What do you like best about the product?
We use Zoom Workplace for our day to day communication due to its ease of use and video and audio quality. Supports document sharing,video and audio conferencing, business instat meaaging, sheduling of calls and team collaboration. Integrates seamlessly with Hubsport marketing hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the internet bandwith is low we experience disconnection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the tool for our video and audio conferencing. The quality of the video are in HD. It has helped to streamline communication in our workplace. With the integration of Hubspot Marketing Hub, we are able to reach a large target audience.

It works smoothly across devices and doesn’t require a steep learning curve, which makes collaboration fast and stress-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Zoom Workplace is that some useful features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can be limiting for individuals or small teams. The desktop app can also feel a bit heavy at times, especially on older systems, and long sessions may occasionally impact performance. Additionally, managing notifications across meetings, chat, and email can sometimes feel cluttered.

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of remote communication and fragmented collaboration by bringing meetings, chat, screen sharing, and recordings into one reliable platform. It reduces the need to switch between multiple tools and makes it easier to connect with teams, clients, or learners from anywhere. For me, this means smoother collaboration, fewer technical interruptions, and more productive meetings overall.

I like Zoom Workplace because it enables seamless virtual meetings without needing to travel. It has a very simple UI and is beginner-friendly, which I find great. I also appreciate Zoom's integration with tools like Google Calendar, making scheduling and collaboration seamless. The initial setup was extremely easy, which is a big plus.

Zoom's video quality can sometimes drop rapidly in low bandwidth situations.

Zoom Workplace enables us to have seamless virtual meetings without having to travel. Its simple UI is beginner friendly, and integration with tools like Google Calendar makes scheduling and collaboration seamless.

Zoom workplace is reiable and easy to use web, video and audio conferencing platform. The tool supports team collaboration as everyone can join a call from rremote area. It supports screan sharing, callender, video capture, digital signage among others.

The only challnege is overiliance with the internet.

We use the tool for video and audio conferencing. The too brings collaboration and scales up business communication. Clients and staffs are able to join the call from different location even in remote areas.

For setting meetings with people in different time zones, it would be great if it could help by showing another time zone apart from the default one for scheduling meetings.

There is a significant issue with poor collaboration across departments, mainly due to communication silos and inefficient information sharing, which ultimately slows down our work. Ease of scheduling a call, recording calls, screen sharing, and also the best feature giving access to other to use my screen.

The main problem it is solving is the communication gap between the remote employees. And getting the meeting notes in the end using the AI.

Joining meetings is quick and hassle-free, even for patients who are not very tech-savvy. Video and audio quality are reliable, and screen sharing really helps when I explain reports, presentations, or case studies. I don’t have to spend time setting things up it just works when I need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
During long meetings, Zoom can feel a bit heavy on the system, especially on older laptops. Sometimes updates pop up at inconvenient times. Also, a few advanced features are only available in paid plans, which may not be ideal for individual users or small clinics.

Zoom Workplace helps me manage communication without being limited by location. It allows me to connect with patients, students, and collaborators from one place. I can teach medical students online, review cases with my team, and handle content-related meetings without travel or delays.
