There’s honestly nothing I dislike about Zoom Workplace. It’s reliable, easy to use, and meets all my needs for virtual meetings.

Zoom Workplace makes it easy to schedule video calls, which is especially helpful for connecting with detainees. It saves time, simplifies communication, and ensures I can stay in touch with clients efficiently and securely.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Zoom Workplace brings meeting, chat, and collaboration tools into one platform, making communication easier for remote and hybrid teams. The reliable video quality and simple integration really make daily work smoother. I appreciate its reliability and ease of use, as meetings are smooth, the video quality is stable, and everything is simple to schedule and join. It just works without drama. The ease of use especially makes scheduling and joining effortless, saving time and improving team productivity. The initial setup was quite easy and handy.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom to stay in contact with my clients on an everyday basis, and it’s been great and flexible to use. The packages are affordable, scheduling is simple and straightforward, and the platform is easy to navigate overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the package you have, it cuts you off at 30 mins (for the free version) which can be inconvenient!

There is a point to dislike a tool like zoom where you have everything you need with all the latest facilities

For day-to-day meetings with clients or prospects, I can take notes using AI, generate a clear summary afterward, and also make calls worldwide.

What do you like best about the product?
The desktop app is the best in the industry when it comes to stability and consistency. Also the voice clarity and quality which Zoom brings is unmatched

The app integrations and extension installation still aren’t very strong, and they’re not as easy to set up or use as with other solutions.

The app is stable, with good voice quality and clear audio, and the launch process is straightforward. The screen-sharing experience is strong as well, and whiteboard sharing works very well.

"The 40-minute limit on the free version can be restrictive for longer technical meetings. Also, the desktop application can sometimes use a lot of system memory (RAM), which might cause a slight lag if multiple heavy applications are running simultaneously."

"Zoom Workplace has solved the major challenge of remote team synchronization for us. It allows for high-quality, real-time technical discussions and code reviews that were difficult to manage over email or simple chat. The benefit is a significant increase in our team's productivity and the ability to collaborate effectively from different geographical locations without any communication gaps."

The chat is very simple. When the meetings end, the conversations end.

These features make it easy to run smooth, interruption-free meetings, clearly present information, and collaborate in real time, saving time and keeping everyone aligned. The setup is somehow easy since the installation, account setup, joining, and hosting meetings can be done in just a few minutes with minimal technical knowledge. I also use it alongside calendar apps, email, and other collaboration tools to effectively schedule meetings, share links, and coordinate follow-ups.

I have occasional connectivity issues, and the meeting time limit on the free plan can sometimes disrupt longer or less stable sessions.
