Easy to Download and Use—Loving Everything So Far
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to download and use. Quality is there. I have never had a "hiccup".

I like everything so far. What is there to dislike when things work? LOL

The Zoom app is great because it allows easy video meetings, screen sharing, and recording. It’s simple to use, works on all devices, and supports large groups. It’s also very useful for online classes and remote work.

Sometimes the connection is unstable, and meetings can lag. Also, it uses a lot of battery and internet data.

We use it constantly, and it has become an integral part of our company. It effectively addresses the challenges we face when working from home.

Breakout Rooms Make Remote Testing Easy, Just Wish for More Background Options
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can have multiple break out rooms, this helps me in my job where I run a testing center and when I do remote testing, zoom allows me to set each person in a room alone which works since they have to share their screen with me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is really anything that I dislike about it. I wish there were more background options but other than that, it it does what Teams does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to monitor multiple people testing at the same time as long as I just need to monitor their surroundings.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Zoom Workplace for its straightforward setup process, which is both easy and user-friendly, allowing seamless access right from the start. Its ability to keep me connected with colleagues and classmates, irrespective of location or time zone, is invaluable. The visual communication feature provides a sense of presence and connection, making it feel as though we're in the same room. Moreover, Zoom Workplace stands out for its adaptability and the ease with which anyone can use and navigate it, from account creation to hosting meetings and sharing screens. These user-friendly aspects and its superior connectivity features make it the best communication platform we've used, and it's why I would rate it a perfect ten for recommendation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the time limit on the free version of Zoom Workplace to be too short. The current limit of forty to forty-five minutes often feels insufficient for conducting meetings, and it would be beneficial if this could be extended to an hour.

Zoom Workplace helps us stay connected globally, enhancing communication with its user-friendly interface, allowing visual interaction and giving us the feeling of being together despite distances.
AI that really works and Best in Class feature with Best Video quality.

Zoom have best video quality when it comes to a meeting and many features available in free version also and paid version is very feature rich. I also like it's Schedule feature that automatically add it to calendar.

There is nothing to dislike but sometimes when internet slow down and restore back video quality takes little bit of time to improve back.

When we are sharing screen across meetings video quality is very important so everyone get to see what I am trying to show zoom did it best for me screen sharing is always best in segment for me.
And Now the AI they have introduced is also mind blowing I have used it little less but like to use it to full extent.

User-Friendly and Incredibly Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Use friendly and very easy to use. Also, there is no lag or issues like I constantly face in Gmeet.
What do you dislike about the product?
May be they can redesign the floating window when we share our screen. Sometimes it is pretty annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a neat bar connected to a TV at the office, and whenever I need to share my screen with the team, all I have to do is enter the sharing ID and it's done. This is much simpler than having to connect to a meeting using other video conferencing tools.

I appreciate Zoom Workplace for the smooth and interactive setup experience, making it really easy to get started and something that other platforms do not offer. During the pandemic, Zoom became the best way for me to continue learning, working, and managing everything remotely, highlighting its essential role in virtual communications. I enjoy the large capacity for participants in meetings, which is a significant advantage over other platforms like Google Meet. The user interactions and presentation capabilities during meetings are very beneficial, enriching the experience for users who need to make presentations. Zoom Workplace solves the problem of not being able to physically gather by providing an accessible platform for virtual reunions, ensuring connectivity when it matters most. The service has all the capabilities I need for my job, and I am glad to renew my subscription, which speaks to its value to me personally. Overall, I rate my experience very positively, a testament to my satisfaction and likelihood of recommending it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the colors and graphics of Zoom Workplace. Sometimes they are too professional and can be quite boring.

I use Zoom Workplace to conduct remote meetings easily when in-person gatherings aren't possible, benefiting from its capacity and interactivity for presentations.
