What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use Zoom. I know that when I set up a Zoom Meeting that those I invite will not have issues joining.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the limited recording options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes virtual meetings so easy to schedule. Most of my meetings are virtual and I love it.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has made my business far more efficient by eliminating both travel time to meetings and the risk of having traveled to a no-show. Integration with web-based scheduling systems and calendars makes setting up meetings easy; transcriptions make meeting notes far easier to complete accurately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of my colleagues use Mac's; integration with their scheduling is weak -- invitations do not always go out and when they do they appear as emails with links rather than as GMail calendar invites that automatically go into my calendar. Also, when I go into screen-sharing mode, the windows for the videos of my colleagues always go to the right of my main screen rather than to where I move them every time (i.e., under my camera so when II am looking at them it looks like I am looking at them).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wasted travel time. Making group discussions work well. Sharing information dynamically (e.g., working on documents) with remote colleagues. Replacing telephones with a medium that lets me read facial expressions.

What do you like best about the product?
Makes it quick and easy to meet with remote employees face-to-face. The integrations I use with Slack and Outlook make it especially easy to add a Zoom meeting to calendar events or spin up meetings on the fly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably a problem with any video conferencing software, but whenever there's a big group with multiple people trying to talk simultaneously, conversation tends to grind to a halt due to interruptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting distant employees to collaborate and share information quickly and easily. Sometimes talking verbally and sharing screens just beats using instant messaging or email.

I can't think of anything. It's the only app I use.

I am positive that I close more deals because I am face to face with a client on the other side of the country or the other side of the world.

Zoom makes my small business successful

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom to connect face-to-face with potential new clients. Since I wokr closely with individuals in their homes and closets as a personal stylist, being able to have an initial call where we can see one another and engage more effectively is critical to my work. Zoom allows me to do this seamlessly as a small business. I'm also able to grow my business offering into teaching seminars and leading workshops remotely, connecting with more people, which is major for my business bottom line.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't use it enough yet to fully justify the monthly cost. I have the account because I do use it occassionally and want the access, but my volume isn't as high where I feel as though I am getting the most out of my monthly payments. This can change as I grow my business, but it's a pricier line item for me at the moment for the usage of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with more potential clients and landing sales. Sharing my philoshpy on style and fashion with more people to solve their problems, bring them solutions, and coach people to feel and be their best selves.

What do you like best about the product?
It couldn't be easier to schedule live sessions. I appreciate the way the tool integrates with other platforms like Calendly, Momence, and Otter. I also value having control over the source of the sound (e.g. ringing a meditation bell that resonates), easily recording and sharing sessions, and control over privacy settings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd prefer to teach in person, but I appreciate the opportunity to reach a wider audience online. I enjoy getting creative to make the virtual experience as warm and human as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to provide coaching and class sessions for people across the country and around the world.

What do you like best about the product?
It is not always feasible to communicate face-to-face physically so having the ability to have a face-to-face interaction via an online interface is imperative for my communication needs. Zoom effectively provides the medium for accomplishing this need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't identify anything that I dislike or a suggestion for something to be changed as it seems that all the bases have been covered. I haven't had any issues with the user interface or the quality of the audio or video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I conduct studies with individuals which require the option to study from home and Zoom resolves this by providing the comfort of engagements from home, which increases the likelihood for the studies to take place.

What do you like best about the product?
As a small business owner, finding a location to meet with you, interested clients has always been difficult. Discovering zoom during the pandemic has made a world of difference in my ease of connecting with potential parties who would like to use our services.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, audio can pose difficulties, especially when using the share screen function to share video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to meet with anyone, anywhere at any time is a new and innovative way to add to businesses.

A great solution for meetings, classes and communication

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to see the other person, their expressions and responses. Phone calls are great, and you can't always read the other person's true responses or even know if they are paying attention. Ability to have a direct conversation with others around the world without the expense and discomfort of traveling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations on security. I've had trolls come into public meetings and the steps to prevent that create a number of hoops I and others need to go through to get on a meeting. Finding settings on Zoom is also a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not know.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has helped our meetings immensly with its secure platform, the ability to add authorized users to our account, send a simple link to attendees to join without requiring a large program download. Some of our users are not tech-savvy, and yet have little to no issues using Zoom for our needs. It is easy and self explanatory to share a screen, a window, or just your computer sound.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I don't love could very well be a "PICNIC" (Problem in Chair, not in Computer). When sharing something with multiple monitors, the Zoom video screen becomes no longer visible. With a large group, it would be good to see both what is being shared, as well as the attendees.
Secondly, just as a caution, not really a problem. Be careful when sharing specific windows. If the chat, etc float over top, the other attendees will see a black box covering that area of the shared material.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest thing that Zoom has helped us with is staying in contact with our members that are throughout the world. Phone calls are great, but seeing people in video is so much better. The communication is wonderful.
