it was crucial during covid but we prefer face to face meetings now
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace is perfect for meeting with people not able to visit on location. It has all the great tools in order to avoid costly travel.
What do you dislike about the product?
We find that meeting in person still accomplishes more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making life easier to meet with out of town clients.

Essential Communication and Sharing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Very reliable when compared to other apps I have used or still use today. Does not seem to use as many resources as competitors apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the auto update delays with some end users and they end up missing out on the new features until installed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Availabitly from multipe devices including phone, sharing files, scheduling meetings, video chats, app integrations.

Seeing everyones availability when they are on calls, scheduling meetings via google calendar.

Constant installs at inconvenient times before meetings

Allows me to meet virtually with clients and record meetings for follow ups

The transcripts are good. Most people are familiar with the layout and features.

Sometimes difficult to change names of people before they can be let in the meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a cleaner look and is easy to use

The hide self view option is harder to locate.

It allows our team to connect virtually, and seamlesly
Zoom workplace's technology has been helpful in organizing and hosting our organization's webinars.
What do you like best about the product?
The Zoom workplace layout makes it easy to find and utilize various tools that you need for your digital meetings. The UI is very user-friendly and our attendees can usually find what they are looking for when they need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't noticed too many dislikes about Zoom Workplace yet. The only thing to mention is that sometimes the software can require a lot of processing power on our computers, which can slow down other programs that we use to present. This can make hosting meetings on older computers difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace allows us to host large webinars with ease and share information about our organization with a wide audience. The record features also allows us to take the recording of the meetings/webinars and share them with additional attendees or partners that could not attend live.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature has been the webinars as well as the AI tool used to take notes on a meeting. We use zoom to host all of our initiative and member based meetings currently and we would not look to another tool

Sometimes Zoom is difficult to understand for example getting breakout rooms in zoom webinars was a challenge but I know there is a solution just have to find it

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use. It has all of the features my team and I need for our day-to-day activities in video calls. It has nice features such as boca blurring and adding an alternative background if you're on the go and need to hold a meeting professionally. It's easy to start and secure with password-protections. When I took my individual Zoom account and went to add it to my professional workplace Zoom business subscription, customer support was helpful in helping me do so. We use Zoom everyday and it's been easy to use.

Zoom satisfies my workplace needs and there's nothing I would add or change about it.

I am not sure what problems Zoom Workplace is solving.
Easy to set up and use
What do you like best about the product?
We started out using Zoom only for video conferencing several years ago. With the onset of COVID we found ourselves managing an almost fully remote team and client base. We added Zoom webinar and eventually switched our phone sytem over as well.
Zoom has a very user friendly administrator portal that is easy to add new users and set them up on the phone system - much easier to our past carrier. There is a good variance of options in the settings to customize to user preference, and also some great admin control settings.
The AI summary is a good addition although the accuracy isn't always quite right.

What do you dislike about the product?
The Team Chat feature is lacking a little bit (or perhaps we haven't figured it out enough yet). It would be a great all in one solution if we were able to use the chat function more like we do Slack, with being able to include guest members that are not part of our paid license.
The AI summary function is nice however I would love to see a notetaker similar to Firefly that lists the speakers name and what is being said. I believe this is available when recording but I don't see an option when not recording.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a fully remote team so we use Zoom for all internal meetings, as well as a good portion of our client meetings. The Zoom and Google Scheduler function makes it easy to include the Zoom link information in meetings. We also use Zoom for our webinar series.
