It's the best of the many team calling systems I've used and has the most features I need.
What do you like best about the product?
I like zoom voting, breakout rooms, and that you can air a video with sound in your call. Screen sharing. Functionality with Outlook to schedule meetings, reminders, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost for our non-profit organization is always an issue, but we have better reception with Zoom than other programs we tried, so we're keeping it. It would be nice to have more than one line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing screens allows us to save printing costs and paper. It's also made it possible for those out of town to still join meetings remotely while others meet in the room. It likewise provides a recording of our meetings that we use to help with Minutes, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used three other services and for my customers, Zoom is the only one they recognize. I have become very fond of the feature set for meeting management as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Biggest downside is the authenticity lost to not looking straight into eyes. I look blindly into the black hole of the camera trying to extend my sincerity of my messages, but ... is that sincere? I'm waiting for some invention that will allow pupil-to-pupil interaction. For this, we may have to go back to in person meetings when pandemic is cleared.

Meetings without infection! And, remote member attendance is up.

What do you like best about the product?
Everyone can use zoom with a click of a link - either via computer, laptop or mobile. Zoom has become synonymous with virtual meetings, like Kleenex to tissue or Coke to cola products. It is the premiere tool for busy professionals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish we could add more online space when needed and have video editing to keep an original but have the ability to edit it online and add title pages.

Conducting business with industry professionals and clients nationwide.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the main reasons that I use Zoom is how simple and easy it is. From setting up a one-time meeting or recurring meetings it is straightforward. We prefer using zoom over other video communication tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of writing this, I have had only a couple of complaints with Zoom. One was regarding video quality, which was very low. Random disconnects from meetings every once in awhile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us solve the problem of long-distance business relations. With Zoom, we are saving money by commuting less and can actually have meaningful discussions. We also love the ability to record meetings for later use.

What do you like best about the product?
It works quickly and gives lots of options for audio and video, which is nice. The backgrounds they offer are fun too and help when working from home.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cnanot think of any serious downside. Might be good if it could be just browser based sometimes.

Robust and user-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of options to customize the application, with Professional license you get enough cloud storage. Remote control works the best comparing with all competitors tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outlook addin works strangely: sometimes it creates meetings starting in the next half-hour even though it was scheduled to start the next day or later. Participants views are inconvenient to use.

Zoom helps to conduct remote meetings efficiently with options to control participant muting, presentations, and recording providing decent video and sound quality.

What do you like best about the product?
I will say it's best for meetings and for smooth communication between more than two people. It works in both PC and smartphones.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike about zoom as it provides better video and audio quality. It is very easy to use any age grp can use this application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During covid period zoom solved many problems like we can not meet up in person so we can use zoom for meetings and chat with people's.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has consistently caused the least issues with slowing down my computer of any video call software I've used, and is the absolute best at blurring my background and adding in background effects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the most of an issue I've had with Zoom is how it was originally more complex and unintuitive to turn on autocaptions. Also, it can sometimes be tricky to use breakout rooms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have poor auditory processing without some sort of visual input, so I find video calls much easier to process and remember than phone calls, so Zoom makes it much easier for me to communicate work information.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can share my screen with other participants whether on mobile or desktop. I also like that I can minimize the app on mobile and still get other work done on my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really like the 45-minute trial. Zoom should at least make the rial version an hour as compared to their competitors. Also, it lags sometimes, especially when connected to video when I am on an unstable network. When this happens, I use an alternative video conferencing app that adjusts well for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has solved the problem of having to go through the headache of explaining a problem I am facing especially when building websites to my supervisors. I can now easily share my screen and they easily provide a solution for me. I can also watch online videos together with my colleagues.
