Reliable and Versatile Conferencing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up video conference calls, ability to breakout into separate subgroups, poll the attendees, share computer screens and audio.
What do you dislike about the product?
Polls can't be added on the fly, they have to be preset before the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a geographically distributed board for a nonprofit organization and need regular meetings.
Zoom Makes for Better Business and Family Communication
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way zoom makes it easy to be in touch with colleagues from miles away, to get work done easily and economically
What do you dislike about the product?
I can think of little that I dislike that relates directly to zoom. Slow internet speed can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using zoom makes it possible for those who no longer drive at night to share their wisdom and insights and enrich group work
Zoom has always been dependable for meetings.
What do you like best about the product?
The link has always been clear. Audio and Video both work very well. I also appreciate the scheduling function and templates that speed up the preparation time.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real complaints at this time. If anything, would be nice to eliminate the large number of telephone access numbers in the invitation when I copy. All my calls are by video and audio from laptops or desktops.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is difficult to get all required participants to be present in one place. Zoom allows the flexibility to meet from various locations.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the felxible Zoom settings, and the integrations for things like attendance, and google calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could temporarily disable a zoom meeting link when students are behind on tuition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like their focus on online education and the fact that they make these features available at all levels. Many others require that I be a large institution.

What do you like best about the product?
Constant updates are a demonstration that the solution is alive and the company cares about its product. It's customer-focused, and Security is a top priority. Also, being multi-platform is really wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Users are based on emails, and every single email has to be a licensed user; this is, it lacks support for User Aliases, which would be neat for a more smooth transition and easiness of access.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing End-User/IT Support. This solution is used to provide customers with a great experience for providing them assistance when needed. This is really useful, and we also use it for introducing our solutions to our customers (technical and sales presentations).
Zoom is the best video platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the best, easy-to-use and dynamic video conferencing platform. I have used it for years for meetings, and have hosted webinars as well. When I have to video conference on almost any platform, I complain. I love all the features and thought put into this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything I dislike about Zoom, other than when I go to get on a meeting and suddenly it has to update. It does sometimes make me late to the meeting by a minute or two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a remote team so we are able to hold our one-on-one and team meetings, as well as project meetings via Zoom. Not to mention we do consulting and have been able to complete trainings, workshops, and other sessions via Zoom.
Zoom is simply an incredibly useful tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling a large amount of recurring meetings is really simple. In addition, I like that Zoom keeps the meetings cleanly laid out and organized for easy access to me as the host to both open meetings and re-send information to participants.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about Zoom is the occasional issues that I've experienced with login. Either getting logged out from one location or device to the next, or server connections that prevent login.

Zoom solves the problems of organizing people into one place. I host a number of events, discussions, and meetings, and the availability of people is always shifting. Zoom helps to bridge the gap of attendance.

Using Zoom connects our students to knowledge and resources across the nation - and is accessible for them from wherever they are
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if it is zoom or if it is my lack of knowledge about using capabilities beyond the basics of screensharing, polling, breakout rooms - perhaps more trining needed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problems for meetings and/or presentations of time demanded for travel both locally within the same city as well as from elsewhere. This is true for Women in Neuroscience and also for a support group I lead

What do you like best about the product?
The Zoom interface is easy to use to setup and then host your meeting. There are many addons you can use including a new white board. It is very easy to share external content with my participants
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there is very little to disappoint me. If I had to pick someting it would be the notifications that bombard you when you sign into the interface for your account.
