Effective and Robust
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is pretty robust and relatively easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom pricing continues to increase and has loads of features that many businesses do not utilize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Video conferencing and integrations with our toolsets are quite effective

What do you like best about the product?
We primarily use Zoom Phone to support general operations and a call center. It works great for the call center, and staff find it easy to use. We also have workspace reservations, and still figuring out how to make it fit for what we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom offers more bells and whistles than needed or that duplicate other systems in place, like chat, video, meetings that we have in other systems because they integrate with our case management and sharepoint.
Using call forwarding does not allow calls to groups to be able to pick up. As a member of our safety team call group, when I forward my calls I do not get calls made to the safety team.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom offers a call queque that works for us, and a dashboard of use/users to help improve staff performance
The best video conferencing tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to schedule a meeting quickly from my calendar. The UI is intuitive and simple. There is a lot of functionality that is simple and works for a lot of different business functions
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to see the meeting ID when you are in a meeting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team follows a hybrid work policy, so having Zoom for all-team meetings is crucial and valuable. It makes onboarding new employees seamless and arguably easier than in person onboarding.
Great Sales - Not so great Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
Good support when you are setting up the accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trying to get someone on the phone is very difficult

Able to be anywhere and have access to all the calls.
Zoom keeps me Zooming
What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly, easy to keep others engaged, and has a lot of nice features built in to not miss anything in a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not find anything negative and it has been easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the needs of training accounts and having a recording that can be shared while making it interactive and fun.
Zoom: Great tool for collaborating, meeting and more
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom is constantly updating their platform, adding new features. I feel I get emails just about every month about a new feature added or improvement made.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind, I think Zoom Workplace is a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom workplace is solving the problem of lack of face to face meetings on days when we are working remote. Also helping us meet with grantees and vendors who are located elsewhere. The recording feature is great, we can save and share a meeting recording.
Zoom Workplace is great for ... you guessed it ... the workplace!

Workplace creates a single space for chats and video meetings and even scheduling!
What do you dislike about the product?
From time to time the integration into Gooogle Calendar isn't seamless - but overall it's good.

I don't need multiple apps to do make remote work WORK!
Useful but lackluster support
What do you like best about the product?
Overall we like Zoom and have learned to use it ourselves. The product is reliable and works well. It is easy for our clients to use and has been well recived. We utilize it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest annoyance is lack of support unless you pay for it or utilize the asyncronous message board / community. If you're paying for a product as complex and with as many varied uses as Zoom, support with an agent should be included.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love Zoom phones and it has solved every issue we have. It's very customizable. Again, no support unless we pay extra for a package we don't need.
Fun, useful and exhilarating!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom is the unity it brings within friends and colleagues. Zoom gives me a space to connect with my peers and use helpful tools like screen share and use of audio to relay our messages with ease!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any downsides or dislikes about Zoom Workplace
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is solving the gap of communication that is needed within my Company. It also increases productivity and brings great collaboration within all teams that work remotely and are not physically present within the office. It fills that need and brings Business meetings to a standard we have been looking for.
Zoom has changed the way that staff operate
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Zoom is available on all devices. It works with our office phones, out laptops, and our cell phones simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support is a bit hard to navigate and it can take a significant amount of time for support to respond.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our staff are able to quickly and easily collaborate with each other as well as reach more clients utilizing the video conference feature. We are exponentially more productive today that we were 5 years ago as a reult of implementing Zoom.
