What do you like best about the product?
Zoom gives us as close to face to face meetings as we can hope with our team spaced out across the country. Being able to read body language etc is so important when communicating - texting or emails just don't provide those kinds of cues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still never as good as being in the same room together - and as often as we use it - someone inevitably forgets to unmute...but if we laugh at ourselves...it just adds to the fun.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows our remote team to gather and see each other's faces MUCH more often than if we had to actually travel to be in the same room. We can collaborate much more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Zoom as a back up plan for classes for our students with COVID. We feel Zoom is the safest option, and it is user friendly for the kids to navigate on their own.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a period when Zoom was undergoing a lot of updates, and you needed to re-download Zoom for it to work properly. This caused some confusion with our clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has made several security updates throughout our time having Zoom. It genuinely feels safer than any other competitor. All of the updates with security seem to be well thought out and a positive response from client feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly Zoom is. We are able to all work seamlessly in a remote environment. Whether it be for a collaborative effort or a one on one meeting, Zoom has the options that we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've been using Zoom since 2018 and so far have not found anything we dislike with the features we are currently using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With being a 100% remote business, Zoom is helping us solve the problems of staying connected in an environment that is easy to be disconnected. We can seamlessly collaborate with people across the world in our business whether internal or external.

Love the product and its ease of use

What do you like best about the product?
I love how zoom separates video and audio making it quite versatile for use with other products. I also love the ease in which zoom can be used and the many facilities and features it has even at a basic level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price for different parts but then I would imagine most would say that. The cost soon mounts when you start to use more of the available facilities/features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delivery of training over a wide geographical area and reducing travelling costs even for face-to-face meetings. These savings can be passed on to customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom really is the gold standard in video conferencing. I like the ability to schedule meetings and require registration to collect emails to follow up with our customers following the session. Being able to add branding to the registration page and customizable registration questions is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Zoom provided the option to send out 24-hour, the morning of, and one hour before reminders for meetings instead of just for webinars. We prefer to use meetings, so everyone can see each other, but right now we need to send out manual reminders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to easily connect with team members and customers. There are never any glitches like there sometimes seem to be with Microsoft Teams. Using Zoom for our weekly customer Info and Demo sessions has really improved our business.

What do you like best about the product?
I am very happy that Zoom is here. Zoom has help me in many ways but one main help was to keep my church congregation going and help people to continue worship GOD at home or at their job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am very happy that I use Zoom. I have no dislike. It work well for me. Help in rectify situation Asap. No dislike. Payment was also easy and help to work well fromhome. .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps with work, church, school and doctor Appointments. Easy and helpful. Also help in interview and help connect with different people from different part of the country.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to schedule meetings, easy for everyone to use, people are very comfortable now with this method of meeting. We choose Zoom over Teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes difficult to quickly join a meeting if there is an update that needs to run. It is great that there are other options like the phone to join.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Travel is a big component to what we do and it has really helped our employees who have been unable to travel during COVID to hold meetings and meet metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
Besides, many in-app functionalities, what I like the most is integration with Calendly and Google for the automation of scheduling calls. It makes the process effortless!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is easy to copy the invite after making a meeting but I didn't find a fast way of copying the link to the meeting after logging again to Zoom and coming back to the Meeting section. I currently go to Edit Meeting, Save and then wait for a pop-up window with the invite details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making a professional digital working space equipped with a variety of different tools and functionalities I need for my digital service-based business and client interaction.

Zoom reaches all over the world and right now we are having an open house with a popular speaker and the ones that live too far away can zoom in and still see the speaker
