What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace makes collaboration incredibly smooth and reliable. The video and audio quality are consistently great, even with large meetings or remote participants. I like how everything—chat, calls, meetings, and whiteboards—is well integrated in one place, which makes communication effortless. The interface is clean, easy to navigate, and doesn’t require any extra setup or training. It’s a tool that just works when you need it most.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s very little to dislike, but sometimes the app can use up more system resources, especially during long video calls. Also, integrating with certain third-party tools could be smoother. These are minor issues compared to the overall reliability and experience Zoom provides.
