It is the easiest to use video conferencing platform on the market today
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly and most people are familiar with it by this point.
What do you dislike about the product?
Historically, the picture quality is lacking, and seems to require more bandwidth than a weak signal can supply
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting in person is not always possible. Zoom allows us to meet whenever we want with as much flexibility as we need.
Couldn’t run my business without Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is practically the universal standard and it's hard to find video chat options that even come close. It's easy to use and always has good connection quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't even think of any downsides. Zoom is so much better than the other options out there!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it easy for me to chat face-to-face with prospects & clients from all over the world, which is something I absolutely need in order to run my own business.
Great way to teach
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has allowed me to turn my fitness business online allowing me to still make money and stay safe

Sometimes there are glitches with my clients getting into the link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing me to meet with my clients and keep us safe. It's also allowed me to expand my clientele beyond my own city.

What do you like best about the product?
Not only does the Zoom team anticipate consumer needs, the interface is easy-breezy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get "verguenza lejana" when a free-plan user blames Zoom for having to cut the meeting short.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not only has Zoom allowed me to conveniently conduct business with peers, but it has also made it possible to instruct rural students who live in caves.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the convenience of virtual meetings. The Zoom technology is so easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to convert the video faster. Depending on the length of the meeting it may take a long time to process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My business is virtual. Zoom allows me to have face-to-face meetings on a daily basis that still feel personal.
A great platform for live video communication
What do you like best about the product?
The Zoom interface is intuitive and easy to navigate for basic functionality - with plenty of additional features for advanced users.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint with Zoom is that the tablet app crops the sides of the video feeds from other participants - and I can't work out how to turn this off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of our meetings had to go online during COVID, and Zoom provided the platform that allowed us to do this with a minimum of fuss. Post pandemic it continues to allow people to join us online if they are unable to attend meetings in person.
Exactly what I need
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom's ability to sync with my calendar and Calendly makes running multiple businesses so much easier. Zoom allows me to connect with people all over the world within seconds and that has helped change my busienss and life.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure if this is a Zoom issue or Google, but every time I create a new appointment it makes me relog in every time. This is irritating and slows down my process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a confidence coach who coaches people across the globe and being able to connect with people without leaving my home is life-changing. Being able to share a screen is also a great feature that I love.

People can join from any part of the world. I had recitals and the students joining from Hawaii, India, etc. It's flexible and you don’t really require a physical space

There’s nothing I could say I dislike. I the only thing is when somebody has a bad connection there’s nothing you can do.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been fantastic for doing presentations with share screen options, the ability to have multiple hosts, and the ability to have polls mid-meeting multiple times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do find the webinar settings in zoom are limiting for participants which I understand is by design - I just participants could always have the option of at least some form of communication with other participants at all times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting spaces - its far easier to get larger numbers to all attend from home vs finding a physical space for everyone to meet in that is convenient for all parties.
Grow on the Go
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Zoom since before quarantine when everyone was scrambling trying to figure out how we make what we do work in a virtual space. Zoom was easy to learn and navigate. I was able to manage my content and communicate with my audience as needed. The tools and support provided helped me facilitate great classes and to conduct great presentations. I'll most likely step up to the pro version for sure.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not so much a dislike but something for me to figure out as to how to connect Zoom to the social media platforms that I consistently use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication with family, peers, and colleagues who do not live in my immediate area. I'm able to share content with people beyond my geographical location and that has been amazing for me as a writer, a student, an educator and a creative.
