Virtual classes for kids
What do you like best about the product?
Allows to get together participants virtually from all over the globe. Ability to share screens, interact as a group and break out into smaller groups, ability to annotate together.
What do you dislike about the product?
The muting function is always a pain. We work with small kids and sometimes it takes forever for them to mute and unmute themselves. Back in the beginning when the host was able to control muting it was much easier to function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to run classes across geography. Also, being able to share a presentation on a screen such that everyone sees it clearly. Finally, being able to record a meeting and share it with participants who were not able to come has really helped our business.

What do you dislike about the product?
Users that do not allow visibility of meeting attendees. This happens with government agencies that use Zoom for public meetings. I object that as an attendee, I am not able to see other attendees, as I would at an in-person meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to connect with my students in real-time. It is a fulfilling experience.
Also, I like to review my teaching methods in the zoom recordings. It makes me better at being a teacher.

I've been using Zoom long before the pandemic, and have always found it useful.
What do you like best about the product?
The remote support feature is what I like best because I have many clients who now know how to use Zoom and I can help them remotely. Thank you!

Remote access is easy for my clients and affordable for me.
Couldn't Do Business Without it!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of Zoom, for us, has been the ability to deliver our services during the pandemic. As Coaches, we would have been leaving our clients out to dry if we would have had to completely discontinue our services. Not to mention our employees. It also gives us the ability to break out into smaller groups and then reconvene, which is often easier on Zoom as we would not have had the number of rooms available to do so in person. It preserves the privacy aspect and group focus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about Zoom has to do with it being technology based. Of course, there isn't much we can do about different programs, apps, browsers, and their ability to keep up with Zoom. We recently ran into a problem that was software-based and caused Zoom not to work. It wasn't the fault of the Zoom Application but the fix was lengthy and involved Intel Software causing a problem communicating with Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned before, with in-person services at a standstill for many companies, we too would have been shut down without the ability to see our clients this way. Now that we have established our services over Zoom we have incorporated it into our everyday process and best practices.
I LOVE Zoom. I have tried just about every other video meeting software and none compare to Zoom!
What do you like best about the product?
The consistency in the quality of video is far superior to other platforms and software. They have greater functionality for my needs; specifically their screen share and breakouts rooms I utilize the most without ever experiencing glitching or lag.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could set multiple hosts automatically for a meeting, but even as I type this I'm thinking there is probably a setting that does this and I just need to look into it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I've moved to a remote workforce and I truly believe as humans we are hardwired for human connection - it is amazing to still be able to visually see each other in order to still feel connected.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been teaching on zoom since the beginning of the pandemic and have never looked back. It connects me with students from around the world, as well as connects me with friends and family that live away from my city.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the sound issues haven't been fixed or developed. I teach singing and to have a way to have music and speaking at the same time across participants would be incredible. Having two people be able to make sound at the same time would be a competitive edge compared to other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing me to maintain my work even if someone is sick, as well as connecting me around the world to students. It helped me keep my job over the pandemic as well, so I am forever grateful.
Excelent for Law Practice
What do you like best about the product?
The real-time video to voice synchronization. Especially for law professionals when a client is unable to meet or a meeting needs to be ad hoc, it is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very applicable, there's nothing I can say I dislike... If it were the case I would not be using the system. Maybe the mute should allow a regular user to mute another regular user, sometimes they forget to turn off their mic and the host does not notice...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connectivity with clients across the world is much better with a video conferencing system thus making us more productive. Especially legal professionals while there is a learning curve to new technology there are CLEs to help thus making it more useful and usable in our profession.
Zoom video connects you to clients more than email or text message!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows me to communicate with clients with real-time "face-to-face" interaction. Now that virtual meetings are so widely accepted I actually prefer having some meetings over Zoom instead of face-to-face because it is easier to share information on my computer screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes sharing "pop-up" screens can get a little confusing for non-techie people like me. When sharing information from my MLS (Midwest Real Estate Data aka MRED.) there are pop-up screens. So, I have to stop sharing and then reshare the pop-up screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When the pandemic shut down my state, I was able to still do business. None virtual meetings are so accepted that they save me time (no traveling) and money (no wear and tear on my car.)
An excellent platform for lessons, meetings, and sharing
What do you like best about the product?
As a special educator conducting lessons remotely, I love the screen sharing and whiteboard functions. Features are intuitive and easy to use and allow me to deliver instruction effectively and easily access resources, images, and tools that help me reach each of my students wherever they are both academically and physically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my students are unable to access the annotation feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to conduct remote lessons on par with my in-person lessons. It also allows me to share explanations via the whiteboard and annotation features that help my students understand more easily.
A Necessity for the Modern Worker
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Zoom is how it's become easily integrated with so many softwares and platforms. Zoom is a household name, so clients expect you to be able to use it, and you can count on them being able to as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to use Bluetooth with Zoom, which makes home office working a pain sometimes when I cannot connect headphones to filter out the noise around me while using Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has enough features that we were able to take some of our live in-person events completely online! We're able to reach more customers all around the world now that we've adapted our trainings for Zoom.
