What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom Workplace incredibly effective for reaching my clients across British Columbia and Canada, even those in remote locations. The connectivity it provides is outstanding, allowing me to easily connect with anyone in any province, regardless of different time zones. I appreciate its efficiency features like screen sharing and virtual backgrounds, which are very effective in making me look professional, especially when working from sometimes messy home environments. These features enable me to present myself and my work in a more polished and professional manner. Additionally, the integration of Zoom with tools like CRM software, Salesforce, and Microsoft Outlook makes my workflow seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup of Zoom Workplace challenging because the person who guided me through it was not very effective. Another issue I faced was the difficulty in finding my Zoom ID, which I consider a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to efficiently connect with clients across Canada, overcoming remote location challenges. Its virtual background and screen-sharing features make meetings more professional and presentable.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is straightforward to use and dependable for official meetings. It also performs well for online classes and casual calls, with a clean, intuitive user interface. Additionally, the screen sharing feature operates very smoothly. I frequently use zoom for my weekly classes and for meetings with my mentors and team.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the app takes longer than expected to load or reconnect, which can be inconvenient. Updates are released a little too often, and this occasionally disrupts my ability to join meetings quickly when I need to. Additionally, the screen sharing feature tends to take a while to start up. Contacting customer support at times feel a bit too lengthy of task with a long wait time when a new problem arises.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace has been a great help for my online classes and group projects. It is extremely convenient for both remote work and learning environments.

While the new features and updates introduced to Zoom are crucial for staying current in the rapidly evolving virtual marketplace, they can also present a challenge. The frequent changes sometimes result in a learning curve for managing meetings, especially for users who are not as comfortable with technology.

Zoom enables me to conduct virtual training sessions and create a library of training resources using the recordings. It also allows me to participate in conference sessions remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the best video conferencing software. We are using daily it for screensharing, meeting and webinars. It is easily integrated with other tools.

Sometimes the mobile app is slow. Other than this all is good.

We needed a meeting software which can help us in online meeting with remote control option available. Zoom is perfect for our team as we are involved in many troubleshooting sessions for client as well as our employer.

The best part of Zoom Workplace is, it's one stop solution for all types of communication and collaboration. The platform can easily be setup even if he/she is not from an IT background. The platform also offers AI features to draft email and chats etc. The Zoom AI companion 2.0 which offers personalized coaching and can monitor employee performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Privacy: Zoom workplace should ensure more privacy such as end to end encryption of the meeting content.
Customer support: Sometimes i have found their customer support a bit frustrating and less efficient that kills your time.
Free version: The free version offers a very limited features.
Echo issue: If you are not using a headphone, always face echo problem.

It offers me all in one platform for all business meeting and collaboration and hence it is solving my day to day requirements of conducting meeting with stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
It is quite intuitive to use and is effortless. I don't have to cross like 10 hurdles to schedule a meeting or a call. The entire platform is laid out in a very clear fashion.
One of the USP that I stick to using Zoom is the video quality. Even with screen sharing and quite a few background tasks running in the background, you can still play with avatar and to be honest works best if I compare to any other platform like google meet.

What do you dislike about the product?
As a guest user, the biggest challenge comes as in the restriction. There are a few things you can not access, like some workspace files or deeper integrations.
It’s not a dealbreaker, but it does make you feel slightly like an outsider at times. Still, I would definitely recommend it to a friend or teammate.

Even though I’m not on a paid plan, I can still join meetings, share ideas, and stay updated without missing a thing.The biggest advantage is you have everything at one place, chat, videos, etc. Just makes all collaboration a piece of cake. I had a peek into the paid account as well, I have tried their flowchart/diagrams as well. They are real value add for someone who is into SaaS companies in a leadership role.

Super easy to use, allows to see the sentiment of the users while presenting as you can see the panel reactions as well. Best tool for online meetings

Takes a longer time to load during the meeting. Another downside are the updates, updates sometimes load during the call and that makes the app to close.

We use it for client interaction and also sometimes for internal meetings when the whole office is involved

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Zoom since the early days of COVID, back when meetings were free with unlimited hours. It quickly became one of the most dependable tools for both work and personal communication. What I like most is how simple it is to use.The interface is clean, and joining or hosting a meeting takes just a few seconds. I kinda liked the idea of breakout rooms, screen sharing, and its amazing how stable the video and audio usually are even with large groups. It’s a platform I now use almost every day for meetings, training, and client calls.

Some of the advanced features, like AI meeting summaries or detailed analytics, are only available on paid plans, which limits access for smaller teams

Zoom Workplace makes it really easy to stay connected with teammates and clients, no matter where everyone’s working from. During covid it helped our team keep projects moving when in person meetings weren’t possible, and it’s still a big part of how we communicate today. It saves alot of time by cutting down on emails, and helps us have quick meetings whenever we need.

Moreover, the initial setup was very straightforward and quick, as it allowed me to use Gmail for login without the hassle of entering new information, making the user experience even more efficient.
