Wonderful user friendly program
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a very user friendly video program. The features are easy to find and their locations make sense. Zoom allows all the features I rely on, like screen sharing from all members of the chat, writing on the screen, and a chat box.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that on a mobile device, you aren't able to write on the screen. This was a problem occasionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom was an immediate answer to remote education. It's also helped provide an avenue for trainings that we would have otherwise been unable to have due to distance and covid.
I like Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is familiar to most users. I find it easy to set up appointments but often get confused with time zones.
What do you dislike about the product?
The various commands are difficult to find and are not logical--I wish the tabs were labeled better. For example the zoom + might mean set up a new conference or it might mean something else. I struggle to find share buttons, and other commands. There must be a more logical way to set it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personal one on one conferencing allowing me to use video examples--also the recordings are easy to understand if you can remember to hit record-perhaps a reminder-do you wish to record this session?

What do you like best about the product?
Covid ended my in-school cartoon classes. Zoom reopened the door to 16 kids in a classroom with 16 iPads. Awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
During online improv classes the one-at-a-time audio nature of Zoom limits creative collaboration. I suppose the alternative is an audio mess. At least it didn't let Covid stop us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allowed me opportunities to earn money teaching kids cartooning remotely. It has also allowed me to continue studying improv remotely via Los Angeles and Chicago.
The perfect app for commercial and non commercial video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
For the business purpose meeting, sharing link or screen. Easy to access the zoom. Affordable plans. The quality of the video and audio are best. Supporting Google Calendar also.
What do you dislike about the product?
While if the application will run directly on the web instead of downloading the app. When we invite someone to meeting they need to download the app. If they are rarely using zoom. Then if they have direct access from the web it's more convenient
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The cost.....if you need to arrange a meeting we need Rooms, manpower, transport....etc. Now it's very easy to use. Save money and time. And most comfortable way to attend meeting or class.
Zoom as a powerful healing tool!
What do you like best about the product?
As someone living with Multiple Sclerosis who spends a lot of time at home, zoom allows me to connect with others around the world also living with MS. I'm able to use zoom for MS.UNDERSTOOD podcast meetups to further our learning on episode topics, facilitate support groups, and offer social meetups so we can learn from each other and support one another through the hardships of living with an incurable progressive neurological condition. My connections on zoom help me stay focused on living well with MS.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish zoom used AccessiBe or similar so I could make more accessibility adjustments. I have a permanently damaged optical nerve that makes screen time limited. While I can control my own background, I'd love to be able to filter other participants who have bright white backgrounds or painful lights that are visible to me. Thank you for your consideration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to live where I can afford to live and remain connected. Following my disability retirement I could no longer afford to live in the Bay Area. I now stay connected to family, friends, my awesome care team @ Stanford...all through zoom. I have also been able to access incredibly helpful healing tools because of zoom: an EFT Specialist in the UK, an anxiety coach in Canada, etc. -- and also connect with potential podcast guests around the world. In a world that still leans towards Ableism, in a Pandemic, living with a neuro-immune condition is limiting. Zoom keeps doors open for me. It's often my window to the world.
It has been such a pleasure to be able to do my sessions that used to be in person on line.
What do you like best about the product?
I have a lot of internaltioanl clients and its easy for me to speak to them as if i was there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the volumn doesn't work, or someone has a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have stayed in touch with my clients during the Pandemic. I can have a group session and pull in clients from all over the world.
No issues and has helped a time when it was really needed
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. Whether I'm on my desktop, phone or iPad, I can connect to work meetings. I can connect with friends and family on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish it was a little easier to use with lower quality internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting during a worldwide pandemic. It's also allowed us to connect for our church meetings without having to meet in person.
Versatile video conferencing software
What do you like best about the product?
I love how flexible Zoom is. The whiteboard functionality, especially on an ipad, is awesome. I love it.The ability to see everyone talking is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the whiteboard, but it seems to be zoomed in, or out weird, when people first start, so they don't see the full whiteboard when using a laptop. I started a whiteboard, and people didn't realize I was typing in one place, so they were typing in another. I think if it starts out zoomed out to full screen that would allow users to see the whole whiteboard, and if they wanted/needed to zoom in they could, but then they'd see where other people were starting the initial typing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for individual meetings, group meetings, client meetings. brainstorming, math tutoring sessions, all sorts of things. It helps with many types of businesses.
Great Meeting Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can meet from all over the state, keep notes,save the chat for further review along with recording the meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
That we did not get an email about the most recent needed update until trying to jin a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has solved the problem of us needing to meet with organizations in other cities within the state and saves us money by not having to pay for travel expenses for the meetings since we can do them via Zoom.

What do you dislike about the product?
I like how it integrates with my EMR so when a client schedules an appointment, it automatically creates a zoom link and adds it to my calendar and theirs. It is also good for my group sessions making it easy for clients to interact with me and others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving my ability to schedule my clients automatically. This saves me and my staff time from having to go and manually create a meeting each time. It also makes it easy to do webinars or group sessions for my clients as well.
