Zoom helped us continue doing business
What do you like best about the product?
We started with zoom prior to the Covid19 outbreak as a way to reach more people in the large geographical area that we cover for meetings. It was a blessing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I really don't like
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started with zoom before the Covid19 outbreak as a way to reach more people in the large geographical area that we cover for meetings. It kept us all connected. We cover an area that is most of West Virginia and parts of Ohio, Virginia and Kentucky. We can have meetings and training without making people drive hours to attend. We have been able to connect with people from all over the country as well. It has made many things more efficient.
Great in a post pandemic world
What do you like best about the product?
It has made virtual and hybrid meetings very easy in a world that has changed post pandemic.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are a small non profit. It would be helpful to have more than one user without have to pay a higher fee. It would also be good if Zoom offered a lower fee for an individual account with fewer restrictions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many people have become accustomed to virtual meetings and this allow for greater participation
Using Zoom to Coach Students Across the Globe
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to impact student outcomes in math for those close to home as well as those throughout the U.S. and abroad. Gone are the days when students can't get the help they need due to distance! I especially appreciated Zoom's support for the educational community to ensure that all could access and use the platform to continue to educate students on a digital platform. I also love the whiteboard, one of the newer addition.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say I have any dislikes. I've tried other platforms, and Zoom has by far reached, and oft times, exceeded my expectations. I can't say I'd add anything to Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping to provide some control over COVID-learning loss. Students can attend classes virtually during periods when they are quarantined. The same goes for teachers who are deemed high risk-they can teach their students without sacrificing their health and family's health. Zoom is also helping the educational community to address student absences that have also been an issue. The difference now is that Zoom has been proven an effective learning platform for all.
FAAD Business is better because of ZOOM
What do you like best about the product?
ZOOM communication tools are so portable because of its platform durability. I have conducted business and closed deals faster and easier using video conferencing and the calendar options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any downsides of ZOOM. The monthly subscription is reasonable and recouped as I generate new and recurring business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZOOM is allowing older and younger business owners and customers to interface seamlessly. As an IBO, I have realized the positive impact video conferencing is having on my family, friends and business associates.
Therapy requires a stable, consistent interface between people, Zoom was there when I needed it!
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility without complication. I can have 2 people or 300 on the zoom platform. It is easy either way, as it can be simple or protected, secure, and complex. Perhaps most valuable is how we have become a zoom society that is comfortable being in meetings that span the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be many ways that people sign in and connect. Sometimes we can have too many choices when first learning. People don't access the support videos unless they must. Also, we still need more societal expectations about how to behave during video conferences, like mute yourself, people!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a psychologist, I am able to meet with people in an expanded region that physically could not meet otherwise. I also find that very busy people appreciate the option of not taking off time to drive to an appointment in the middle of the day.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility, the easiness and the organized zoom makes all meetings and church services. Everything goes very smoothly and everyone that comes into encounter with my zoom room they love it
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints or dislikes about the app I think it's great and every feature is a perfect addition to the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has made it super easy to hold counseling sessions privately and confidential. Also makes church services to be streamed to multiple people in multiple states which is amazing to be able to do even people out of the country

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of using Zoom. Whether it is scheduling a meeting or accessing the meeting, it is easier than most platforms I have encountered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the only thing is the time it takes to download my video into Google Drive, but I don't think that has anything to do with Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me to communicate with my clients that are not local. I have clients across the country and they all find it easy to download and use Zoom.
Great at keeping me connected, even after the pandemic
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to stay in touch with members of my organization, despite not living near them. Setting up a meeting is easy and I appreciate the features zoom offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the technical difficulties are prohibitive. I also don't like that someone has to be a host to share screens, because sometimes I need multiple people to present and that gets convuluted
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't live near the people I need to meet, so zoom is great for letting me manage that team from a distance. Without zoom, I would be forced to do this all via phone call and I don't know that it would be as effective.

SEEING ONE ANOTHER LIKE IN PERSON, GETTING AN IMMEDIATE RESPONSE.i

WHEN THERE IS A BIG PARTICIPATION, NOT ALL FACES OF THE PARTICIPANTS CAN BE SEEN IN THE SAME PAGE, NEED TO TURN TO THE NEXT SCREEN AND BACK ALL THE TIME.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ONE CAN ATTEND A MEETING WITHOUT TAKING THE TIME TO TRAVEL. DISCUSSIONS CAN BE CARRIED OUT AND DECISIONS CAN BE MADE, MAKING THINGS DONE MORE CONVENIENT, EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE.
Zoom is an ideal tool for collaborative meetings and math tutoring
What do you like best about the product?
Before the pandemic, my Zoom use was sporadic, but it became an ideal tool for career coaching and math tutoring. I appreciate the ease of setting up and sharing meeting invitations. My clients and students have no difficulty logging in. The feature I'm particularly excited about is the whiteboard. I used to log my iPad in as an additional attendee to create a whiteboard, but I love that I can just pop it up using the Zoom platform. It's so easy to use, and my students are always impressed. Sometimes, they'll take a screen shot of the work we've done to use as a model for their homework.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any criticisms to share. Everything works well for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whether I'm coaching, tutoring, or just meeting up with my friends, I love that Zoom gives us a chance to meet face to face. During the pandemic, we even held family game nights with people who were actually in various states and time zones. As COVID still continues to be a concern, Zoom allows me to meet one on one with students without having to be in the same room.
