I prefer Zoom over other platforms
What do you like best about the product?
I never have problems with Zoom that I often experience with Teams and Webex. I like the blurred background feature too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had been able to use a picture background for a while but then some update happened and I can only blur my background now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am so much more productive being able to have remote meetings instead of driving an hour plus each way for in person meetings, and it's much easier to coordinate for everyone.
Still Useful and Stress-Free for Groups
What do you like best about the product?
The new access tools and controls allow for better group conversations than previous programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
My previous issues with audio quality have been addressed. As of this review, I have no additional complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped me set up a virtual meeting and recording system that is easily approachable and usable by multiple parties who are unable to meet in person either due to location or availability.

The speed and ease of connection, the display options, the chat and screen share facilities and the many opportunities to learn more and more via the live courses Zoom offers
What do you dislike about the product?
The sound interference and high frequency feedback I get if I open two devices when I am teaching my yoga classes, even when sound is turned down on one of the devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to start teaching from my living room during Covid and have now included online classes
as well as in person classes permanently. This means I now have a convenient alternative if there are ever problems with venues, for example unexpected closures. It also means that class members can have options that were not available before.

Business Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
That it is easy to use and not difficult for nontechnical people to log in and get the hang of. I have been able to change the way that our company does onboarding training and getting our new hires started. We used to have to have all of our new hires travel hours on end to stay in our area for a week at a time away from their everyday life and spend a lot of money and time to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I cannot have two zooms going at the same time. If I am doing training and then pass the baton to one of our other trainers, then I have a meeting to get on while he is training, I cannot get in because he is using my zoom account. I do not want to have all of the trainees log out and log in to a new zoom. It would make us seem unorganized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The trainees do not have to travel so far to be able to attend the required training to be able to start working with us. It has saved a lot of time for everyone. Made prepping for training a lot easier on my team and everyone can do it from the comfort of their home without having to spend any money to get the training.
Ideal Meeting Platform
What do you like best about the product?
There are multiple advantages to using ZOOM. Let's begin with the quality of the video and audio, both performing well and exceeding expectations assuming one has a good internet connection. The ability to control entry into meetings, who and when one can screen share, how the chat function can be utilized, and other options are beneficial to the meeting manager. Opportunities exist for users to ask questions. Various options are available for video backgrounds. Group members can be put into groups and then re-group. Managers can offer polls for the audience. Overall, the quality is excellent and multi-functions are useful. The user is given options for viewing other members of the group. Meetings can be recorded and reviewed later. The annual cost is reasonable. The software is user-friendly and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frankly, I cannot think of any downside to using ZOOM. There is more sophisticated meeting software available if you need a more robust program for your meeting needs, but ZOOM will meet the needs likely 95% of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZOOM regularly as an alternative to meeting in person. Due to the nature of our business, we have a lot of team meetings with individuals who are widely scattered making in-person meetings much more challenging. ZOOM enables us to have those meetings saving both time and money.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the most dependable method I have used for client meetings as well as online classes. I like that it is easy to use and there are tools for recurring meetings, polls, and screen sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Zoom has been very dependable and helpful for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom was there when sessions went virtual with COVID and it continues to be my favorite platform for online meetings and workshops. I appreciate that it keeps being improved and updated.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use, self-explanatory, and readily available. I use it several times a week. Without it I would not have been able to pivot so quickly during the pandemic. Now it has become an integral part of my online offerings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of my students have difficulty connecting, but I think it may be a user error. I do not like how the Zoom backgrounds look and are not tight to my silhouette, so I stopped using them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved every problem I had connecting with people when physical proximity was impossible. But more than that, it has opened up my business from local to GLOBAL!
ZOOM - Best medium to conduct meetings from multiple locations
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use; robust features; the ability to share your screen of host and participants.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no good way to close the rooms and have everyone enter the main room without having to wait until the room times out. You should be able to close the rooms and put everyone in the main room with a single command and no delay.

Actually conducting mediations in person throughout the state.

Zoom has ensured that their is privacy that does not allow people to just join your meeting that is not supposed to be there
Consistency
What do you like best about the product?
It is intuitive and consistent. I have never had connection issues outside of attendees own service issues. The value of consistency is rarely as acknowledged as it should be.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still a few features I would like added, but they had regularly updated so I expect that to progress positively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to meet with many of the people I work with and need to sometimes just quickly connect with by having office hours in the personal meeting room.
