The New Normal - Zoom Solves

What do you like best about the product?
Life, as we know, has changed since COVID. Zoom saved us and to this day, allows us to remain connected and work as a fully remote company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - it's solid as is. The updatees that have happened have been lovely updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us, as a fully remote company, to stay connected and conduct business.

What do you like best about the product?
It just works. I click a link to a meeting, or get a call and it's very intuitive and easy to use and stable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it was more integrated into our applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use Voip platform and video conferencing.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how many features Zoom has- from breakout room broadcasting to the poll and quiz features. I like how almost everything is customizable. If I need help, support is very accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides, but I do with webinars and meetings shared similar features, such as some automated emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is expanding how many people can be in a meeting and how many breakout rooms we have.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes phone calls and meetings super easy! I love having the chat function for meetings and I use it constantly. It's nice to be able to change options and manage voicemails in the web center.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is frequently laggy and inconsistent with Bluetooth headphones of any type. Calls get dropped, sound goes in and out, sometimes calls won't even ring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of having to have a desktop phone, which doesn't make sense for remote workers anyway.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy Connection between clients and peers. The ability to go from desktop to mobile is so easy it has come in handy when working from home. The Customer Support when needing is easy and responsive in a timely fashion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish the amount of clicks to join or start a meetin was less.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instant communication with the team that are located in different time zones and when someone is away from their desk

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is much more intuitive and easy to navigate compared to the previous UI. I appreciate the AI Companion to help summarize the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not findining any downsides to Zoom Workplace at the moment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For external meetings Zoom is much more intuitive and easier to join then competing platforms. We use Zoom exclusively for our external meetings with our clients & community partners.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have team meetings anytime and anywhere is vital for our fully remote org. Running webinars and trainings of any size for our clients is also fantastic! And the zoom integration with Slack and Outlook make it really easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides, Zoom business has been fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to work efficiently and keep us connected since we are not only fully remote but also have employees all over the world. To be able to see them face to face, share our screens as though we were sitting right next to each other makes it very convenient and easy.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability for the the team to use 1 app for things like internal, chat, Phone, Video Conference and Clip creation. It has proven very helpful since we purchased Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I woudl ike to see more integration with ConnectWise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our ability to collaborate among mulitple locations and feel connected with one another.

I think for what you get it tends to be a little pricey.
