Zoom allows me to connect with clients face to face in a way that calls, texts or emails don't.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Zoom allows me to see my clients face to face. Also, I love that I can share my screen with them which allows them to see real-time Information. Now that virtual meetings are so common, Zoom allows me to save time and money.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I'm sharing my screen I have pop-up screens, so I have to stop sharing and then reshare the pop-up screen. I didn't like that the free version have a 40-minute time limit. A 60-minute time limit would have been much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the pandemic, the state of Illinois was shut down for the most part. Thankfully Zoom allowed me to continue to meet with clients. Also, I love our Brady Bunch style family get-togethers!
Great platform for all virtual needs
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use & affordable, simple to meet with others and share information. Can access the platform on desktop, tablet or mobile which makes it easy to meet on the go or use data or wifi.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connection issues and not knowing how to use the many added features like screen sharing, audio sharing, etc. and difficulties logging in when Zoom logs me out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It brings people closer. I can work with people in the Phillipines easily who are halfway across the world along with people throughout the U.S. both for business and personal meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to install, use, and explain to my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, I have a problem getting people in and out of breakout rooms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows my client to meet with me face to face without having them use up unnecessary travel time. Also, it allows me to appear in several court during the day saving me travel time and saving my cliens legal fees.
Great for online meetings and presentations!
What do you like best about the product?
Among all the online meeting platforms I use, Zoom is the best because of how easy it is to set up a meeting, share the meeting invite and then conduct the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I wish I could do on Zoom is see all the meeting participants on the same screen. While Zoom always has the person speaking on the front screen, it is difficult to see everyone when you have to page through to see all the participants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it convenient and easy to meet with people when you can't get everyone together in one place or when you don't want to have to travel for what is likely to be a shorter meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the convenience and reliability of Zoom. It's accessible to anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really anything I don't like. Sometimes there can be a bit of a delay showing people in the waiting room.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it easy for me to meet with clients and colleagues from home. I've been using it for years - well before the pandemic.
Zoom Integrations Make Business Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Zoom syncs with my Google Calendar and allows me to schedule meetings with clients on the fly. Ease is key! I can create an invite and override Google Meet, which is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any negative features right now. The updates seem to come at the 'worst' times (i.e. right before a webinar) so automatic updates in the background would be a plus!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to create deeper connections with my clients versus having a regular phone call. The insights I receive from being able to see my clients face to face is invaluable.
Best way to have meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Be able to meet with people all around the world. Clear, easy, I love the different galleries to view all people or speaker. The chat makes communicating super easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The whiteboard. Difficult to navigate and Delete not very clear to see . Not very visually pleasing. I think it can be updated. I find it hard to delete previous whiteboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to connect with people around the world. I have been able to take classes while home with my kids. I've lead meetings and earned money. I meet and host a podcast using zoom. It has opened so many doors.
ZOOM, A Place Where I Can Leave My Meeting Worries Behind!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the "Share" feature best. This feature works best for my students in learning a visual language. I also work with a competitor, but did not work well at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some lessons on how to use some of the features like Whiteboard would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me teach people all over the world how to communicate with the Deaf Community! And I love it!

What do you like best about the product?
I rarely have connectivity problems with Zoom, and I like the different view options. I also like the various filters and the ease of sending invites. I appreciate the frequent updates, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the chat didn't only show entries from when you logged on, instead of the beginning of the meeting. I wish there were a record of the meetings I've had, regardless of whose account I used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting clients and colleagues is now instant, with no travel time or expenses, and far more comfort. I work with many clients who are an airplane ride away, so Zoom makes it feel like we're in the same place, any time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like most how you're able to speak with many people at a time. Families from all over can come together through Zoom and discuss matters "face-to-face" without having to travel. It makes some life things easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems when you dial-in to a meeting, you don't get the some capabilities that other attendees have like to chat. If you're able then it's not easy to figure out. I believe programs like this should have features that are easy to figure out without having to run to IT.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be frank, when I don't want to attend a meeting or such in-person (especially due to Covid-19), then all I'd have to do is click a link. It's perfect and it saves so much time. Hassle-free.
