Effective Communication Tool with Minor Hiccups.
What do you like best about the product?
What i like about Zoom Workplace ,It brings together meetings, chat (Team Chat), phone, whiteboards, docs, etc., in one platform.
This means less context-switching between applications helpful if you have a small team handling affiliate marketing, shipping logistics, customer service.
Now Meetings tab experience includes upcoming meetings, participants, materials, and continuous chat after the meeting

What do you dislike about the product?
What i dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it has too many features, making it feel overwhelming and difficult mostly for new users to navigate all the tools in terms of Chats, Calendar, Whiteboard and Notes.
2.It also Occasional has technical glitches. Audio or video keep freezing, screen-sharing lags and it random sign-outs or connection issues even with strong internet.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves several communication and it coordinates problems by bringing different tools into one platform. It helps us remove the need to switch between separate apps for meetings, chat, notes, and collaboration.
This helps to improve productivity and keeps all information in one place. It has Zoom’s AI Companion which also reduces manual work by summarizing meetings, drafting messages, and capturing action items and definitely this saves time and ensures nothing is missed.
The platform also improves teamwork by making it easy to share screens, present, and collaborate in real time.
Overall, Zoom Workplace helps me to streamline workflow, reduce miscommunication, speed up decision-making, and keeps the teams organized and connected even when working remotely across different locations in the world.

I absolutely love the whiteboard feature in Zoom Workplace because it significantly enhances collaboration and project-solving among our teams. It allows us to map ideas, design workflows, and visually express complex concepts seamlessly on the same platform, negating the need for third-party tools. I also admire that projects can be managed on a single platform, streamlining our team's activities. Furthermore, the ease of the interface helps reduce training time, making it user-friendly. The superior reliability and performance of meetings in Zoom Workplace compared to Microsoft Teams are impressive. Additionally, the setup process is incredibly simple, and the Single Sign-On (SSO) functionality is commendable, contributing to the overall ease of use.

I find the lack of cross-platform consistency in Zoom Workplace troublesome. Features related to task management and workspace view behave differently across desktop, mobile, and web platforms. This inconsistency can disrupt workflow and necessitates users to adjust their expectations based on the device they are using.

Finding certain details or settings takes some time on zoom. Also some popups when trying to enter a meeting can be a bit annyoing.

Can easily set a call with potential client or partner company even if they are not using zoom.
