What do you like best about the product?
This platform is straightforward to use and brings together meetings, emails, chats, and calling in one place. It has proven to be very helpful for remote or hybrid work, making it easy to connect teams and individuals from anywhere in the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's Perfomance Becomes Slower Leading to Glitches Like Dropping off Calls Or Audio Issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform helped me a lot in staying connected with my college, especially during the COVID era. It made it easy to conduct meetings with my colleagues, and I found it to be very cost-effective compared to other platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
This is easy to use and works on any device, making it very convenient to conduct tasks wherever I am.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing about Zoom Workspace that makes me feel any dislike toward it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meetings can be scheduled and accessed at any time, and all other tasks can also be managed within the platform. There is no need to use any additional tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to use, simple design and very easy to operate. Best thing is I can take control of other people screen if I want to, Which other popular tool like gmeet do not provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing meeting code and pass code sometimes get difficult to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of connecting between cross teams. And debug issues and take control of partner system remotely with out using any other tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy, seamless to jump into calls and even interact on webinars. The interface is reliable and allows for everything I need as a salesperson.

Zoom is pretty good, the recording sharing could be better - one seamless link instead of a link and a separate password.

What do you like best about the product?
For me zoom is a great app for virtual meetings ,conferences and interviews.
The most best thing is
Clear, confident communication.
Screen sharing that’s clean and well-prepared
Polls or reactions at the right moment
Breakout rooms with clear instructions.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me sometimes I feel in zoom is Poor audio
Echo, background noise, or people not muted. If people can’t hear clearly, nothing else matters.
Overuse of features
Excessive reactions, unnecessary polls, gimmicky backgrounds, or constant screen switching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps solve several core business problems, especially around communication, speed, and cost. The biggest ones are:

What do you like best about the product?
zoom workplace is good as per my perspective and it has best features recording features notes making and all are good I like it
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I've encountered is that sometimes the app logs me out of my account automatically, requiring me to reauthenticate more often than I'd like.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything in one workflow,meetings, chat, phone, whiteboard, email/calendar, and AI summaries all live together, so you don’t have to jump between apps constantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
If your team is very active, the combination of meeting alerts, chat pings, and system notifications can get overwhelming and hard to tune.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After meetings, action items and decisions often get lost or buried in chat threads or email. I can easily save key insights, assign follow-up tasks and saves time on manual note-taking.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom Workplace is its simplicity and reliability as an all-in-one collaboration platform. It combines meetings, chat, phone, and scheduling in a single interface, which reduces the need to switch between multiple tools and improves productivity. The video and audio quality are consistently strong, even with large or geographically distributed teams. From an enterprise perspective, it’s easy to deploy, user-friendly for non-technical users, and integrates well with common workplace tools like Outlook, Google Calendar, and Slack. Overall, it enables smooth collaboration with minimal training and downtime.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom Workplace is highly reliable, one downside is the cost, especially when advanced features are required across a large user base. Some key capabilities like extended meeting durations, advanced admin controls, and certain integrations are locked behind higher-tier licenses. Additionally, managing licenses and add-ons can become complex for enterprises. Occasional performance issues during peak usage and limited customization compared to some competitors can also be a challenge.
