The Best Face to Face connection
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is global and I can easily connect with my clients around the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I have to move the task bar around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With so many home-based people it helps me connect with people I would have otherwise had to see in their offices. With Zoom I dont have to worry that the business continues to operate smoothly.
Zoom brings me effortlessly to those I need to connect with who are living near and far away!
What do you like best about the product?
The Zoom Ap is clearly laid out. I can what meetings I already have scheduled, I can schedule new meetings and invite the participants very quickly by email. I can join other Zoom meetings easily. I can also ask for help and get an answer quickly!
What do you dislike about the product?
If I need to go for more than say, 45 minutes I have to pay a fee. If I want to supervise and create Zoom rooms in the meeting I have to pay an extra fee for that. I know that Zoom cannot provide free services but I wish there was a sliding scale of paying for those in a lower income bracket. I am retired and only earn a little bit of money from my sessions on Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating face to face on Zoom is almost like being present in the room with my client or potential employer. Backgrounds can be changed to be more pleasant for the type of session I'm participating in. The Chat option makes it easy to type in comments either to the whole group or privately to one person. If there are Zoom Bombers I can kick them out quickly and easily. The Waiting Room option is great if I'm not yet ready to let people into the meeting but want to see who is already there waiting!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to meet with clients who are reluctant to come into my office to meet with me in person. I am then more productive. I have been able to keep and grow my clientelle.
Zoom Changed Everything
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it easy for me to connect with people all over the world. I've recorded podcast episodes and video content over Zoom, met people I never thought I would meet, and had important conversations with friends. I love using Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had issues using Zoom on certain computers or on certain wi-fi, but I think those are more computer/wi-fi problems than Zoom problems. Mostly, I find Zoom to be very intuitive and haven't had any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to connect with people at my company quickly, and allows me to work alongside them, even from across the country. Being able to have Zoom on and work with someone else on Zoom is great for my ADHD.
Zoom is a game changer for my business.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a vessel that allows me to transfer my learnings to others in the most connective way. Connection is the number one thing that entrepreneurs need with people online. This is the perfect platform!
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom does allow you to stream to Facebook or Youtube, or even a streaming system. It would be nice to have the option of multistreaming without a separate streaming application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate the whiteboard application. This allows multiple ways of engaging with your audience. The more your audience is engaged, the longer they stay in your meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy and fast, nearly everybody already has it or is willing to install it immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations on the "free" version, and the cost for the lowest tier of paid version
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the pandemic we were forced, as a population, that we need to do more to support remote meetings, Zoom helped us do that.
Virtual Meetings, Collaboration and Engagement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility to start an instant meeting to quickly address issues, troubleshoot, collaborate and engage with peers/co-workers within a matter of minutes. My organization leverages Zoom to engage employees in fun events virtually creating employee engagement, teamwork and cultural recaps. We used Zoom prior to COVID and it was invaluable when everyone went remote. We continue to use it as one of our keep communication tools daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability to easily assign others to host an ad hoc meeting using the corporate account. At this time, we have one webinar account that is accessible only to the admin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most important is the face-to-face meetings that allow us to engage with employees as if they were in the office sitting next to us. It is a unique way to build trust, teamwork and collaboration while being remote.
Zoom is great. It allows me to connect with clients is a very professional high quality manner!

I love that you are able to record meetings, this offers a lot of value to clients & myself because we get to go back and review our meetings & prepare for up and coming ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
First off there are a lot of settings & you can only change them on the Zoom website & not directly inside the macOS app. I think a more welcoming design to the settings page would be helpful so that you are not overwhelmed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me connect with clients that live in different countries, Zoom is very fast & does a great job at being a high-quality product.
Excellent in many ways ... a couple of tweaks would help.

Zoom group video layout makes for very good concensus team meetings!

What do you dislike about the product?
Chat and all popups are hard to make disappear, and tend to enable hitting a close that wants to close the whole zoom session instead. I believe this needs to be fixed! It would be absolutely best if the popup button (e.g., chat) was a toggle thus a 2nd press would disappear the chat ... same for participants, etc. Also, there needs to be a top header button to hide ... instead one must select the down menu, then close which is extra work and makes one focus off the meeting.

We have very effective consensus team meetings with Zoom!
I Finally Landed on the Winner
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom keeps adding great things. The AI assistant is the best ever. I use it almost daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their new email is a bit wonky and I cant find an easy way to switch back to Outlook for invites

Zoom allows me to meet with both clients and suppliers I would have normally flown to prepandemic.
