends and family.

Zoom has been a life saver!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy accessibility of logging in and staying connected with family, friends and my church community.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had great results from ZOOM nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZOOM has been very beneficial in keeping me and my colleagues connected to continue with staff and board meetings as well as training sessions.
All conference calls run smoothly with very good video quality and sound.
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless and easy to use. The interface is simple but best on the Zoom.us site. The platform is overall way better than Googe Meet or MS Teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
When scheduling in Google calendar, it always asks if I trust Zoom and adds extra steps and emails. I have to go to the Zoom.us site to schedule a call--if I schedule from Google calendar it won't put in call-in numbers (for those who don't have internet access for the video or would prefer to call-in instead).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work 100% remotely from home so Zoom is essential. My teams are around the world so it helps when collaborating. It helps me be more productive in getting things done. It has worked well for investor pitches and potential partner calls.
Love Zoom for my coaching business
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Zoom for my coaching business for over 2 years. I love it and my clients tell me they love it because of the ease-of-use and screen-sharing capabilities. Its reliability is outstanding which is so important to me and my business. I have recommended it to other coaches many times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of. All of the features in Zoom meet my requirements for my business. So there's no way to currently make it better for my business. I'm happy with it the way it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1:1 video coaching is so important for me and my clients. I have clients all over the world and Zoom fits my requirements perfectly, and this has helped me grow my business.
Still the Best!
What do you like best about the product?
As a very early Zoom adopter, I was always looking at competing services. Zoom stayed in the lead with a very comfortable margin. The big testament to the corporation is how swiftly and seamlessly they ramped up during the COVID shut-in. I remain uttering impressed at how quickly and smoothly this unprecedented expansion took place while constantly adding new and valuable features. Today Zoom remains the standard with which to compare all others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The greatest challenge facing Zoom is the inevitable complacency and potential to sit still about innovation. Few if any upstarts have been successful in avoiding this pitfall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is more convenient to use than other solutions and offers great flexibility in the way we access products. Some services are needed just a few times a year while others are used multiple times per day. Zoom meets our needs well.
