What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been great for us for webinars because people are familiar with the platform. The recording is reliable, the Q&A function works well. The background noise cancelling is extremely good. Overall, it was very easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our license only allows 1 person to manage the Zoom Workplace, which we use for webinars. That person always has to log onto the webinars to allow others in and assign the host (even if an alternative host is assigned). If this person is out of office, we can transfer the webinar hosting to someone else but then all of our past webinars go away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streaming webinars has been pretty seamless and helped us grow our business. I'd like better ability to export the attendee list before the webinar. Post webinar reporting is great.

Seem less between calls, voicemails and Zoom meeting recaps
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints this far...I like it a lot.

Just the ability to see my calendar and schedule screen shares as well as calls

What do you like best about the product?
I am most happy with the recent AI Companion integration. Having this embedded into the program allows for less third party applications (i.e. Otter AI). I love that zoom connects/integrates with our google meeting invites, CRM System and conference room. I love the updates to the platform application for computers, with the two screens so you can still view all the faces and the shared screen! Our Sales Rep has been fanastic and always quick to respond. I find thier support team very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
For what our association uses this application for, I really have no dislikes or complaints
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The improvements made in Zoom so far has made our workflow better and the AI Companion has allowed us to work smarter, not harder.

Zoom Workplace is a great all-in-one tool to manage my Zoom content

What do you like best about the product?
The all-in-one functionality--I love the fact that it's a one-stop shop for all my Zoom tools and content. Everything is seamlessly integrated, making it incredibly convenient. There are a host of new features included as well, such as AI integration and whiteboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only gripe is with the Android app. When I share my screen from my Android device. It puts a green broder around the shared content. That is fine on the device, but I'm not sure why the participants need to see the green border on the shared screen as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's definitely one the best video conferencing products on the market and it's innovating the technology to add new features that I didn't know I needed, but I'm enjoying.

Some external colleagues have trouble accessing the platform but for most it works seamlessly.

Reliable communication tool for internal and client facing interactions

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have video/audio/chat communication on all devices used by staff is critical to maintaining communication among our internal staff and our clients. It is a tool that is used throughout the day for all staff and has been incredibly reliable (replacing an old phone system that was unable to keep pace with our needs). The initial setup and deployment was simple and easily connected to our other business tools. When the rare issue is experienced we have had good support from Zoom that has been timely and solution focused.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some features not yet implemented, or robust enough, to replace our third party solutions (scheduling is a key item). The pricing model does mean that we are unable to remove some accounts and recoup the cost but our company growth has made this nearly a moot point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom was able to provide a full video conferencing and telephony solution to replace our aging and over priced systems.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Makes scheduling meetings easy and users are familiar with the product.

We have had some issues with support. Long wait times or lack of response. On going issue they can not solve.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is most helpful in its ability to colaborate and interact with other business tools, such as Slack, email, calendar, and even Confluence. Being able to quickly spin up a meeting while colaborating on tasks with my team is very time saving and helps make us more productive and save time and money.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the interface is well designed, it is occasionally difficult to quickly get to screen sharing, responses, or other feature as you have to click a drop down to find what you need which can create a timing issue on a live, real-time meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It brings the remote workforce together

New v6 UI for desktop looks alright but you need to fix some interface settings. Bring the main bar at the top back. Make all sections re-sizeable.
