Zoom is easy, convenient, and effective for my team's needs
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use to create meetings (spot start or scheduling ahead of time), simply sharing the link with others to participate. It is ubiquitos so my audience is familiar with it and is comfortable using Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of Zoom, is when internet connection is poor so sound quality and video quality decline. This seems to happen more with screen sharing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Zoom solves is being able to communicate with a group or individual in a way that is more connective than just a phone call, but when in-person meetings are not possible. This is beneficial because as a team we continue to make progress and stay connected in a more efficient way than if we had to wait to be in person.

What do you like best about the product?
People of all technical abilities can use Zoom for video conferencing. Most helpful is the reliability that it will work
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slow to load, and I almost always have low system resources...I guess this means Zoom hogs processor speed / data. So please make it use less of system resources
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whiteboards have not been useful. Sharing screens have been very useful. Chat is very useful. I am looking forward to Zoom using less system resources
Essential for client meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to lockout and secure my meeting with clients to protect their information. The waiting room allows me to ensure no unwelcome parties attend.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the meetings to work with my CRM a bit better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My calendar is more open due to virtual meetings compared to the commute between client meetings. I can share my screen and give clients control to enter their own payment information.

What do you like best about the product?
Even before everyone started using Zoom (pre-Covid), it has been the easiest for internal/external participants to attend and participate in.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost has increased since we started so we still use free accounts for some of our employees.

Zoom allows us to run our small business completely remote.

What do you like best about the product?
It's quick and easy to use, and even people without an account can easily participate in zoom sessions. Their pricing is fair and I appreciate the privacy & access controls they have added over time.
Plus, the audio-/video quality is surprisingly good :)

What do you dislike about the product?
Some features and settings are a little trickier / less easy to use on tablets and smart phones, so it feels like the go-to is mac/pc. It's fine for the most part, but some classes and meetings require more moving around so I'd prefer using the tablet more.
Aside from that, the main shortcoming is file sharing between desktop/laptops and mobile devices - the latter group tends to not see that a file has been shared in the chat.
For recording, i'd like to be able to have more control over who / what to record.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily connect with clients worldwide and they have a good idea of the final audio quality in the case of directed VO sessions.
It's generally pretty stable and easy to use, so more often than not, live recording sessions will happen with zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the ability to add the Zoom stream to our Organization's Facebook Page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are difficult to use from a mobile environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping members interactive and engaged with the organization when they are unable to physically be at the weekly meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to meet with folks worldwide allows me to connect face-to-face with far more individuals than in the past. I am not particularly fond of traveling as a family man and appreciate the ability to meet remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm sometimes told that links I send out do not work when clicked on - perhaps because they have expired? This may be an issue on my end or the invitee's end, however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to establish closer relationships with individuals that I otherwise would be limited to only engaging via email or over the phone. The face-to-face intimacy is a huge plus when it comes to networking and also helps me to cut down on the amount of travel I would otherwise need to engage in.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the interface for scheduling, presenting, recording. Having used ALL video conferencing platforms, Zoom is hands down the best.

, The only criticism I might have is readability of the meeting notices, various log-in links and passwords.

The ability to be face-to-face with people post-pandemic in a secure and efficient manner.

Using Zoom for meetings, onboarding clients, podcasts, YouTube videos, course videos, and more. I love all the new and constantly added features and the app add-ons. Don't forget to explore the apps right inside Zoom. It expands your use of Zoom and makes it even more valuable.

Fewer emails and more connection by seeing people on video.
I use Zoom 12 hours a day and I haven't had any problems so far

The reports are a little confusing to me.
And I would like to schedule different times besides 00 or 30 ( 1:00 or 1:30 , not 1:15).
And I don't know if I can hear a sound when people raise their hands.

I still haven't tried the whiteboard, but I think it was a good idea.
