Dependable and simple to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to navigate and user friendly compared to other online video communication conferences. I also appreciate the HIPPA confidentially when upgrading the account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Was difficult at first to figure out how to send a zoom link that wasn't "scheduled" to a specific time; eventually figured how to set a meeting link to "no fixed time" in the settings. Took a bit of navigating at first, could have been helpful to have a guide at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a licensed clinician and it is necessary that my video calls be HIPPA compliment as well as incypted when having sessions with my clients. The whiteboard feature is also useful during sessions as well.
Zoom a great tool for my school!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a wonderful way for my teachers connect with their students and for me to be able to pop in, as the principal, on their meetings and see what is going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any online platform, it can be difficult to read faces on Zoom. Sometimes this leads to miscommunications. However, overall, Zoom is definitely my favorite online platform for connecting with others!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is making it easier and more convenient to connect with others, wherever they are and at any time. This is wonderful because I can have teachers and students working together anywhere in the country.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been wonderful! I use it for so many different things, from playing DnD online, to work meetings, to hosting live theatre script readings and performances. It fits my every need!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would really like to see improved on is captions! We do have to outsource our closed captioning for meetings and such through Google Meet, so if zoom improved on their closed captioning more, it really would be the perfect platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has opened a whole new world! From being able to do therapy online, to playing DnD online, to doing live theatre performances and work meetings! I'm able to connect with so many people I normally wouldn't be able to!
Great Product Very Easy To Use and clients find it very easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I love how my clients can get on without little to no issues, It's very user friendly and love the screen share feature and break out room features

Can't really think of anything I don't like
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving a lot, I don't have to travel and spend a lot of money on gas and hotels to see my clients I can see most of them all over zoom. I can work from home and do everything I need. It definitely made my job much easier and I can see more people because I have more time
Now that I am retired...
What do you like best about the product?
I wear several post-retirement hats for which I use my Zoom subscription. Most are recreational. My favorite is a weekly session with college classmates to play bridge. We can see each other as we play which is almost as good as being there. Our participants live in St. Louis, Bermuda, Massachusetts, Baltimore, and London.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike. Sorry, no help on this one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been meeting regularly to hold discussions with fellow alumni of my medical school fraternity. We are collaborating on restoring the house.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom because it is easy to access and dependable. The video and sound usually come through clearly. I like how a meeting can be set up in a moment's notice without having to worry about traveling to a certain place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are issues with hearing clearly when audio from different sources overlap. I'm not sure if this could be better since the users may not have equal internet service or a strong wifi signal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have any business problems that need to be addressed.
Makes everything easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love that there is an app version and a web version!
What do you dislike about the product?
I often have older clients that have a difficult time getting into the meetings or figuring out how to get the audio working correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to connect with customers all over the country, in real time, just as if we are knee-to-knee has made a big difference in how I serve my customers.
Lifeline for My Business
What do you like best about the product?
I love that zoom integrates with my scheduling system so there's a seamless process for my clients to book and then get on call with me. It's also a trusted brand so no one asks for different delivery methods like in the past (3+ years ago). I also like the feature to record and screen share.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about Zoom. I haven't had any trouble with it in my years of usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to meet with clients around the world which has allowed me to expand my business exponentially in the past few years. It saves time as well because I can record sessions, rather than send notes afterwards or get follow up emails from clients asking whatever they're forgot.

What do you like best about the product?
That I can connect to all my clients and associates fast and efficiently from home or office. The best thing about it is my sessions are clear and concise. It's no comparison to any competitors
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the buffering is not working well. Usually, I go out and sign back in. I'm sure it's technical issues that happen rarely. I would like to see that area fixed.

Zoom benefits me because it saves traveling to my office and to consumers. I realized it helps with business expenses as far as travel. My business has increased as far as the number of consumers I reached at one time.
Easy to use tool that is at a fair price
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up meetings and easy for everyone to use. Not complicated for the person you are inviting to the meeting even if they have never used zoom. Most people are familiar with Zoom because they have used it in their personal life. Easy to use on a mobile device.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom needs to find a way to make people look attractive - like built in filters. Most women don't like the way they look on zoom. If Zoom would come up with that every woman would insit on zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom gives me the ability to interview candidates remotely. Without Zoom we would not be able to be as efficient or as effective in interviewing candidates remotely.
