Zoom is amazing
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and really simple to navigate. It is very versatile and does well for multinational meetings. Plus, it is very user friendly and easy to share meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it does drop meetings, but this is very rare. This is especially an issue when there are large thunderstorms around, but this is true for all software that relies on the internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It seems that they are trying to create a better interaction with calendar planning, and that makes things much easier, especially considering the number of meetings I have.
It has allowed me to remain connected in a very unconnected world.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and feature-rich. I like the ability to change backgrounds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Person to person is always better. Keeping people engaged and familiar with the tech is sometimes a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not had any trouble to speak of. Security is important and Zoom is addressing that.

Theres nothing I dislike about zoom, yet. I'v been a long time user and do not like to use any other video conference services.

Makes it easy to bring your business online and reach client's worldwide, from anywhere in the world.

Allows for multiple parties to collaborate. The best feature is the ability to share your screen.

I do not have anything negative to say about Zoom at this time

Zoom allows me to meet my clients from the comfort of their home or office. It helps to reduce travel time.
The best group meeting and streaming software available
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to record, share screens and create a presenter and host. Also with little interruption in the streaming compared to others I've used, Zoom is the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have a few more options for changing the background and improving the blur option. Otherwise, most of what zoom has is all I need and if there's anything else I can think of I will make a request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It links me with my clients live for one on one appointments. This allows me a more personable meeting with clients and with my cohort in the school I attend. Wouldn't have it any other way, unless we go Jetson's style.
Zoom is efficient, easy to use, and reliable.

Being able to schedule my meetings ahead of time and using integrations with other programs to allow others to book zoom meetings on my behalf.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom can be intermittently unreliable once there are many people on the video call. If there was a way to amplify and protect the internet connection on big calls, that would be ideal!

Zoom allows me to work with clients all over the world and provide them my services and consultations with just a few clicks of a button. It's changed my career for the better.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is one of the best video conferencing software which works on both the web and the app, it does not require any special permission I just need to give my email ID to log in.
I never faced an internet issue from the Zoom side nor any bug in my 4 years of experience with zoom.

What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't dislike anything about Zoom but sometimes my company often finds it a bit expensive because for our seminars and webinars we have a good strength of people which is expensive in the subscription as it makes 20$ from us every month but still we are happy with Zoom experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is saving my time in many ways:
It has a quick login and quick join meeting or conferencing.
I can easily share my screen with good video and audio quality without any internet issues.
I can easily add my background filters which look satisfying.
the most important thing I can hide my name if I don't want it to be public.

Zoom creates environment for conducting business
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a great tool for conducting business in these times when traveling for in-person meetings can be challenging.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly cannot think of any negatives in using Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many clients are not back in their offices so going to meet them in their city isn't possible. Zoom makes all of that accessible.
Essential Business & Communication Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom to teach online classes, Sunday school, remote trainings, and even help facilitate a weekly mastermind. I also work for a company that uses Zoom to facilitate events that are online virtual multi-day conferences with thousands of attendees! For this, Zoom is the only online communication video conferencing tool with the bandwidth to accommodate all of these events and offerings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the computing power needed with updates and the number of screens available. I have a $1500+ MacBook pro and it's still not enough computing power for zoom to expand from 25 to 49 persons/screen per "page" and cannot upgrade to the latest versions with video filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to "meet" in over 10 time zones all around the world simultaneously as if we were all in the same "room" together. It's astounding.
It's the best of the many team calling systems I've used and has the most features I need.
What do you like best about the product?
I like zoom voting, breakout rooms, and that you can air a video with sound in your call. Screen sharing. Functionality with Outlook to schedule meetings, reminders, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost for our non-profit organization is always an issue, but we have better reception with Zoom than other programs we tried, so we're keeping it. It would be nice to have more than one line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing screens allows us to save printing costs and paper. It's also made it possible for those out of town to still join meetings remotely while others meet in the room. It likewise provides a recording of our meetings that we use to help with Minutes, etc.
