Hands down the best
What do you like best about the product?
I was shocked with the quality of Zoom after the horrible experience with other platforms. I've been using zoom for years and was impressed with the speed in which they upgraded and improved post 2020 when everyone started using zoom from home. I'm now a Zoom lifer!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I look forward to seeing what perks Zoom comes up with next to keep at the top of the comeptition. They have yet to disappoint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a reliable connection with current and potential clients. I have not been able to get this from any other platform.
The most reliably videoconferencing platform
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom literally saved our company during COVID. We used to use WebEx and it always had issues and we needed an IT tech and wasted 15 minutes every time to start. This was never an issue with Zoom and we have moved everyone over to Zoom. We even bought the Zoom conference room equipment after COVID and really like it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. Maybe the background library can be extended a bit and have more options. Also the face detection is not perfect and it's obvious that there's a background being used. I like having this option in general as by background is not always tidy but this is a feature that can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had to all move to work remotely when COVID happened and had to go 100% remote. Zoom helped us with a cost effective and scalable way to grow and survive the pandemic. Quite literally for our company!
Zoom is extremely practical.
What do you like best about the product?
As an attorney, it helps with efficiency and allows for greater flexibility in scheduling as events do not have to be in person. Ease of scheduling is great. Very functional platform. Definitely, the platform that I prefer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Break out room are only available when using either a desk top or a laptop not on any mobile devices, such as iPads. I would like that function to be available on these other devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since the onset of the pandemic, this platform has allowed our business to continue to operate. Our overall performance has been helped because it allows for less travel time to Court.

What do you like best about the product?
The whiteboard feature is the best I've used. It's easy to annotate PDFs or anything else on my screen. Their drawing tools seamlessly integrate. It's a great solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally I'll go to launch my Zoom Meeting just a minute or two before my scheduled appointment and be told it has to install an update, which makes me late.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes the world a smaller place by enabling me to connect with my students from around the world. We can work through concepts and practice questions together in a live environment as if we were face-to-face. The sound and video quality is excellent and doesn't require technical expertise to use.
Zoom is helping me through a health crisis
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has made it possible for me to continue working during chemo treatments. The connection is clear, I love being able to share screens, and it's easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that is not working well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working remotely can be a pain, but Zoom makes connecting with people easy.
Zoom has helped me confidently show up for client meetings with ease.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom helps me have clear communication with my clients. I love that I never have issues with it cutting out or losing signal like Skype used to. I can easily screen share and show them what I am working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that zoom automatically cuts off after 40 minutes. I feel like most calls are typically an hour long, which makes me have to pay for the service. I think the cost per month for that feature is too high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me communicate with clients that live in other states from me. I can get a more in person connection- much better than anything on the phone. It has helped me feel more confident.

What do you like best about the product?
Not needing to travel or relocate to meet with a team saves valuable time. It is easy to share files and discuss as a group. The chat functions work very well and have been quite helpful. There are SO many options...breakout rooms etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
How you appear on camera - lol. What I dislike is more user errors than the program itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to continue business without interruption when factors keep team members apart.
Zoom has the best features for interaction and easy training.
What do you like best about the product?
The interactive features and the way that we can easily build training for people and clients. Makes it super easy and accessible. Also, it's easy to do breakout rooms and other features that make the experience better.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, I don't like the way breakout room setup can be challenging. Specifically, I'm referring to the ways it's sometimes challenging to change the groups or rebuild specific setups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom gives us access to many different clients and populations that we wouldn't be able to reach if it wasn't for how easily accessible Zoom is for all. Zoom reaches many diff folks.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the amount of integrations available via Zoom with other software such as my calendar and Eventbrite.
What do you dislike about the product?
The difficulty in doing concurrent sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with communities around the world is a necessity for the community outreach work we do. This way of meeting allows us to capture audiences we wouldn't otherwise have access to.
Keeps My Business Zooming
What do you like best about the product?
As a professional photographer I have clients that work all types of hours. Zoom allows me to meet with a client and review images or edits at a time convenient for my client without me having to meet them at the studio.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since Zoom functions differently on different types of devices; tablets, phone, laptop, I do have to spend time helping a client new to zoom learn how to use it on their specific device. Maybe offer a quick video tutorials related exactly to their type of device, when new clients sign up to use zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's pretty obvious that after 2 years of pandemic clients and collaborating contractors may never go back to meeting in person as often. I'm grateful that in a zoom meeting I can share ANY type of software that I have on my laptop with those in my zoom meeting, including video and audio.
