Great for business or personal use

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the different options for how you view other participants in the room. Sometimes I like the speaker view, and other times I like the gallery. So the options are great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see a lot of downsides to Zoom except that I wish I could use the backgrounds! Something is wrong with my computer options that I can't blur my background or use different backgrounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to connect with teams. I used to have to do things by phone where you could not see body language or notice when someone was trying to talk. So, I appreciate that Zoom allows you to do that and that you do not have to have a Zoom account to join a Zoom meeting. We also use Zoom to record meetings that people can use later and that is helpful!

Effective way to interact virtually with clients

What do you like best about the product?
I can stay connected with my clients wherever they are physically located. I can conduct engaging meetings and trainings using tools such as breakout rooms, whiteboards and polls. I can send recordings of meetings to participants which helps them review work covered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when you are using Zoom backgrounds it is difficult to hold up a document without losing some of the visuals. It would be helpful to have a way to stabilize this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has made it possible for me to continue to have regular meetings with my clients across the country when I was unable to travel during the pandemic. It has helped me to reach out to individuals in ways that previously wasn't possible. It has allowed me to engage with clients and develop collaborative partnerships across the globe which is amazing!

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom every day for my ADHD coaching practice. It's easy to use for my clients and me, including screen share and whiteboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connection is unstable and I'm not sure why. Usually it resolves by turning off the camera.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I coach clients all over the world, from Mexico to the Philippines. I Zoom even with my local clients so there's no commute.

Awesome software for video conferencing

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can easily setup meetings and integrate the software with apps such as scheduleonce and calendly seamlessly for sales calls or other online meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations on meeting times for more than 2 people in one room during an online meeting. Overall I am happy with all the other functionality of Zoom and haven't had any other issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for sales calls and online meetings for my online marketing business. The biggest benefit is also having the ability to easily record and store videos in the cloud to re-watch later.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a simple and to the point system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like that all I have to do is enter my information in and I'm connected. When I'm hosting it shows me that others are waiting to be admitted into the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed me to stay connected with my family, friends, clients, and coworkers. It gave us a way to communicate with each other when we had to limit physical connection.

Using Zoom for Interviewing, Networking and Podcasts

What do you like best about the product?
It is certainly easy to reserve zoom events and login to those events. Having breakout rooms and the ability as host to control participation, muting when necessary and sending invitations to intended participants.
What do you dislike about the product?
The preset invitations are ridiculously long with loads of information that is mostly not needed, as well as heavy Zoom branding that is not appreciated, so I cut and paste the link to the event only and send that to meeting participants. Communication from Zoom about membership is also lacking, so my first meeting after the recent changes got surprisingly cut short. Also this survey is insanely long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom (like all online conferencing tools) allows me to communicate with people not necessarily near me geographically and it allows me to bring together disparate people from different geographies on a scheduled basis.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, ability to add foreign subtitles, screen sharing, chat box +saving chat, Google Calendar compatibility, ability to invite with just a link, ability to mute distracted others if needed during a meeting, and ability to view shared screen only or to add speaker view or all participants!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing... but...Wish I could pre-set/ schedule breakout rooms. A set of drawing tools, such as in Canvas, would be helpful. Easier and better compatibility with backgrounds would be good... not yet seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting face to face in times of health challenges so I can be responsive to clients. Recording meetings when I cannot be present even virtually.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how zoom maintains its intuitive platform and does not sacrifice user-interface for needless updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes think the relationship between a user's zoom meeting room and a specific meeting url is confusing. I wish it was just that everyone had one zoom meeting room and we left it at that. Finding the correct url can be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My business works from home and from different geographic areas, its so easy with zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
The videos are high quality, you can talk to many people at once and with excellent audio quality without cutting out.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the time is very short for free accounts, that could improve, so everyone can make better use of it.

What do you like best about the product?
Great features including the remote access control. I enjoy the screen share and mark up tools. I also like being able to make other attendees host so I can leave and the meeting can continue.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only big dislike I have with Zoom is that you do not get a notification when someone enters the waiting room. This needs to be added. So annoying when you are working on other task while waiting for attendees to enter and not know it.

I am not sure what problems Zoom is solving?
